Facebook vip gem club discrimination

On 10/21/2017 I made a complaint to the gem group regarding a $ 60 dollar purchase for 47 million coins to play and lost it within 17 minutes. I was not derogatory or rude in any way. Today, (10/22/2017) I realized I had been removed from the group by Josh Green the VIP Manager. I contacted support and asked Sarah Brady for a phone call from his supervisor. I was told he did not have a Supervisor by her and it was his choice who was in the group. I replied to her that I had submitted a complaint to Facebook regarding the the fact that I was discriminated against since I am not the only person who has ever complained and no one else has been removed. I also sent a FB message to Josh Green asking why I was removed with no notice and why with zero response. Along with my complaint to Facebook, I have requested a return of all charges to my bank account.

Facebook service/customer service

Facebook is nothing more than an information gathering scam. They expect you to give them all of your most private information! Signing up is just a scam, after that, they will shut you off from your account, without one word of warning or telling you if you did something!

They even work it as a scam! I can't believe how many people fall for this information gathering scam site!

1. You set up your account.
2. After a few weeks, they shut you off from your account without warning!
3. You cannot log in to your account to find out whats going on or what happened.
4. Contacting "customer service" is a joke, not to mention a headache! They come up with some lame assed excuse as to why your account was frozen, and then tell you that they have to have a copy of your drivers license, birth certificate, social security number, utilities receipts, phone number, and/or passport information before they will allow you back into your account!

You cannot tell me that is not a scam!

5. And thats the only response you get from them! After that, you are [censor] outta luck!
6. They refuse to respond or even delete your account, and you cannot log in to delete your account... So you are just [censor]!

No warnings of any kind!
The don't answer your questions!
After their first response, they give you nothing!

I was wondering if what they did to me was just a fluke, but I had some friends make accounts, and after a few weeks, the same thing happened to them!

Twitter doesn't ask you for all of your personal information! And neither do any other social sites.

And all of this put together spells s-c-a-m!

Beware and be warned!

Completely agree with this assessment of Facebooks data gathering procedures. In order for me to regain access to my page they want me to enter my cell phone number with the stipulation that it will be posted on my page so I can make it available to anyone I desire. I won't post a phone number to a site that has about as much security as our southern border and anyone that needs my number already has it. They also state that once I have entered my phone number they will text me a code which would allow me to regain access. I don't text and to contact Facebook to explain my situation is impossible. I think I can find better things to do with my time anyway.

Facebook Marketplace 09/21/17

Allen Walker called this morning as told me i needed to go to Walmart again and get gift cards in the amount of $8900.00 so they could put my $8900.00 refund on them. I told him i did not have $8900.00 and he said he could not help me anymore. After talking for 1 hr and 11 minutes, he kept saying i needed to get the money or he could not help me and would close my account and block my calls.I told him i wanted to talk to the head manager and at first he said no, finally he told me i had 3-5 minutes to talk to Christopher Henry so i talk to him and he stated the same thing as Allen but he could extend my time to get the money. I told him i was on Social Security and did not make that type of money and he stated he could only do so much. He suggested i borrow the money, and i said i could not do that, plus i tried sending 2 different time before and both times it was added to my account and not refunded and what had happened with my bank account where who ever it was [Mike was on at that time] moved money from my credit card and line of credit to my checking account and then tried to withdraw it, luckily my bank stopped the withdraw and when i called them, they told me about the transfers and asked if i did it and i said NO and knew nothing about it. When i called Mike, he stated he did not know anything about it, AND THESE PEOPLE WANTED ME TO TRUST THEM?
Harry Williams was going to send me a check by Fedex, but i had to pay the sipping first of $300.00 and i told him 1- i did not have the money and 2- it did not cost $300.00 to ship it. I call Fedex and i was told if it went overnite it would be $46.48 plus COD of $63.73 plus $5.00 for insurance for a total of $115.21 and i told Allen i would pay for shipping at Fedex rate as long as i got a tracking number with it. At first Harry stated he would take care of shipping, but i thought if they send it COD Fedex, i would pay for it. It has been 2 weeks and no check was sent. When i talked to Allen and Christopher i told them that they could direct deposit into mt bank account, add it to my Walmart prepaid card or paypal. I had talk to each of the options and they all said it could be done, Walmart stated the card could take up to $50000.00 He stated the only way was to get Walmart gift cards. My question is if i was told at LEAST 3 times i would get a check, THAN why will they not send a check and end this once and for all?

Facebook pretty horrible

Why is it so slow? It's fast on mobile, but I don't always use it on my phone. Can't stop loading a simple page on PC.
Everything gets old. Day by day I see repeating pictures that people or communities steal from each other. Boring. And how about those terrible video compilations with photos? Nothing original. Nothing interesting.
FB is not what it used to be.

Facebook contractor

Hired this company in May to redo my kitchen...said it would take a week. It took until the end of July to complete the job. What she does is take your 50% deposit and then she will take your doors and cabinets and will leave you stranded for weeks/months. She also installed my flooring and did a terrible job. She is a scammer and people need to aware of what she is doing. She has done this with multiple people including my friend. Her work ethics are terrible, very unprofessional, unreliable, excuse after excuse and does not deliver.

Facebook facebook after being down aug 26 won't let me back in.

On August 26th 2017 I tried to access my Facebook account it was down. When Facebook returned to being accessible it would not let me in said that my account was locked due to unusual activity the only unusual activity I had was a new phone I have had the same email address for at least the last 7 years yet it still wants to validate me and when it tries to validate me runs into a continuous loop I've not been able to get in my Facebook for the last 2 days.

I tried accessing my account on another computer desktop in the same thing still happens continuous loop so now I'm locked out of my Facebook account with an email I've had for 7 years this is totally ridiculous.

So I guess Facebook security is gotten so good that you can't even let real users in who had the same email address for 7 years and I've been able to change your password with Facebook still not be able to get him because they can't validate because the validation apparently is is blank

Facebook cards usage

I was told by facebook marketplace that I needed to get your green dot cards [4 @ $500.00 each and they said they would refund another$500.00 per card for a total of $2000.00 [ my $2000.00 and theirs} these cards were suppose to go in my name so I could cash them at wells fargo bank [who said they couldn't, and I was also go to any atm and get the money out, but at atm they were declined. This was going to continue till I got a full refund from facebook marketplace of $8900.00. They gave me a 6 digit pin # [1 for each card] I have all the cards and sales recipients. These people I dealt with are employees of facebook but I can not get through to anyone at facebook. The money was to be placed in facebook payment inc, but can not get through to them. What can I do next, as I have already file reports to several agencies.

Why is it Facebook and Facebook marketplace will not talk to the poeple who has complaints? It seems that they will work with the advertisers but not the customers. Facebook Marketplace employees will not even answer their phones as i have tried all numbers i have and can't talk to anyone. I feel they scammed me out of $8900.00 that should of been a refund to me.

Facebook pathetic

Fb customer service is worse than anything. They blocked me for my own advertising where I used my own words and pictures. I write them every day asking for some kind of resolution, but they don't respond. It's not the biggest problem in the world, but I was left without my photos and friends. I've seen thousands of inappropriate photos and texts, but those users weren't banned. So what's the point of your system?

Facebook unsecured

Facebook will never be the same again, it's different and unsecured. I know people whose photos were stolen from their profiles to be shown in different ones without any permission and it's probably ok for Facebook and its policies. I've seen many inappropriate videos and photos and each time I reported it, but I knew it was useless because it was simply too late.
I hope someday you will become much better than today.

Facebook tons of advertising

Please, stop showing tons of advertising on home pages. This is really irritating. And speaking of it, it's just flooded with my friends' likes. This is really not interesting to see as well as their comments on everything.

Maybe people should choose what they want to share?
Maybe there should be a bit of privacy?

I don't give likes because I don't want everyone to see what exactly I like. If I wanted I would share. This is useless and uninteresting.

Facebook unprofessional management of trip, poor customer service, refund policy

My name is Candace Robbs. I planned a trip with Cooper-Jones, Sharon
GENESYS TRAVEL AGENCY. This travel agent is unprofessional and unorganized and have mismanaged a trip that was due to occur Aug 2017. I cancelled the trip on 7/14/17 and requested a refund, the travel agent has stopped responding to texts, calls and emails.

1.) Travel agent booked roundtrip flights with 3 hour lay overs travelling to and from our destination without first asking if we had any preferences not to wait during long layovers. When I informed the agent that this was unacceptable, she initially said there were no shorter layover options for us travelling to Santa Fe, New Mexico. Travel agent also discussed a possible fight change price increase, which I agreed to. Travel Lady could change our flights and sent the updated flight info, however she did update the balance or inform myself of the price increase when she made the flight changes. The flight changes were sent to me on 6/23/17. Robbs balance was paid off on 7/11/17. The other traveler’s balance was paid a week. The travel lady texted me on 7/14/17 informing me that she would send the new balance. I was never sent the new balance for the flight increase and still don’t have it.

2.) I asked for a refund, she emailed me a credit for the airline flight. I want a refund, I explained this to her. She also directed me to make a claim with AIG for a flight refund, which was denied. My concern is that ad a supposed to be professional travel agent, she did not implement the best practices or policies for managing this trip. We paid for travel insurance, so why would the travel agent pick travel insurance that would not cover a cancelled flight, why pick an airline that is not refund friendly, things happen and change all the time. Very poor customer service.

3.) The travel agent has stopped responding to texts, calls and emails regarding the trip refund. This travel agent is not professional, not consistent in her communications, responding to clients concerns in a timely manner.

Facebook home cleaning

On March 14, 2017, I had Sandy and her cleaning crew cleaned my house. I had a nanny cam hidden below the desk and I cannot believe what Sandy said that "n*ggers are cheap disgusting people and they stink". The topic was gratuity/tips and that black people don't tip and they are very cheap. She is a racist and I thought she was a God fearing woman.

Facebook facebook lockout

Hi I have had my account tampered with. My info and stuff is spoofed and obviously cant be trusted. I have had my account stored on my phone and my notebook for awhile now and never had this issue as far as it being used by someone else. I find that this is very unfair that my account is locked out and that I need to reset my pw. This is very concerning and frustrating. I believe that if my account was accessed by someone else this is your security problem. I am now afraid to access my account due to the speculation that someone has tried/gained access to my account. I am afraid if I reset my pw my info was still compromised due to your company's security settings. I am also not going to restart a new facebook account where I have had only this one and do not want to go through the whole process again. How is it possible for someone to gain info to my account? I find that I should be able to log in from my previous used devices, but this is not so. Someone has changed my pw or something. when I try to reset my pw its all in gray, does this mean my account is deactivated? my account is under Candace V Ford Port orchard wa. please email with a response. I also would like to know who this was that compromised my info.

Facebook hot wheels scam

Over the last 2 months, I made 2 purchases with Richard Ruzicka from facebook and from youtube where he posts his Hot Wheels for sale. Richard has a tendency to want to be paid immediately yet only wants to ship 5 days later. I was told by over a dozen members not to do business with him because he would go bipolar on me. I give everyone a chance and his proved true to the warnings.

Upon my interest in a 3rd purchase of multiple cars in the excess of 70$ firs two transactions totalling over 100$, Richard became irate, pushy and requested the money immediately and that he would only ship 5 days later on the following Monday. I informed him that I would pay him Sunday. He refused to hear of it, and demanded the payment be made that same day. Because the cars were still visible to the public, I then let him know that if the cars are still available on sunday, I would be interested to buy them. He informed me I had a 1.80$ credit from the last order paid by paypal, and that he would credit it towards the next purchase.

After I stayed firm on paying Sunday, he went completely ballistic, insulted me with profanity and started to further make up lies in his facebook and of course block me like the coward he is, so that I could not defend myself. He has further made libelous comments against me for everything that he caused. I intend on filing complaints with BBB in Omaha, and with other online orgnizations that defend buyers against fraud. I was warned by many people that Richard Ruzicka has a serious problem with communication and makes demands. I gave him a chance to be fair with me, and he screwed me out of 1.80$ I tried to get him to come clean with Paypal and send me the money and he posted a message on his facebook that he will not refund me.

Whatever business Richard Ruzicka has with others, has no bearing on any dealings that I do with him. If he cannot make compromise with a buyer, Richard should not be allowed to conduct business on the internet. Richard bypasses Paypals system by demanding that payment only be made using the pay friends and family feature only. As I am not too familiar with any recourse using this feature, I understand that with respect to Paypal he is not obligated to refund me, and I also understand that he has forcefully demanded. However, by state law, he has to refund me as he admitted in his own hand that he holds the funds in a credit resulting from a shipping overpayment. Not refunding me is considered theft and is punishable by state law.

Facebook account

Facebook's customer service is worse than Comcast, which I would not have thought possible until recently. They disabled my account for listing a soccer jersey for sale on a Facebook page devoted to selling soccer jerseys. I used my own text, my own photo and my own account, but yet their system automatically disabled my account for violating intellectual property standards. They do not respond to requests for support, nor do they respond with any substance to BBB complaints I have lodged. All it would take is a semi-intelligent person to investigate, and they would realize something is wrong with their automated checking process. But since they will not communicate about it, I am left with no way to access the hundreds of photos and videos stored in my account, not to mention the hundreds of friends with which I kept in contact. What a pathetic, awful way to do business. They allow despicable content on their pages, for which people are not banned, but yet when someone follows the rules and their algorithms fail, they treat you worse than the pedophiles, stalkers, criminals, etc. that crawl all over Facebook...

Facebook concertwith. me appears to be scam!

There is a "ConcertWith.Me" group/app in FB which actively posts the Concerts Information & Ticket sales around your area. It happened to me to click their ad for Roger Waters Concert in San Jose, CA and they took me to the Venue map and showed me the prices and to me it looked a very legitimate website like TicketMaster and I bought a ticket from them.

Then a few days later I found TicketMaster sells the same exact ticket type for much cheaper price. They charged me $111 for a $52 ticket. When I tried to reach them I found the only customer service they have is via email and they do not provide the address/phone number!

After I contacted them, they referred me to their Terms & Conditions which says they are re-sellers and take no responsibility of the tickets prices!

I researched and found a couple of people were complaining about the same issue they had with ConcertWith.Me.

I had always bought my concert tickets from TicketMaster and I never thought there might be this kind of scam in Facebook otherwise I would never have bought my tickets from them. I hope this complaints will eventually prevent these kind of scams from marketing on Facebook so that there will be no more victims in the future.

Same thing here! I just filed a dispute with my CC company. They also said that I would get the ticket 3 days before the event. I read stories where 3 days before, they say the ticket is no longer available and the purchaser was stuck.
