Dear Complaints Board, I'm writing to report a problem with my account I've been temporarily blocked from sending friend request for 2 weeks now and that is equivalent to 14 days and I haven't sent a friend request yet and I notice yesterday that my Facebook friends list and my All & Suggestions Button is also missing again and when I opened my Friends List it showed me 3 options pin, hide, and customized and I hit customized the options disappeared and I reported it through different channels I reported it through Pissed Consumer, Better Business Bureau, FCC and Facebook I have been nothing but nice to them I don't deserve to be treated unfairly and I deserve to have my problem resolved so I can send friend request again I have been going through hula hoops with Facebook ever since last year with something I am getting tired of it nobody else goes through this and I gave Facebook permission to upload my contacts to my account please find a resolution to this matter and let me send friend request again thank you Amy Maxey

Dear Complaints Board, I am reporting an ongoing issue with my Facebook account on Dec 16th I was temporarily blocked from accessing my account Additionally my Friends list which disappeared on January 5th has been affected with friends missing or unable to connect I have tried to resolve the issue but the problem persists I am concerned that this issue is a violation of relevant regulations I would appreciate it if you could look in to this matter and take necessary action to ensure that Facebook is held accountable for its actions
Dear Complaints Board, I just thought I would mention to you all that my Facebook friends list came back on Jan. 7th but I am still not able to send friend request thank you for responding back to me and I don't know the person who comment on my issue but I want to thank them it made me feel good to know that someone out there in social media space is dealing with the same problem thank you to whoever you are
I am having the same issue. It is unbelievable that a company this size does not have any type of telephone support for problems that are not listed on their help page.
Facebook has 3 billion users who speak hundreds of different languages. It would be impossible to have a call center to assist that many people, speaking that many different languages.
