Hi Complaints Board,
I am writing about the problem I am having with Facebook I have lost my friends profile number list and I have tried everything and then I got a letter from Pissed Consumer saying how they are sorry for my problem and I sent them 4 messages and I didn't hear anything back from them this has been going on since Sept27 I did get it back on Oct 4 and then I lost it again on Oct 11th and it is Oct 25th it has been 14 days I deserve to have my problem fix and restored permanently if it was somebody else they would help them out why won't don't they do that for me I feel discriminated and betrayed they say your voice matters we are here to solve your problem that is a lie they haven't done anything to resolve the matter I am getting fed up with it can you help me with this and try to resolve the matter thank you Amy Maxey
