Account being disabled - due to being hacked!
Facebook
1601 Willow Rd,
Menlo Park CA94025-1452
Dear Facebook,
My Facebook account was hacked back in June, and I thought I had taken the proper steps to handle the situation. My account stated that it was under investigation for 30 days and that Facebook was doing an investigation of what happened on my account. I received an email stating that something was shared that was inappropriate on my account and was asked to change my password if it wasn’t me, I clicked the button that I didn’t that it wasn’t me and then changed me password, then the hacker changed my password again. So, I changed it again and I thought that I did everything that I was supposed to do. I was just waiting to have access to my account again. I even took a picture of my face and sent a copy of my driver’s license to prove my identity and my account was still disabled. My cousin did some investigating for me and found a form that I guess I should have filled out before the 30 days was up to dispute the decision of my account being deactivated. I just want my account back and don’t understand why if someone hacked into my account and shared something inappropriate on my account, and it wasn’t me that I am being punished for it. I have years of pictures, memories and videos of family members who have passed away that are in my Facebook account that are very, very sacred to me and I just want to ask that I have my account back. I hope that I am sending this letter to the right address as I have called the number and there is no answer and I have no access to the help center as I no longer have a Facebook account because it has been deactivated. Please help me fix this issue.
My account name is Amy Courtney-Bray
Kind Regards,
Amy Bray
Desired outcome: I want my account fixed asap as I am very very upset about this situation and Facebook isn't helping me at all!
Access to my Facebook account which is the means of communication in my over 55 neighborhood.
Good afternoom.
I have been trying for the last 48 hours to log in to my Facebook account which for some reason I was automatically cut off Saturday. I have gone on line to read the info and articles on the support pages that might lead me to a solution. After following the directions and checking all of the items recommended, I’m back to square one.
The sticking point is after I log in and am asked for a 2 factor authentication. I’m directed to go to the code generator of which I can’t find. I press “need help”. The help states go to the Facebook app, click menu and scroll to the code generator. I go to the app but the menu or the “list” icon is not here. After my login, i'm told to give a code. So I go back to the log in page and click resend code. States that it was sent via SMS. I have yet to receive any code or any text from Facebook.
In desperation, I searched for a Facebook phone number to call. Finally found one, went through the phone triage only to find out it wasn’t active and was referred back to the less than helpful on line support. Found a second number but when I click for Facebook, I get all of these advertisements. I just need help.
My Wi-Fi connection is great, I have no numbers blocked on my phone and “receive notifications” is turned on for Facebook. My account is under the email “[protected]@att.net” and the phone number associated with the account is [protected]. My account name is "Babs" and has a picture of children as my profile picture. There is another account with the name "Barbara" which should be deactivated.
Please let me know how this problem can be resolved.
Thank you
Babs

Being able to access my FB account
In December last year, I started receiving messages when I would log into FB on my laptop or work computer. It would ask for the below:
Two-factor authentication required
You've asked us to require a 6-digit login code when anyone tries to access your account from a new device or browser.
Enter the 6-digit code from your code generator or third-party app below.
However, the issue is that the code doesn't come through to the phone. The phone number is correct in the account.
I could do this before as I had set up facebook in an authenticator app on my phone. Then I bought a new phone and the app to do it had to be reloaded and didn't work as the same before. I tried to use the code generator in teh FB app and the code still didn't come through.
So from December I couldn't log on onto FB from computers but could access on my phone. 10 weeks ago FB logged me out on my phone and then the same thing happened and was asking for an authenticator code. Again still not working. I now no longer have access to my accounts.
While I had access on my phone I reported this issue over 50 times and then, without access to my FB I have tried everything to report the account.
My brother who is quite good at tech stuff found that you could download a third party app and use that to generate a code. Still didn't work. I have also rung my phone provider and made sure that no numbers re sales numbers are being automatically blocked so that's all clear.
I have another work account and use the same mobile and I can get this code so it seems its my personal account I set up 12 years ago.
I desperately want to access my account as it has so many memories and memories of my dad who has since passed. Can anyone help me?
Its almost like FB needs to turn off the two factor authenticator so I can just log in. So disappointing that after nine months, FB still doesn't respond.
Desired outcome: I just want to get into my account again.
I'm having the same issue my self
Unfair Ban
I commented on a community post about dog owners not pickup up after their pets on public property. I basically said I agree and that these dog owners are “lazy jerks.” I got 24 ban for calling irresponsible dog owners “lazy jerks!” BUT Facebook continues to allow all the fake profiles I report to make posts about all these scam/fake job offers around my community pages. I don’t understand what the heck is going on! I didn’t threaten anyone or curse. I said “lazy jerks” and I get banned. But others will post scam after scam claiming innocent victims and Facebook will do nothing about it.
Desired outcome: They need to seriously change these Community Guidelines and actually pay attention to the real problems going on. They never look at context they just assume they know better but they don’t.
Liar
I have been harassed by Ken Holm now foe a few years and it appears that Facebook does nothing to stop his lies, his slandar and him accusing me and my sons of stuff. He has several facebook pages and is linked to his wife Jennifer holm. He tags her account to spread his lies and threats. He has lived in Holdingford, OK and who knows where else.
Please stop this harassment and threats by this evil man.
Because of him and Facebook not controlling what is printed, I have deleted my account but his garbage still flows through Facebook.
You can contact me st [protected]
Or [protected]@gmail.com
Desired outcome: Band him from Facebook so he cannot use your platform to spread lies, make threats and harass people. He has done this for several years now
Facebook/ meta business
My Business Account was restricted. It did not tell me specifically why. I requested it be reviewed and was prompted to upload my ID to authenticate who I am. I uploaded my Driver's License. Within hours I received notice that my account was PERMANENTLY restricted and I could not request another review. And the reason... because they could not verify who I am. No phone # to call, no chat to speak thru, no email address to send to... The Helps menus don't address this and figuring out where to even go to see what FB says about this situation puts you through an unending maze of pages with no satisfaction. Terrible and awful communications protocol. Where do I go from here? Where can I even get a question answered?
Desired outcome: The ability to understand specifically why I am restricted and the ability to have a real time communication about it.
Facebook disabled my account when hackers took over. pls email monalisabrook@gmail.com if you can help
Disabled my account
Good Morning,
My account was hacked on July 15th. I received notification that someone tried to login to my account from an unauthorized device. I stated “this is not me” and changed my password. Immediately after I got back in, I received notification that my account was suspended due to violating community standards due to sexual content and nudity. I did NOT POST THIS. The HACKER did. They also ran two $75 transactions. One went through, one was denied. I did get my money back from my back, changed all my account information. I requested a review of the account several times. I sent in my ID several times. Now my account, that I’ve had for probably 14 years, has been permanently disabled and I can’t get any of my videos or videos.
PLEASE HELP ME.
Desired outcome: I would like my account back!!! That's 14 years of memories. I contacted everyone I could. Tweeted, emailed, requested reviews, sent my ID, and nothing happened.
Service
To Whom It May Concern,
Hello, thank you for taking care of my case.
Facebook disabled my Facebook account after my account being hacked on August 2nd. The reason it gave me was because my last post on August 1st didn’t follow the community standard. I have my IG account links to FB so if I post on IG, the post would as well show on my FB page. (My last post has attached below) I as well attach an image taken from IG account that my status is very good.
I’ve tried to contacted them to appeal it and never got a response.
When I tried to report a problem to fb online, the system sent me a message saying that I had to log into my account for the matter. How could I log into my account when my account is disabled by fb.. When I tried to reach out to fb support team by number, no representatives stood by to help. Instead, the answer machine asked us to check help section on fb. Again..disabled account wouldn’t do. When I tried to email them, weeks have gone by and no replies.
When I tried to log in, the Facebook system sent me a message that my account is going to be permanently disabled in less than two weeks. I am getting anxious because facebook is my only way to stay in touch with my family and friends, and I haven’t talked to them for one month…😰🤢🤦🏽♀️😰🤢🤦🏽♀️
I’ve tried all the ways I could think of to have my account recovered, but nothing happened. I’ve asked people’s suggestions, and they told me to file a complaint against Facebook. That’s how I get here and hold my last hope for my disable account.. please read the attached images for references. Thank you very much for your time.. hope I’ll hear from you soon.
Best Regards,
Chw
Desired outcome: I am hoping to have my account recovered. I am really desperate right now bc I cannot get hold of my family who live on the other side of the world as well as my friends. I never use phone number any more…

I ordered a Fitwoman gold silicone smart watch on 31st August.
To date I have not received, acknowledgement, delivery times or in fact absolutely nothing from them.
The money was taken from my credit card the same day of the order.
Would you be able to advise if this company is still operating and what to do to get either my watch or money refunded.
I have sent 3 e-mails to the company but have not received any reply

Company facebook page
Hello,
I can almost never log into my company page, in order to run an advert campaign. When i try to log in, it asks for a code to be generated in one of my phones. When i eventually get into the app, which can take between a 5 mins and a few days (its just random luck) in 100% of cases, the code generator simply says 'error, try again", for the last year or 2.
if offeres an alternative method of logging into a non existent page, fb.me/soething I forget, whihc takes you to this non existent page
https://www.facebook.com/mobile/codegenerator
If I did not have 10 years of history on the page, I would delete is.
Is there an actual human I can talk to to resolve this, rahter than surfing hundreds of irrelevant pre written 'help' links that do zero to fix this?
Sorry for my extreme frustration. I just want to run a campaign.
Desired outcome: to be able to log into https://www.facebook.com/realestateinromania/
Wife's facebook account disabled
On August 10 at about 1am, my wife's facebook account was hacked from a device near Los Angeles (we are in the Seattle area). She received a notice later that day that her account has been disabled for safety issues related to sexualizing children. She went through the steps provided on FB to get her account re-instated, up to the point today where she sent her photo id of her drivers license to you. (which seems awfully sketchy to me that you would require that!) She just received notice via email that her account cannot be re-instated and that she is ineligible to have her account back. She did NOTHING wrong except get hacked. She changed her password for protection. Her name is Penny Proctor, her email is penny. [protected]@gmail.com, and her phone number is [protected]. Please re instate her facebook account.
Desired outcome: RE INSTATE MY WIFE'S FACEBOOK ACCOUNT!

Facebook page reporting fraud "page is saying"permanently closed". Not true!
This Facebook page needs to be deleted ASAP for FRAUD, Bailey Jewelers is open and fully operating by the owner / shareholder. This Facebook page is being done by ex-partners that are NO LONGER involved in any day-to-day operations. Please remove this account or the "Permanently Closed".
https://www.facebook.com/baileyjewelers214/
Thank you Carol C
Desired outcome: https://www.facebook.com/baileyjewelers214/ [Remove this page /account for FRAUD].
Food advertising
I consistently see home cooked food being advertised on Marketplace. The Western Australian Health Dept legislation states that any premises cooking, supplying food must have a cerificate of registration stating that the premises has been inspected & issued a cerificate registering them to be able to supply said food/dishes etc.
Everytime I enquire as to the certificate, or suggest they place a copy with the pictured item, I am either ignored, or insulted. Some simply remove their ad for a few days then it reappears. If someone purchases food items & becomes ill etc. Then I feel Facebook itself could be liable for not ensuring Health Dept laws are not being upheld I am just so tired of seei8ng literally dozens & dozens of this type of ad.
Desired outcome: certify these ads are within the Health Dept Laws by seeking a permit/registration certifying the premises are legally registered. Instead of allowing it to run wild.
Marketplace on Facebook has several categories for products being brought & sold etc.
They have a category adver5tising products etc. called "Freebies" I rarely see anything on this category for free. The ad sates free, however, once you click on the ad there is always a price attached. Therefore many are baically sucked into the add only to find a price attached, & not always a cheap, or reasonable price either. All other websites I visit also have a free section & ALL items listed are actually free. I find this to be definitely a misleading practice by Facebook itself. For such a large corporation surely there must be insights governing validity of ads?
Being out in FB jail because of a type error
I was making a comment to a friend about staying in the hospital. Staying came out as stab. 30 day jail.
I'm so upset this is the 3rd time they have suspended me for a voice to text error. All because I didn't proofread what I was posting they said I was being violent there's nothing wrong with not wanting to stay at the hospital.
Desired outcome: Fact checkers assumed I said something wrong. I'm getting tired of being targeted as someone that is making violent post
