They get you a car, but it goes to the shop a lot in the first year (11 times!
They get you a car, but it goes to the shop a lot in the first year (11 times!). The engine and injectors have issues, and the harness too. It stays in the shop for more than 3 months, so you can't use it. Even if you pay on time, they won't let you trade it in because it's a bad car. So you give it back and buy a better car somewhere else, but they send you a 1099-c for it! Don't do business with this bad company!

I got a car from Family Auto of Taylors, LLC. I paid it all in April, but still no title. Every time we call, they give us excuses and delays. We called many times and sent emails, but no response. Now, we're getting legal help.

I got a new car from Family Auto of Taylors, LLC in November . Everything was good, but they were supposed to transfer my tag to the new car. But when I had to pay my taxes for the tag in April , it still said it was for the old car. They gave me excuses for weeks and finally fixed my paperwork and gave me a temporary tag in May . But it expired on June 13, and it's now June 25th and they still haven't fixed it. The lady who handles it is never there. They want my payments every week, but they can't even handle something as simple as getting the tag and title. I'm really unhappy.

I bought a 2014 dodge grand caravan from Family Auto of Taylors on 03/25/2022. It had a broken right mirror and no spare tire, but they said they ordered one. My main complaint is that the check engine light came on the same night I drove off the dealership. I'm an Uber driver and was taking a rider home when it happened. The code was P-0741, a torque converter issue. I called the dealership the next morning and they told me to take it to Kim Auto. They replaced the solenoid, but the check engine light came back on with the same issue. They put in a used transmission, not a rebuilt one like they said. The van would engine stall when coming to a stop and hard shifting was still there. I called them again and they told me to go to the repair shop. The guy rode with me and filled it up with fluid. He went to drive it for about 30 minutes and came back saying it was ready. I drove it and it was still doing the same thing. I called them and told them to come get it. I can't allow riders to ride in this van due to the issues. Also, the seatbelts have codes that show up on a scanner. I asked for my downpayment back because of the issues. In less than 30 days of getting the van, I have lost so much time and money. They won't even give me my downpayment back, saying all sales are final. They did try repairing it, but only made it worse.

Me and my hubby bought a car from Family Auto of Berea. We put down payment on a 2008 Chrysler Sebring on Feb 28, 2020. They knew the front wheel bearing was going out and the left rear break light wasn't working right when we bought it. They said they'd fix it all up for us. We rented a car and dropped the Chrysler off at the shop. When I picked it up, the mechanic said the strut bearing was going out in the front. Two weeks later, we called them again because the transmission was slipping, check engine light was on, and air bag light was on. They had us take it to another mechanic to fix it. I picked it up the next day, but the check engine light, air bag light, and transmission problems were still there. The front end shakes terribly on the interstate and the engine loses power and then revs high and moves forward when you press the brake. We called them on May 21 to tell them about the problems, but they just asked us to bring it to their mechanic. The car isn't safe to drive. We asked to be put in another car, but they said no. They won't fix it and won't give us another car.
