Mixed Feelings About FARMASI
As I read through the reviews about FARMASI, I can't help but feel a mix of emotions. Some customers praise the quality of the products and the excellent customer service they received, while others express disappointment and frustration. It seems like FARMASI has a range of products that cater to different needs, but consistency in product quality and customer service might be areas that need improvement. Despite the varied experiences shared by customers, I believe that trying out FARMASI products could be worth it to see how they work for you personally. Remember, everyone's skin and preferences are unique, so don't hesitate to give them a chance and form your own opinion.
Great product
Good Products I see so many say it don't work well you have to give it more than a week I've been using it for about two months now and I see a huge difference and it's well worth the money And it's more cost-effective than going to these retailers and paying for their product and I love the fact that it's an animal and cruelty free
Quality products
I was skeptical to try the FARMASi brand, because of the 50% off price tag, but figured I would spend $20 on Starbucks in a couple of days, so but the bullet and bought an Influencer package. I am more than blown away by it. They are affordable and definitely high quality. I am obsessed with their Rosewater series. My Rosacea is nearly gone.
-
Pros
- Wide range of quality products
- Affordable pricing strategy
- Ethical & cruelty-free practices
- Frequent promotions & discounts
- Robust direct selling network
-
Cons
- Limited Global Presence: Farmasi's market penetration is strong in certain regions but lacks a global footprint compared to competitors like Avon or L'Oréal.
- Product Authenticity Concerns: Direct selling model can lead to counterfeit products, potentially damaging brand reputation and customer trust.
- Competitive Market Saturation: The beauty and personal care industry is highly saturated, making it challenging for Farmasi to stand out against established brands.
- Reliance on Direct Sales: Heavy reliance on direct sales and independent representatives can lead to inconsistent customer experiences and variable service quality.
Retired
So impressed with the smooth and clean feel of the foundation... at my age of 61 it needs to be a high quality product and gentle to the skin. The lipsticks don't feel like I am wearing them... I have to keep looking in the mirror to ensure it is still there. It is and still spectacular. I actually feel good about myself with the age that I am.
Great company!
I just started purchasing items from Farmasi this year and so far I have been extremely pleased with the quality for the price. It is not extravagant. I love the nail polish. It holds up well, and can last me for about a week with no chips. It is a lot better than many I have tried. I really like the mono eye shadow, lip scrub and matt liquid lipstick also. I am also impressed with Mr Wipes multi purpose cleanser and Mr Wipes laundry detergent. I plan to continue to buy from Farmasi.
Resurface Skincare Line
I just joined Farmasi in Feb. 2022 and the first thing I bought was the Resurface Skincare Line. I took a before and after photo and I absolutely see the difference in reduction of my fine lines, wrinkles and texture of my skin. I was Rep for another beauty company and the products I used with them didn't give the same results I got from the Farmasi products. Needless to say, I will stick with the Farmasi skincare products. I posted these photos just so you can see the difference after using this skincare line for only a month so far.
Love almost all of the products and the price point
These products are awesome. The catalog clearly states which ones are gluten free. The Dr C Tuna products are free of Paraben, SLS, Phosphates, Formaldehyde, animal ingredients and Phthalate. They are non GMO and not tested on animals. Endangered Plants are not used either. The price point is great and the quality is very good. It does take a while to get the orders through shipping but this is mostly due to Covid issues. They do have a lot of products that go on back order but that is because they are so popular. They are based in Turkey but I heard they are looking for property in the US so they can make the products here. This would mean more jobs opening in the US which is always a plus.
Excellent Products and Cosmetics!
I became a Beauty Influencer when the Covid19 spread started in March 2020. I have purchased and tried all of their products, and I mean all! I'm a Clinique customer since 1993 and have tried drugstore cosmetics, Mary Kay (I was allergic to everything except lipstics), Avon (good products but Farmasi has better ones at more affordable prices), BeautiControl (too expensive), and I don't have any complaints for myself nor from any of my customers. All of them rave about them, they are return customers, and they refer new customers. Don't have alot of Beauty Influencers under me, but I make enough income with the purchases from my customers to continue with Farmasi. Hey, 50% is 50%! Love this opportunity and hoping to share and recruit soon!
Farmasi: The Game-Changing Skincare and Makeup Brand
Having used Farmasi products for the past five months, I can confidently say that this brand is a game changer when it comes to skincare and makeup. As someone with sensitive skin, I am always apprehensive about trying out new products, but with Farmasi, I have not experienced any issues at all. In fact, their products are gentle and have not caused any irritation whatsoever.
Some of my favorite Farmasi products include the Puro Rose Cleanser, Pure Rose Water, Age Reversist Moisturizer, and Eye Cream. These products have worked wonders on reducing the appearance of wrinkles and have even lightened my dark spots. I have also discovered the Activated Charcoal line, which includes a charcoal mask that has helped me minimize my pores. The Tea Tree skincare range has been a savior for treating my acne-prone skin too.
The Extreme Curl mascara is one of my all-time favorites, as it curls your lashes to perfection. I am also in love with the Double Lash Extend Mascara, which has given my eyelashes the length and volume that I've always wanted. Their VFX Pro Primer and Camera-ready foundation are very popular, but my personal go-to foundation is the CC Cream- it's absolutely divine.
Overall, Farmasi has an incredible range of products to choose from depending on your makeup preferences and the look you want to achieve. The quality of their products is unmatched, and they have definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Farmasi to anyone looking for amazing skincare and makeup products that actually work!
Disappointing Customer Service from FARMASI: Unresponsive Representatives and Lack of Resolution
As a beauty influencer, I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service offered by FARMASI. It is frustrating to have to open a ticket and wait a minimum of 3 days for a response, only to receive a question or request for more information before the issue is truly resolved. In my experience, the "solved" label can be misleading and misrepresentative of the problem actually being fixed.
Recently, I attempted to contact my regional representative in Florida, Rosanna Colon, via WhatsApp. Despite seeing that she was online, she failed to respond to my messages for two consecutive days. This lack of communication left me feeling unimportant and overlooked as a customer.
To add to my frustration, one of my customers placed two orders on July 4th, and despite checking on their status for the past 10 days, both orders still appear as "packed" with no tracking information available. When I attempted to contact customer service via phone, I was left on hold for 2 hours and 10 minutes with no response.
The question that now remains is: who will take responsibility for resolving this issue? If the customer is left feeling neglected and unheard, they may understandably choose to cancel their orders altogether. This situation is a disservice to both the customer and the reputation of FARMASI as a whole.
Disappointing Experience with FARMASI: Poor Products, Customer Service, and Earning Potential
My experience with FARMASI (farmasi.ba) was quite frustrating as I faced numerous problems with their products and customer service. I was a seller myself, and both myself and a customer were sent an empty product after just one use which caused a lot of inconvenience. Despite following up several times through calls, emails, and chats, it took over a month to resolve the issue with the help of my sponsor and her sponsors.
Although some of their products seem reasonably priced, I did notice a few that seemed overly expensive unless you were a seller. However, despite being a seller, I didn't find the earning potential to be worth it as you only earn commission if you sell more than your team members.
Additionally, I found their marketing tactics to be super pushy, with a strong emphasis on growing your team and cold messaging others. I was tempted to continue selling solely for the 50% discount, but the terrible customer service experience I received from multiple members on my team made it an easy decision to quit.
Overall, while some may find benefits in being a seller for FARMASI, my personal experience has left me with a negative impression of their products and services.
Mixed results with FARMASI's eye makeup remover: allergic reaction but unique residue-free formula - Review
I recently purchased both the eye makeup remover and the 3D Effect mascara from FARMASI (farmasi.ba) in support of my friend's new business venture. When it came to the mascara, I found it to be fairly standard and unremarkable - nothing to write home about. However, as someone who wears eye makeup every day, I had high hopes for the makeup remover. My goal was to find a replacement for my current brand, which happens to be five times more expensive than FARMASI's option.
Unfortunately, when I used the FARMASI eye makeup remover with cotton pads, I experienced a mild heat sensation while wiping both of my eyes. It wasn't exactly painful, but it was clear that my eyes were having a reaction to the product. I was curious to see if others had experienced the same sensation, so I looked for reviews online. I wasn't able to find much information, so I'm unsure if this is a common issue or not.
The FARMASI eye makeup remover is advertised as leaving no oily residue, but I did find that it left a slight residue on my eyes. However, it wasn't oily or watery - it was something in between. The residue typically dries within a matter of minutes, which is good news.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to continue using the FARMASI eye makeup remover due to an allergic reaction it caused recently. My eyelid was irritated enough that it was swollen the next day. I've since returned to my expensive brand of makeup remover, but I'm open to trying FARMASI's other products in the future. Overall, my experience with the eye makeup remover wasn't ideal, but I am glad to have supported my friend's business.
My Disappointing Experience with FARMASI: Poor Quality and Rigid Policies
When I first signed up to become a BI with FARMASI (farmasi.ba), I was excited to start a new venture. At the time, they were looking for reps and there were no quotas to meet. However, I quickly ran into issues when my starter kit was sent back not once, but three times. Despite many phone calls, I never received it. After a lot of back and forth, they finally reimbursed me.
Unfortunately, things didn't get better from there. When the pandemic hit, no one was buying FARMASI products in my area, so I decided to order some things for myself. But now that I am a senior, they have implemented a rigid 6 month rule that they won't extend, even for just an extra month. To make matters worse, they only told me this 4 days before the deadline, so I had to scramble to spend more money and stay active.
I also have some issues with the products themselves. While some people seem to love their face creams, I find them overrated and not worth the money. In addition, there are not enough color options for their shadows, lipstick, and blush. The concealer is also a disappointment – it's not light at all and leans more towards the orangey side. It's more of a beige color and doesn't suit everyone.
To add insult to injury, when I opened a mascara that was supposed to be a 2 in 1 product, the whole thing came apart and the mascara ended up all over the brush. I had to scrape it off and the second tube was dried out. FARMASI really needs to improve the quality of their products and make sure they're not falling apart before they even reach the customer.
In my opinion, FARMASI only manages to attract reps because the joining cost is so low compared to other companies. Despite all the issues I have run into, there are still people who love FARMASI and swear by their products. However, I have decided to switch back to the pink cadillac company. Overall, I don't think FARMASI is worth the hassle or the money.
Unsatisfactory Experience with Farmasi Makeup Products - Caution to Others to Stay Away from this Brand
I recently made an order from Farmasi through a friend who had just started her own business venture. Excited about trying out the products as they had been recommended to me, I eagerly waited for my purchase to arrive. However, my enthusiasm soon turned to disappointment when I applied the makeup products and woke up the next day with multiple swelling bumps on my eyes.
I reached out to my friend in hopes of getting some guidance about a possible return or exchange. Instead, I was met with resistance as she gave me an array of excuses as to why it couldn't have been the makeup causing the reaction. She dismissed my concerns by simply suggesting I get a refund if I wanted one. Upon further research, I discovered that obtaining a refund from Farmasi is not as easy as it may seem, adding more frustration to an already unpleasant experience.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of care and consideration when purchasing products as it directly affects my health and well-being. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy and concern shown by both my friend and the company. Farmasi's low 3-star ratings did not provide any reassurance either. It seems that this company is similar to AVON and I cannot recommend it to anyone except to the owner.
Moreover, the cost of Farmasi's products is expensive for the poor quality offered, and I would advise others to invest their hard-earned money back into trusted and reputable brands such as Sephora. Overall, my experience with Farmasi has been unsatisfactory, and I caution others to stay away from this brand.
Farmasi Makeup Review: A Game-Changer for My Skin & Makeup Needs
I used to be hesitant about direct sales and never saw myself as someone who could do it. My friend who has been selling Mary Kay for 15 years tried to convince me to join her team but I just couldn't bring myself to do it since I didn't love their products enough. However, I started hearing great things about Farmasi makeup and my interest was piqued. I had been struggling to find a foundation that provided enough coverage for my melasma without making me look older than I actually am. As a 46-year-old, I needed something lighter than the heavy makeup I used to wear when I was younger. I decided to try some samples of the CC cream, BB cream, and VFX Camera Ready full coverage foundation and I was blown away. They all worked so well on my skin! In fact, the CC Cream combined with their primer has become my go-to foundation. It was such a game-changer for me that I decided to sign up as an influencer with Farmasi to spread the word about my newfound love for their products. I now use only Farmasi products and they have become my absolute favorites. The Extreme Curl Mascara, Zen, and Double Lash Extend Mascara, the Creamy Eyeshadow, the Terracotta Finishing powder, and even the Fabric Refresher are just some of the products that I cannot live without.
However, I have experienced a few issues with the Farmasi website and customer support has not been as helpful as I would have liked. Nevertheless, my orders usually arrive within 5-9 days and that has generally been satisfactory for me. All-in-all, I think Farmasi is an excellent makeup brand that offers a wide variety of products that resonate with my skin and makeup needs. If you're looking for makeup that works and does the job exceptionally well, Farmasi should definitely be on your list of brands to try out.
Unsatisfactory Experience with FARMASI: Poor Quality, Shipping and Feedback Transparency
When I first signed up for FARMASI, I was pleased that there was no minimum purchase required. It was perfect because I wasn't interested in selling their products, I simply wanted the personal discount. However, the company has recently changed its policy, and now requires a minimum purchase within a specific timeframe, or you risk getting suspended. This shift in policy was a letdown for me, and I'm sure it may be for others who don't want to feel pressured to spend more than they need to.
Unfortunately, the products themselves did not make up for this disappointment. I recently purchased their liquid eyeshadow in the shade "joker," and while the application was smooth and the color looked beautiful, by the end of the day, my eyes were a mess. The eyeshadow had separated, creased, and become cakey. The same experience happened with other FARMASI products I've tried. They simply don't last through the day. When I tried to leave a review of the liquid eyeshadow on their website, I noticed that only positive feedback seemed to appear. I found it strange that my review was not shared, and it made me wonder about the transparency of their customer feedback system.
The shipping process only added to the frustration. After receiving an email confirmation that my products had shipped the day after I ordered them, I didn't actually get them until two weeks later. Additionally, the shipping costs were quite high, and frankly, not worth the wait. It's disappointing to have to wait so long for products that are ultimately not satisfactory.
After this experience, I have decided to go back to the rival company, Sce. Although their products may cost a bit more, I can attest that they really do last a long time. A little goes a long way, so I can order as much or as little as I want with their discount program. The makeup and skincare products have fulfilled my needs, and I always receive my products within a week with free shipping. In the end, it's worth it to spend more on products that I love and trust, instead of settling for products that don't seem to be up to par.
FARMASI Review: Reliable Products, Disappointing Customer Service
The FARMASI website (farmasi.ba) boasts a wide range of quality beauty products, including eyeliners, mascara, and lip gloss. While the majority of these items have been reliable and effective, I did experience some difficulties with the Zen mascara, which had a tendency to clump and was ultimately unusable. However, this was a minor issue when compared to the frustration I experienced with their customer service.
Specifically, I ordered 2 eyeliners and 1 lip gloss but only received one of the eyeliners. After multiple attempts to contact their customer service team via email, I received no response beyond the automated reply. It was only after reaching out to my sales representative and involving the directors that the missing eyeliner was finally sent to me, a full month after I had placed my order.
While the directors did express their apologies via my sales rep, I was disappointed that there was no initial offer to refund or compensate me for the delay. The company had made an error and I felt that they should have taken some responsibility for it. Instead, I was left feeling undervalued as a customer.
Although my sales rep did offer to refund me out of her own pocket, I felt that it was not her responsibility to make up for the company's mistake. As a paying customer, I expected better service and accountability from FARMASI. While the products themselves are satisfactory, I do feel that it is important to consider the overall customer experience when choosing where to shop for beauty products.
Disappointed with Farmasi Cosmetics Sales Team
I recently tried out a few products from Farmasi cosmetics after a friend recommended them to me. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the products for the price point. The products worked well for me, and I was excited to place another order with my friend.
However, when I contacted my friend, I found out that she was no longer selling the products. As someone who has experience buying and selling cosmetics through direct selling or multi-level marketing set up, I decided to join the Farmasi sales team myself.
Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. Placing orders came with a long list of conditions and restrictions, which made the process much less convenient than I had hoped. Specifically, in order to purchase anything from the specials catalog, I needed to make a purchase from the regular catalog first. This wouldn't have been such a big deal, except that I didn't find any of the regular catalog products particularly appealing. The same went for a few friends who were also considering placing orders.
When I reached out to sales management to see if there was any way to work around this issue, I was met with a disappointing lack of flexibility. Apparently, as a reseller, I was actually considered an end user, which didn't seem to make much sense to me. Additionally, the marketing team could use some lessons in customer service. I've worked with other direct sales companies before who not only had fewer restrictions on purchases but also provided incentives like free items for resellers to pass on to customers. It was a shock to encounter such a lousy attitude towards potential customers.
Ultimately, my experience with Farmasi left a bad taste in my mouth, and I doubt I'll be returning as a customer in the future. While I understand that every business has its own policies and procedures, pairing those guidelines with a lack of customer care and appreciation is a surefire way to drive people away.
FARMASI Complaints 11
Customer service is a joke
I ordered Farmasi cosmetics from a friend a couple of times. The products aren't too bad for the price. Recently I contacted my friend to place another order and she told me she was no longer selling. Having experience buying and selling cosmetics via this direct selling / multi level marketing set up, I decided to join the sales team.
What a joke. There are so many conditions on placing orders. If you want something from the specials catalog you need to first make a purchase from the regular catalog. Not such a task except I didn't like any of the products in the regular catalog. None of my friends who intended placing orders liked the regular catalog items either.
I sent an email to sales management but no leeway. They have the stance and they don't care whether you like it or not. Then I was not-so-graciously informed that I was not a re-seller but an end user. Seriously? Do you know anyone who would buy several of the same product for themselves?
The marketing team need a crash course in customer service. I've been a re-seller for a number of direct sales companies. Not only were there no restrictions on purchases, they kept giving me free items to pass on to my customers as an incentive to keep ordering from me.
It's one thing to have a stance on how orders can be placed, but couple that stance with a lousy attitude towards potential customers is a death sentence for any business. This is one customer they will never see again.
Mixed feelings about FARMASI's Zen Mascara: review of quality control and transparency issues
As a regular FARMASI customer, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with their Zen Mascara. Let me preface by saying that I've been absolutely in love with this product for a while now. I've tried many mascaras in my life, but nothing quite compares to Zen. It provides a perfect amount of volume, length, and definition to my lashes without clumping or smudging. Needless to say, I was a happy customer.
However, my last order from FARMASI left me disappointed and concerned. All of the previous tubes of Zen that I've ordered came wrapped in a plastic sheath that served as an extra layer of protection. This time, however, the two tubes that I received did not have the plastic covering. Instead, they had an ingredient sticker serving as a seal. Not a big deal, I thought. But when I tried to remove the sticker, it left a sticky residue on the tube.
Moreover, the main issue was that both tubes were practically dried up. It was as if they had been sitting on the shelf for months, or worse, that they had been used and returned to the company, which then sealed them with a sticker and sold them as new. As a consumer, this was extremely concerning to me.
I immediately reached out to FARMASI's customer service, hoping to get an explanation or a resolution. To their credit, they responded promptly and offered to send me two new tubes, free of charge. While I appreciate their willingness to make things right, I can't help but wonder if this is a common practice for them. Are they selling expired or used products as new without disclosing it? This experience has definitely left me with some doubts and reservations about continuing to order from FARMASI.
In conclusion, while I still love the Zen Mascara, my recent experience with FARMASI has been disappointing. The quality control and transparency seem to be lacking, and I would caution other customers to be vigilant when ordering from them.
Warning: The Incompetence of FARMASI's Service is Simply Unacceptable
As a consumer, I recently had a dreadful experience with FARMASI (farmasi.ba) and I feel it is important to share my review to warn others about the incompetence of the company. Despite placing my order through a trusted beauty influencer, I faced nothing but disappointment and frustration when my order failed to arrive for an extended period of time. In fact, I would go so far as to say that the length of time it took for my order to arrive was unacceptable and simply not worth the wait.
To provide context, my order was being shipped from their warehouse in Florida and I reside just one state north in Georgia. Despite the proximity in location, the shipping timeline seemed endless and I was left twiddling my thumbs for an unreasonable amount of time. As a result, I was unable to test the makeup products that I had orders and was left feeling utterly disappointed by the whole buying experience.
To put it quite plainly, the service provided by FARMASI is absolutely pathetic. I would strongly caution other customers to avoid making any purchases from this company, and to instead seek out alternatives where reliable, efficient service is guaranteed. As a person who strives for higher standards of customer service, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by FARMASI and do not believe they deserve even a single star rating.
My experience is a clear and striking reminder of the importance of choosing brands that prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in their business operations. While I cannot speak on the quality of the makeup products, I can attest to the fact that my purchasing experience has been severely lacking and has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Disappointing Experience with FARMASI: Dry Mascara, Difficult Shaving Cream, Small Shampoo Bottles, and Unhelpful Representative
I recently had an experience with FARMASI and wanted to share my thoughts and opinions with others who may be considering purchasing their products. Upon trying all of their mascaras, I found that they were rather dry and did not last very long. It was almost as if they only put a very small amount of product in each tube. Additionally, I purchased shaving cream for my sons and found that the cream was incredibly difficult to get out of the can. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the shampoo I ordered came in rather small bottles considering the price that I had paid for it.
In an effort to express my concerns, I sought out advice from my FARMASI representative, Caron Burns. However, when I brought up my issues with the products, she spoke to me in a very stern manner and instructed me to never say anything negative about the company's offerings. To make matters even worse, she proceeded to kick me out of her Facebook chat due to my concerns. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling as though FARMASI's focus is solely on making a profit, with no regard for the quality of the products they are selling. Overall, my experience with FARMASI was far from positive.
Frustration with FARMASI: My Experience with Returning a Product and Waiting for a Refund
I recently had an experience with FARMASI (farmasi.ba) that has been a rollercoaster ride of emotions and frustration. In November, I decided to purchase an acne regime that totaled $142.42. Unfortunately, the product didn't work for me and actually made my skin worse. I decided to return the product and shipped it back to their facility on December 15th. Since then, I have been waiting for my refund.
Initially, I was hoping to get the cash refunded back to me, but I was okay with them applying the credit to my account. This is because I have actually been a big fan of their makeup products that I have used in the past. However, despite my patience and understanding, I continue to wait for them to process the refund.
To my frustration, I recently noticed that my account showed a credit for the refund amount. However, the credit disappeared the next day and no money has been refunded. This has added to the growing frustration and confusion during this whole process.
It's extremely disappointing to see how long it takes for companies to refund money. In today's digital age, it appears that payments can be taken out of accounts with ease. But when it comes to giving back what is owed, there always seems to be a significant delay.
Overall, this experience with FARMASI has left a bitter taste in my mouth. While I am still a fan of their makeup products, I am no longer sure if I will continue to support their brand. Moving forward, it's important for companies to have efficient customer service processes that prioritize transparency and clarity.
FARMASI Beauty Influencer Program Review: Unethical Treatment and Policy Changes
As someone who recently became a Beauty Influencer with FARMASI (farmasi.ba), I was initially pleased with their offer of six months without any minimum amount orders required to remain part of the company. However, my opinion soon changed when they altered their policy at the start of 2021, reducing the grace period to just three months and introducing a minimum purchase value of 125 Pv.
Despite the changes, I put in some effort and made a few sales, resulting in a balance of $80 in my GPG account, which I was looking forward to using towards my next order. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment and frustration when I discovered that my account had been arbitrarily closed by FARMASI without any warning or notification via email.
What's worse is that the balance of my GPG account was comprised of sales I made back in November and December of 2020, which felt like a total theft of my hard-earned money. As a Beauty Influencer, I had put my trust in FARMASI, but their sudden decision to close my account without any explanation or opportunity to rectify any potential issues felt highly unethical.
In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering becoming a Beauty Influencer with FARMASI to think twice about the company's policies and their treatment of their customers. It's a shame for a brand promising such great things to turn out this way, but it is ultimately a red flag that should not be ignored.
Unreliable Communication and Poor Customer Service at FARMASI (farmasi.ba)
I had an unfortunate experience ordering from FARMASI (farmasi.ba). While I was excited to give a gift through their online platform, it ended up being more trouble than it was worth. I was disappointed to find out that after waiting for three weeks, I was expected to go pick up the item myself rather than receive it via delivery. Despite reaching out for information such as a tracking number or invoice, I received no detailed information on my product. Instead, I was sent a Facebook messenger request asking for payment.
Feeling frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service, I asked for a refund and gave up on receiving the product. However, to my surprise, the order arrived at my doorstep two days later through delivery. Though I was grateful to receive the gift, the overall experience was far from satisfactory.
I feel hesitant to order from the same representative again due to the poor experience I had, and would not recommend FARMASI to others looking to make a purchase. As a consumer, I expect reliable communication, transparency, and quality service. Unfortunately, FARMASI failed to meet these standards, and I feel that they do not deserve my business. Although I wish to give them a chance to improve their service in the future, at this time I cannot recommend them to fellow consumers.
Farmasi Products: A Disappointing Experience
Recently, I was introduced to Farmasi by a friend who became a Farmasi Influencer and recommended me to try it out to enjoy the benefit of their 50% pricing. I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of this brand before, but I decided to give it a try anyways. I purchased a trio eyeshadow and a matte lip gloss, as I wanted to start out with just a few products to see if they were any good.
Unfortunately, my experience with these products left much to be desired. The eyeshadow trio was difficult to blend and did not perform as well as other drugstore brands like Cover Girl. I even tried applying it with different eye primers, including two high-end primers that I typically love, but it still fell short of my expectations. As for the matte lip gloss, it was a huge disappointment. The color was nothing like what was advertised and appeared to have more of a peach tone than the advertised pink. Suffice to say, I was left with a shade that I absolutely hated.
Overall, I was unimpressed with Farmasi's products and have no intention of purchasing anything from them again. While I appreciate the opportunity to enjoy their pricing, my experience with their products did not meet my expectations. In the future, I will stick with my tried-and-true brands that I know I can count on.
Frustrating experience with FARMASI: Lack of Confirmation, Poor Customer Service, and Unresolved Ghost Charge
I recently had an experience with FARMASI, an online store that sells various products and also allows individuals to become representatives for the company. With the intention of purchasing $128.93 worth of products and a starter kit, I signed up as a representative and made the transaction online. However, after completing the transaction, I did not receive any confirmation that my order had been placed.
This caused me to be concerned, so I reached out to the representative whom I had signed up under, only to find out that I was not in her system. I then proceeded to contact FARMASI's customer service department, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had to select the option that I was a representative just to be able to speak with a person, and even then, I was not getting any answers.
After reaching out to customer service for two consecutive weeks, I was finally informed that there had been a ghost charge on January 2, 2021, which means that there was a discrepancy in the system. The FARMASI representatives assured me that my money would be refunded, but sadly, none of it has been returned to me as of yet.
It's quite unfortunate that I did not have a positive experience with FARMASI, as I was really interested in purchasing their products. However, at this point, my main priority is getting my money back. I hope that the FARMASI team will take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service and order process, so that others don't have to go through the same unpleasant experience that I did.
Unprofessional Behavior by FARMASI Representatives Leads to Loss of Customer - A Review
Upon my recent experience with FARMASI (farmasi.ba), I have decided to no longer give my patronage to this company. It has come to my attention that their representatives are utilizing the same social media accounts to both promote products and spearhead a harmful, discriminatory, and illegal campaign against four well-known public figures who are currently undergoing litigation. Regina Rand, in particular, spends all of her time promoting hateful and defamatory posts about these individuals, and her personal vendetta should not be allowed on the same page as the products sold by FARMASI.
It's troubling to see that FARMASI would allow individuals like Regina Rand to represent their brand. By accepting representatives who conduct themselves in such an unprofessional and detrimental manner, the company itself becomes associated with their actions. These representatives should embody the values that FARMASI stands for, and instead, they are acting in ways that contradict those values.
Personally, I refuse to associate myself with any business or brand that condones such behavior. The products may be of high quality, but I cannot support a company that aligns themselves with those who spread hate and cause harm to others. Thankfully, I have found comparable products, such as shampoo and oil, readily available at Walmart.
In conclusion, FARMASI has unfortunately lost a customer and potentially many more if they do not take immediate action to address the behavior of their representatives and ensure that they all act with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Deceptive Business Practices: My Experience with FARMASI (farmasi.ba)
I had a really bad experience with FARMASI (farmasi.ba) and I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. In my opinion, this is a company that uses deceitful tactics to lure people in and then takes advantage of them.
When I signed up with them in October 2020, I was told that there were no quotas and that I could sign up for the discount without any obligation to sell anything. Sounded great, right? But then the company suddenly added quotas without informing me or any of their other customers. I found out through my sponsor that my account had been deactivated, and when I spoke to customer service, they confirmed that the changes had been made by the managers and there was nothing they could do.
It's frustrating enough to have been misled by the company, but to have them take my money and then shut down my account without even bothering to send an email or any sort of communication is just plain bad business. I wasn't even given the chance to try to meet the quotas before they closed me out.
In my opinion, FARMASI is a deceptive company that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It's a shame because they do actually have some good products, but their shady practices make it impossible for me to trust them. If you're thinking of signing up with them, my advice is to stay far, far away. There are plenty of other options out there that won't treat you like this.
