But here's the funny part, their website claims that "all orders will be packed in their signature Fendi box and placed in a discreet cardboard box." Seriously, why lie?
4. So, I decided to give their customer service a call on November 30th. I spoke to a woman named Alice, who was actually pretty friendly. She apologized for my disappointment and said she would request a Fendi signature box to be sent to me.
5. But guess what? Today, on December 1st, I received an email from their customer service team saying that they couldn't include the Fendi yellow box in the shipment of my fabric FF motif jumper. They claimed that they couldn't send me a spare box. This answer totally contradicts what their website states. And just so you know, I have a screenshot of their claim saved from their website.
To sum it up, Fendi is way behind other luxury retailers when it comes to shipping time, responding to queries, and customer service. This was my first time buying from Fendi, and even though the top I got is beautifully made and I really love it, I'm pretty sure it'll be my last time shopping with them.
