Versace Nightmare Customer Service Experience with Versace: A Warning

I gotta say, my experience with Versace's customer service was a total nightmare. I mean, seriously, it was the worst I've ever had. And to make matters worse, they didn't seem to give a damn about my order at all. It's like they just didn't care about me as a customer.

And what really grinds my gears is that they were the ones at fault! I mean, come on, Versace, get your act together! It's not cool to treat your customers like this. You're supposed to be a high-end brand, but this kind of behavior is just unacceptable.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed in Versace. I used to be a big fan of their products, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again. It's a shame, really, because I know they have some really great stuff. But if they can't even get their customer service right, then what's the point?

So yeah, if you're thinking about ordering from Versace, I'd say think twice. Unless you want to risk dealing with their terrible customer service, that is.

Versace Disappointing Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with Versace

about it. I will never buy anything from Versace again.

The quality of the products on Versace's website is not up to par. I was disappointed with my purchase and ended up returning everything. The items were not worth the money I spent on them. Additionally, the customer service was not helpful and the seller I interacted with was very rude and impolite. To make matters worse, one of the products I received had holes in it. Needless to say, I was very angry about the whole experience. I will not be shopping at Versace again in the future.

Versace Versace: Dope Style and Quick Shipping from Overseas

I gotta say, Versace is pretty dope. Their stuff can be a bit extra sometimes, but overall I'm a big fan of their style, especially that medusa head logo. And let me tell you, my order came in hella quick for being shipped from overseas. Plus, the packaging was on point - no damage to my new threads.

Versace Versace Website Review: Confusing Navigation and High Prices

with my experience. The website is also very confusing to navigate, it took me a while to find what I was looking for. The prices are also quite high, but I guess that's to be expected with a luxury brand like Versace. Overall, I wouldn't recommend shopping on their website unless you have a lot of patience and don't mind waiting a long time for your order to arrive.

Versace Stylish and Durable: A Review of Versace Sunglasses

I gotta say, I've been rockin' these Versace sunglasses since way back in 2013 and they're still goin' strong! I did have to get the lenses replaced once, but that's no biggie. These shades are polarized and super high quality, so they've held up really well over the years.

Now, I will say that the customer service at Versace can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes they can come off a little snobby, but hey, they're just sales people, right? At the end of the day, it's the products that really matter, and Versace definitely delivers on that front.

Overall, I'm really happy with my Versace sunglasses and would definitely recommend 'em to anyone lookin' for a stylish and durable pair of shades.

Versace Slow Refund Process and Incomplete Refund from Versace's Website

So, I recently bought something from Versace's website. It was pretty cool, but when I got it, it didn't fit right. So, I had to return it. That's when things got a little weird. It took them like three whole weeks to process my refund! I mean, come on, that's a long time to wait. And when I finally did get my money back, they only refunded me for the product itself. They didn't give me back the tax I paid! I don't know about you, but that seems pretty messed up to me. I've never had that happen with any other company before. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to look at the amount I paid and refund me the total amount? It's not rocket science, people. Overall, I'm still a fan of Versace, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Versace Disappointed with Versace.com's Customer Service and Order Cancellation

So, I was looking for a Christmas gift for my friend and decided to check out Versace.com. I found something I liked and went ahead and ordered it. They took the money out of my account right away, which was a relief because I didn't want to worry about it later. However, the next day, they canceled my order! I was so confused and frustrated because they had already taken my money.

I reached out to their customer service and they told me that I had to wait three business days for the refund to go through. I don't understand why they can't just refund me right away, especially since they already took the money out of my account. It's not like I paid with some weird payment method, I used a regular Visa card.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience at Versace.com. I was excited to get my friend a nice gift, but now I have to wait for my money to be refunded. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Versace Disappointing Experience with Versace's Website: Poor Customer Service and Misrepresented Product

I recently purchased a long sleeve shirt from Versace's website and was disappointed to find that the shirt I received did not match the description on the website. The shirt was supposed to have buttons going all the way down the right sleeve, but there were no buttons on the shirt at all. I immediately contacted customer service to let them know about the mistake, but was put on hold and never connected with a supervisor. This happened seven times, which was frustrating and time-consuming.

After two weeks of trying to resolve the issue, I received an email from Versace telling me to return the shirt quickly because they have a 30-day return policy. I was frustrated that they didn't seem to care about the fact that I had been trying to get the issue resolved for two weeks and had been disconnected every time I called. It was also frustrating to see that they were still showing the shirt with buttons down the sleeve on their website, which was a misrepresentation of their product.

I was disappointed with the way Versace handled this situation. Instead of contacting me to see if it was okay to send a different shirt, they just sent something else without any communication. Then, when I tried to get the issue resolved, they gave me a hard time about it. It was a rude and unprofessional way to handle the situation.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from Versace's website. The customer service was poor and the product did not match the description on the website. It was a frustrating experience that I would not want to go through again.

Versace Review of Versace Website: Easy to Use, Fast Shipping, but Returns Policy Could Be Better Explained

The Versace website is pretty good, it's easy to use and I didn't have any problems while shopping. My order went through without any issues and they shipped it to me really fast. They even require a signature confirmation so that your item doesn't get lost or stolen. But there are a few things that I didn't like:

1. You can't return online purchases to the store. You have to ship the items back. It's not too bad because the returns are free, but it would be better if you could just take it to the store.

2. The policy page doesn't explain that you can't return items to the store. I know most people would think "well if it doesn't say it, then it doesn't work", but it's always better to be sure.

3. The store locator has some outdated stores and numbers. I tried to call two locations near me and they don't exist anymore.

Overall, I think they could have explained things better on the website. They provide a sizing chart for all items but then they say that the items fit in standard Italian size at the same time. I have no idea how to reference that. I ended up buying a top that was my usual USA size, but it was too big. That's why I had to make the return. Unfortunately, I have to mail it back. Make sure you keep the box and original packaging in case your item doesn't work out. I almost threw out the shipping box thinking I could return it in-store.

Versace Disappointing Customer Service and Return Policy at Versace Store in Manhasset, NY 11030

So, I recently bought a handbag from Versace's website for my mom as a Christmas gift. I was really excited to give it to her, but when it arrived, it was the wrong color! I was so disappointed, but I decided to take it to the Versace store in Manhasset, NY 11030 to see if I could exchange it.

When I got to the store, I was surprised that no one greeted me or my mom. We were the only customers in the store, but the sales reps didn't seem interested in helping us. I had to ask to see a few purses before anyone even acknowledged us. And to make matters worse, they didn't offer us any water or anything to drink, which was really strange. Other luxury stores like YSL, Gucci, and Chanel always offer champagne or water, but not Versace.

When I asked for a bottle of water because we had been browsing for a while, the sales rep said no because of Covid. I was really surprised because we had been touching almost every single bag in the store without sanitizing. It didn't make sense to me.

Finally, we decided to buy a black Medusa handbag for $2,750K (with tax). The sales rep just took my credit card and disappeared into the back of the store for 15 minutes. When she came back, she gave me the bag and a gift receipt, but she never explained the return policy to us. I even joked that my mom might come back tomorrow to return it if she doesn't like it, but the sales associates just laughed.

A few days later, my mom decided that she didn't like the style and color of the bag, so we went back to the store to get a refund. But they denied us! The sales associate, Lutuh, even had the audacity to say, "oh that's too bad the previous sales rep didn't tell you about our return policy!" I was so angry because we had never been told about the return policy, and it was completely different from the one online.

When we asked why the return policy was different, Lutuh said, "it's because we're two separate entities." I didn't understand what she meant by that, and to make matters worse, they didn't have the equipment to process a refund at the store. I couldn't believe it! They had charged my credit card the first time, but they couldn't refund it back to my credit card?

Finally, Lutuh said that they could only give me a store credit to be used for in-store purchases and not online. I was so frustrated and angry because I had never experienced such poor customer service before. Other luxury brands like LV and Gucci always cater to their customers and offer refunds. This was just unacceptable.

Overall, I would never subscribe to this brand again. The poor customer service and lack of communication about the return policy was just too much for me. I hope that Versace can improve their customer service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.

Versace Service

I bought 3items that hot shipped as usual on time. The items got stopped by customs and it was found that the invoice under declared and a penalty was imposed. To say im frustrated is an understatement. None of the agents know whats going on with the issue. I then receive a return slip, i call to ask how do I return a parcel i nvr received. No one has an answer I decide to call Global E, they cannot give me an answer they tell me they will share information with Versace. Then im told my package will be returning to the warehouse and a refund given. How when customs stopped the shipping. They say they will pay customs and return it back. But its already in country, how does it make sense to return it to warehouse. We argue and I say fine whats the time frame for my refund. No one knows 😭😭😭. Im beyond frustrated
