Balenciaga is refusing return on unused item with tags attached
I have a situation with the Balenciaga shop inside of the NYC Saks 5th avenue. I purchased pants from there and they are refusing to return them claiming they are "damaged" and "soiled" which is untrue. The sales associate Jesse Jacobs apparently went and stalked my social media and saw one of my clients wearing similar pants. Again the pants are unused, clean and tags attached and I would like to avoid going through court as that takes time and money. I live in LA and I would have to sue also for travel expenses for the court date as well as any credit card interest fees that have accumulated by that time. I can send you pictures of the pants so you can see they are unused and 100% sellable so Balenciaga/Saks would not lose any money. I worked in retail for over a decade and I know customers are always right so I am appalled by this kind of treatment by this level of store and brand. Also kind of disturbing that your sales associate has a burner account where he goes and stalks private customers. I know my rights and I know Jesse and the manager (female) are just being bullies. Would not expect this kind of customer service from anyone at Saks

I made a purchase on Balenciaga.com on 6/29/2022 and got a baseball cap. But on 6/30/2022, I received the wrong item. I took a picture and emailed them about it. They told me to return it on 07/07/2022. I returned it on that day, but they emailed me saying they only got the parcel, not the item. I tried to email and call them, but no one responded except for one email saying they can't refund me until they get the item. I think this is a scam. I have no reason to keep the wrong cap, and it was their mistake to send me the wrong item. They just ignore my requests. I called *** to file a claim, and they told me the package weight was the same as the first time they shipped it to me. So I think it's their staff who took the cap.

I have called the phone number in their customer service more than 20 times as well, all during different times in the day and they have not answered. I have been waiting 3 MONTHS. I am out of $2100+ for products that were returned back and delivered to the vendor. BALENCIAGA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I bought a Balenciaga hourglass bag from Balenciaga on October 11. On March 4, 2022, I contacted them for a repair/warranty issue. They instructed me to complete an online service form, which I submitted. On April 5, 2022, the repairs manager agreed to repair it at no cost. He provided a mailing label for me to send the bag. I shipped it on April 6, 2022. As of June 22, 2022, 11 weeks later, I'm unsure when it will be returned. They initially estimated 4-6 weeks for the repair, but it's overdue. They last updated me on May 31, 2022, stating the repair was ongoing, but subsequent emails and calls have gone unanswered.

7/10 purchase...i try to return due to dislike of product..never worn...unused..today on 7/15, they now informing u all sales are final and they only do store credit...they want to claim in on their receipt they list this..but no one pays attention to this sort of detail. There store and online customer service refused to refund my money back to the card. This is fraudulent practises not informing people before they buy something that they will never see their money again. I want my 351.81$ back! This is insane practise. Take your product back!

I placed an order on 9/16 for a pair of tennis shoes and a purse. I received my packages with the items missing. I contacted customer service immediately. I was told to send an email containing the pictures of the packages. I did, but was told that it was outside of a 30 day timeframe. When I initially informed balenciaga about my items missing I was told that a claim would be started. Then I was later told to email my pictures. I have no control over the customer service department procrastination. If this is not resolved I will be escalating my issues.
