I placed an order on the 17th of November, and I got an email saying that the delivery would be on the 2nd or 3rd of December because the item was out of stock.
Firstly, I gotta ask, why are they advertising and letting people buy stuff that they don't even have in stock? It just doesn't make sense, you know?
Secondly, I didn't get the item on the dates they said. Then, I got another email saying that I would receive it on the 12th or 13th of December. But guess what? Still no sign of my delivery.
I tried reaching out to customer services many times through email, but I never got a response. It's like they're ignoring me or something.
So, this morning I decided to give them a call. They told me that my order would be canceled, and I would get a refund. But here's the thing, I haven't received an email confirming this. So, I guess I'll have to bug them again next week to sort it out.
I'm really disappointed with this whole experience, and I can tell you one thing for sure, I won't be using their services ever again.

I bought a hedge trimmer from FFX on eBay on the 18th of August. They promised delivery by the end of the week, using DPD. I received emails saying "delivery tomorrow" and "delivery today between 4 and 5". But let me tell you, it was all a load of rubbish. The delivery never showed up. I checked the emails and saw that DPD had already sent one at 3:10, saying sorry for missing me and even included a completely fake photo of a locked gate. Funny thing is, I recognized that gate. It's just 200 yards away from me in the same village. Clearly, they were lying through their teeth. They hadn't even been there that day. It's a normal location with the house name displayed and everything. It was a Friday afternoon, and the driver just couldn't be bothered. To make matters worse, DPD then claimed to have returned the item to FFX. Personally, I think they sold it down the pub on a Friday night.
Here's the thing, no matter what FFX does well, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNTIL THEY STOP USING DPD. Otherwise, you're unlikely to ever see your goods. They've had my money for 10 days now, and I still don't have my machine. And now I have to wait another 3 to 5 days for a refund! It's ridiculous!
There's no point in complaining to DPD. Only FFX, their customers, have the power to influence the survival of their business. That's why I'm saying it again, DO NOT BUY FROM FFX.
