to whom it may concern, i have been a faithful customer for more than 10 years..my complaint is that branch is very understaffed and supplied as a branch. I noticed that there is one teller trying to do all the work at this branch..also it has a high turn over of employees quiting. the other 2 individuals gingerly work like if they are really doing something..while the other person is busting there rear to get the job..I find this very, very unfair. Also if you know your on leave..vacation or what ever..how come u donot have adequate staff..or pull some one from another branch to help out..Also when its the first of the month..social security day..pensions..payday...theres NEVER enough adequate staff working there, and whats there is worked to death, how unfair is this for a banking institution. this is a very busy branch, why not adequately staff on thes days...or they based on THERE PICKS A CHOOSES..IF.. thats the case this is discrimination..Im sorry, but I feel there needs to be a investigation on this branch...
