Filmora HD review: Support team not supportive

Hi got very disappointed at support team . I got connected 5 times and they were not able to find my subscription and then finally one agent found it. Each time got super slow response and agent was keep telling me his system is slow. they put me long wait each time but if we dont give response to agent for a bit they close chat and go but if they put long wait to us then no problem for them . very third class service agents
