I placed an order and my order was not mailed in one shipment.
The prices were altered from statement to statement.
I returned one item and was refunded less than the purchase price. I have copy of the return manifest.
I tried to make payments online and my account was locked out as if I was denied credit.
I have pictures but will not attach them; my 9 digit client ID is [protected] The one is confusing looks like and I and the Order Number is also confusing PO [protected]. Capital O and 0 are very similar in this printed font.

My account was paid off March 2019. I made an overpayment and has to request a refund. Took forever but I got one by check. Now their charging me for the same overpayments I made. They confirmed my balance is 0 but now it's still not noted and every customer service I speak to acts like they can't understand anything! I refuse to have this affect my credit

I was ordering from Fingerhut and noticed that my address was wrong but when I bought it to there attention I got the runaround and then was sent to the fraud department and was told to send my documents Bank statement, rental information, picture of state ID, passport, social security card so that made me suspicious all i wanted was them to put the down payment of 30.00dollars back on my card for weeks they gave me the runaround and would not put my money back i told them that I did not want to do business with them and that I was unhappy with the service.

I paid premium for four years along with

Visit/appointment with optometrist, on April 2o,
2018.Never used the premium before.
After having problems with my vision.
It got to the point I was very concerned there
was something seriously going on.
A large cataract was discovered on my left
eye.My diagnosis was that it had to be removed
as it could worsen, and it was already interfering
with my daily living and activities.
April 5, 2019 Dr.Jesse Richman, removed the
cataract.
April 11, 2019 insurance forms were filled out by
Dr.Jesse Richman.
No reply from Safeline at all.(1st request)
May 16, 2019 Another form filled out again no reply
by Safeline (2nd).
I called the office Safeline four times already.
spoke with four agents trying to get this resolved.
I was told each time that I'd be contacted, within
24-48 hours.
Received one phone call from Joshua, missed the called.
He left message saying, that another form had to be filled
out by the doctor.Because question #3 was not answered.
Which is false, as the doctor answered all the questions.
(I have copy).
I have tried to resolve this and there has be no resolve.
I need this matter taken care of, I would appreciate it.

I spent 45 mins on the phone with stupid finger hut to deal with a issue I have. I am under bankruptcy and they are trying to collect from me and I demanded for 45 mins to speak with a supervisor and the lady if you even want to call her that refused to get me a supervisor because I would not give her my info.. Which I feel its my right that if I want a supervisor and not speak with the non English speaking reps. Its my right to do so. She kept checking my account and giving me my info first and said is this info correct bassed on your phone number she violated my personal info. What if someone else had my phone and called and she gave this info to them when its not me... She should be fired immediately ... I was requesting a supervisor to discuss why they are trying to collect when I'm under bankruptcy.. So any further calls or emails from this company will be reported to proper authorities and my lawyer!

My first orders were from fingerhut books, and then I started using the phone to make the rest of my orders. If someone looks at my record you will see that I always paid up until recently! I discovered I never received my discounts from ordering out of the magazines, the magazine would say order now and make first payment in four months! Or I would order something and your customer service rep would lie and tell me you don't have to pay until next month! Because of all the lies I was told when I tried to straighten it out! I will not be able to because even though I have sent most of your products back, you all still keep sending me the wrong biil! I am not paying for products I don't have! I am very disappointed with your service! I am done! And you guys have lost a good customer! I will never pay 1, 500 and something, 223 a month! Way too many lies this is my main complaint!

I placed an order for this toy for Christmas. I was told that this was delievered in November even when I spoke with a rep who advised that it was not even shipped out and gave me an expected delivery date after that.
Spoke w/ Amy B74 who informed me because it was too late I would still be responsible.
I was not given this toy they said they shipped it and delivered to the front door with no signature. Someone stole my baby toy. I am beyond furious and to tell me I cannot speak with a supervisor and that there is no callback expectation is not acceptable.

Restful Nights Down Surround Pillows feathers are coming out of the pillow. When I lay on the pillows the end of the feathers surface through the pillow cover. The end of the feathers sticks me in my face. I have to remove the feathers by pulling the end of the feather. These pillows are defective and I want to return them but when I call Fingerhut they tell me I am pass my return date and I have a warranty with the with Restful Nights who is the manufacture and was given a phone number to call which was out of service? I have called customer service for Fingerhut twice and I cannot get any help or a number to contact the manufacture. I am paying monthly payments for a product that is defective!
I would like a refund and my account closed.

I purchased a lawn mower. When I opened it out the box it had a broken leg. I put the recommended gas and oil into the lawn mower . When I tried to start the lawn mower it would shut off within 5 seconds. Repeatedly. So I mailed it back to fingerhut and I was told they never received the defective lawnmower. When I went to ups to ship to fingerhut the cashier never gave me a tracking number so therefore fingerhut told me there's nothing they can do and I still have to pay them hundreds of dollars for the defective missing lawnmower.

Your website advertises them as matte finish but picture shows shiny and when I ordered I had option for shiny but now they say they can't get shiny and wanted me to pay to send them back and pay to order correct boot and they will credit me once they get my boots back, I raised hell ask for Supervisor so LJ claimed to be that person and he said same thing and said he's send me 20.00 credit and return label which he never sent. I have never heard of anything like this and will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau how we were treated and talked to

Had a payment plan between cambridge and fingerhut. All was well. They accepted plan. Cashed check for almost a year then boom sold account without notice to Resurgent starting never recieved payment nor did they forward those cashed and received payment to resurgent. Now resurgent wants full amount originally owed in the very beginning. Now fingerhut wont give answers only back paddles. Resurgent says they dont care about pymts prior lost out on. Just screwed. Never will my family or friend ever use them because of this. Hard times and trying and sign agreements and cashed proof is not in thier lingo! They wont even let proof of cashed checks at thier end be sent and resurgent refuses to contact them saying they cant yet fingerhut says yes resurgent can! We have all the proof in the world. Someone needs to meet in the middle and yes cambridge credit does have permission to talk to all parties involved for however long it takes.

Placed an order0093702542 fireplace on November 23, supposed delivery date to be dec 10th, contacted fingerhut the 10th when I checked with them was told item was on it's way. Called ups lost prevention department they told me that they never received the package to call fingerhut. Called back fingerhut they just kept repeatedly telling me it was on it's way, demanded to speak to supervisor, even after explaining I had talked to UPS he rudely told me it was on it's way to me should be anytime. Finally got a hold of someone who seemed to get it. Was told that it was now being sent out should be there the 17th. It's the 17th called fingerhut only to be told that the package had never left their hub did I still wanted it shipped or credited to my account. After all the run around and lies I've been told I will never again go through fingerhut.
I just experienced this exact same problem! I ordered 3 items from there, received one of the items, the other two are packaged together and I can't seem to get a straight answer of exactly where the package is. I did the same thing as you, called UPS was told they haven't received said package, fingerhut stated UPS has received it... I'm so angry with them, those were presents for my children and now I dont know if I will ever receive the items I paid for. I do know I will NEVER order from here again!

Not only have I contacted Fingerhut numerous times by phone and emails but no one has yet fixed this problem that I have not received any of my items that I PAID FOR! They don't care about their customers and I no longer want to have anything to do with them again and want my full refund for products I was charged and never received! Or contacted !

Order a personalized size 10 wedding band...received a size 8. Fingerhut refused to exchange the product for the correct size and treating to dispose of the ring and insist I pay for the ring away...very bad business. I returned the product called and explained the situation but received an email stating there was nothing else they would do for me except bill me for a product I didn't order. This was a $400 ring .

Last year I opened a Fresh Start account which I proudly paid on time until my last $10 payment. I had to be rushed to the hospital around that time and ended up being admitted for almost 2 months. At age 32 I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. A year & half ago it came back with a vengeance. Then a few days ago I received an email from Fingerhut saying I'd have to start all over again with the low credit limit. So I called them today to explain the situation and beg to "graduate" up 1 level so I could make this Xmas the best I could knowing it could be my last. I just wanted it to be as memorable & unforgettable for my son. I spoke with 2 different reps yet they both denied me because of that $10 dollars (which I did pay off). Making that call was truly humiliating (I was uninsured when 1st diagnosed which destroyed my credit & finances) yet I swallowed my pride for little help. My ex husband was even willing to sign something stating that he'd pay my balance so Fingerhut wouldn't lose any money but they still refused. A $10 late payment & a company with zero heart or compassion just destroyed a young moms dying wish for Christmas to be as great as I humanly & financially can. Shame on you Fingerhut! I needed help, not a handout, but you truly let me down!
