I went into store the day before my birthday and the cashier told me I could use the app for my free birthday sub, well it wouldn't load in the store so she said I could pay and keep receipt and call to get a refund. Well, Ive called all the numbers Ive found and all I get is busy signals. I went on website and my account and nothing comes up for customer service. I would like to know how I can get a refund.
Desired outcome: I would just like a refund for what I paid since it was suppose to be a free birthday sub.
