Firehouse Subs 101 Brookside Lane; Brighton Michigan 48116

On my recent visit to Firehouse Subs on Brookside Lane in Brighton Michigan. I experienced problems with the mobile app and rewards. Not only did Jeanette try to help me, but the owner/Manager (Matt Smith) went above and beyond in assisting me. I wanted to use my reward for my complimentary birthday sub. Unfortunately, I did not qualify. Seeing my disappointment, Matt offered a discount on the sub that I went ahead and purchased. He also took the time to look at my cell phone and try to assist me with the app. As a result of his generosity and kindness I will continue to choose Firehouse Subs as my favorite sub shop. I have moved back to Michigan from Jacksonville FL. I am pleased at the exceptional customer service of Matt and Jeanette at this location. Thank you, Matt and Jeanette, for making my day great! Matt even offered me Happy Birthday wishes several times. Not only great employees but good people. Firehouse Subs should know how outstanding representatives for their company they are. Thank you again.

Firehouse Subs New Special

LOVE your idea of putting cole slaw on a sandwich...but you have to know how to make real pulled pork that should be somewhat stringy, not soft and mushy like yours. Keep trying!

Firehouse Subs Free sub on birthday

I went into store the day before my birthday and the cashier told me I could use the app for my free birthday sub, well it wouldn't load in the store so she said I could pay and keep receipt and call to get a refund. Well, Ive called all the numbers Ive found and all I get is busy signals. I went on website and my account and nothing comes up for customer service. I would like to know how I can get a refund.

Desired outcome: I would just like a refund for what I paid since it was suppose to be a free birthday sub.

Firehouse Subs Three submarine sandwiches and additional side dishes.

On 10/21/24, I ordered food from Firehouse subs online. I completed the order and a popup appeared stating that I needed to reorder certain which I did. When I arrived at the store, I was told that I had been double billed for my order and that they were not able to do anything about it. The staff suggested that I could come back and order the same items and I would not be charged for them. I did not want to do that. I wanted my money back. I completed the form in Customer Service offering my complaint. I have not heard from them. I have tried to call every number for Firehouse Subs which I could find and none of them seem to be working. I don't know what else to do at this point.

Claimed loss: double charge for an online order of $48.33.

Desired outcome: Return of $48.33.

Firehouse Subs food order

order a turkey bacon ranch with double turkey no onions and pickles on it and was charged for it i recieved a normal sub with onions no pickles and no double meat..not acceptable at all.i have ordered many times from this establishment and the past 2 times the order has been messed up,like no one is reading whats been ordered... it was ordered at 9:20 pm

Firehouse Subs Firehouse Subs receipt has no validation code for adding points

I visited Firehouse Subs @ 2413 N Greenwich Rd in Wichita Ks on 8/9/2024 and forgot to give them my rewards info at checkout, but did request a receipt so I could submit afterwards. Upon logging in this morning to add my points, I noticed my receipt has no validation code. Is this franchise not part of the rewards network anymore? How do I get these points added to my account. Attached is a copy of my receipt.

Firehouse Subs might have left you with a good sandwich but no way to claim your rewards. Could’ve been worse — you caught it before those points slipped away entirely. Time to get them to sort out that missing validation code so you can enjoy those rewards.

Firehouse Subs Incorrect order / non professional behavior

I placed an online order/App order for pick up at my closest location which is a good bit from my home already. Online I had customized my large Philly cheese to have No Mayo, No Mustard, Add Mushrooms, onions and peppers. When I arrived back home, of course, my Philly cheese had handfuls of mayonnaise all over it on both sides of the bread. (Only thing correct was no mustard) I called back up to the store and was transferred to a very unhelpful and un professional manager. He stated that because the app just didn’t work it wasn’t made correctly, end of story. The best he could do was give me a discount sub next time I’m up there. The app not working caused my sub to be made wrong is an unacceptable excuse, if that’s the case check up on the app. Plus how did they know I asked for no mustard if the app didn’t show my sub customization? Lastly, the manager didn't introduce himself, he didn’t explain what my next steps would be to retrieve my discount sub etc. it was just silence over the phone, no thank you or guarantee I will be able to receive this discount! This sub was already $14 as is which is ridiculous and to have a manger not even care. This is unacceptable!

Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response back, a better explanation or outcome and even a refund.

Firehouse Subs About workers

I had ordered 2 subs at like 6pm on monday 11/13 at Firehouse Subs® located at 1781 Sharkey Way Lexington , Kentucky and when I placed that order, I tried to call this location for over 1 hour straight with no answer. The reason I wanted to call that location was because I was going to be over an hour late on picking up my order. So when. I got at that location, I asked the 3 employee's if the phone was working. They said yes and that they only had one phone call and it was a telemarketer. So I picked my order up and went outside to check my order to see if I had everything. Nope, I was missing a brownie and I had to go back inside to get my brownie. When I went back in, I called the restaurant to see if they would answer the phone. The 3 employees stand there looking at each other like what we have a phone? I was like you going to answer that? After they did not answer the phone, I was like I see and walked out very frustrated because these 3 people were lazy about not answering the phone. So disappointed. Thought you all should know how bad my experience was at this location.

Firehouse Subs Terrible sandwich prepares didn't care

25 Oct 23 Roper St. Francis hospital 16:29pm 316 Calhoun street Charleston, SC I did not know how to order on the automated system and the two black females were no help until I asked them twice to give me some assistance. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, just some lettuce and some yellow mustard. Only two women behind the counter, no other customers in the shop. It took 15 minutes to get my sub. I walked outside to eat it and found a ton of lettuce and mustard dripping out of all side of the sandwich. I had to throw half of it away. I went back and told the two black women who were on their phones how bad the sandwich was. One just kept looking at her phone ignoring me and the other laughed when I said I had spilled mustard on my pants. I told the nurses in my wife's room and they said they would not eat there as the food was bad and it took too long to make it as they only had 30 minutes for lunch. There is a hospital cafeteria across the hall they go to instead. The two women were far from any type of professional I have met at other firehouse subs.

Desired outcome: Voucher for $10.00 at Firehouse subs.

Firehouse Subs The sub I purchased

I ordered a medium steak & cheese sub on wheat today 08/24/23 @ 1244pm.

First, It was missing the pickle on the side and the sub was sub par in flavor

and being a steak & cheese was only luke warm.

I was suprised bc the steak & cheese in addition to all your other subs I've had are usually very very good. I know it was a busy time at lunch, but was disappointed in the quality of taste of this steak & cheese sub, the bread was somewhat stale *and missing the pickle as well. Even though they asked me if I wanted the pickle too, which I did.

Firehouse Subs Sub made incorrectly.

This happened yesterday around 6pm. at the Easley, S.C. location. I ordered three medium subs. Two were correct, one was not. This is not the first time this has happened. You cannot call them as they never answer the phone and it always rolls over to automated answering, telling you to call back later. In addition to not being able to communicate by phone, the mobile serfice went down. We eat at Firehouse quite frequently so this is frustating when the order is made incorrectly.

Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for the price of the medium turkey and provilone cheese that was incorrectly made.
