Ryan of Flame Tech Heating Ltd. serviced our fireplace and furnace recently. Very competent and capable fellow. Kind and honest. Having used other similar business services in past I would only refer my business to him as I have been so very inspired by his workmanship. He is the kind of Business man who inspires faith and trust in his ability. Awesome job Ryan!

FlameTech Heating Ltd. installed a gas furnace in my home. Ryan did excellent work. he was courteous and followed Covid protocol. After the instal I contacted Ryan with a question which he answered and then came back to do a follow up and some extra work I would recommend Ryan to all my friends. I also liked that he had pictures up in his work truck of his family.

Ryan Wilson came and repaired my Waterford Emerald Gas Stove Nov 15, 2019. It is a beautiful stove but not all that common in Victoria. It is made in Ireland. Ryan was able to identify the problem and repair with replacement parts the very same day. Very professional, efficient and expert, I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone who has any issues with their gas stoves.

Ryan was great to work with from start to finish. He was friendly, respectful, helpful and responded to all my questions fully and quickly. He installed a beautiful new gas fireplace insert with a bit of a tricky installation ahead of schedule and on budget, removed the old insert and cleaned up what had been a mess of gas lines in the basement. Ryan is trustworthy and skilled and I recommend his company without reservation.

I am truly sorry I didn't get to meet Ryan in person, he was amazing to deal with via email, all I needed was a gas fire place serviced in my rental condo...my tenant was pretty definite about having it done and her availability wad quite limited. Ryan was the best! He made it work for her, his pricing is fair, she was thrilled at his timely arrival, did the job he came to do and left the suite lovely & clean. Thanks so much Ryan!

Ryan and his assistant arrived on time and had both of our gas fires installed in less than one day. Both fires look like they have been here for years You would not know there was a wood burning fire place ever existed. All packaging was removed from job site and our home was left totally clean with no sign that anyone was ever here. Great Job ! and we will be using them for future gas installations and will recommend to all friends and family .

Ryan came to my home last week to do a yearly service on my 20 year-old Valor gas fire place. He was quick, courteous and very professional and I was very pleased with the results. During the servicing he noted that the battery box for the remote had cracked and melted and he was able to find a replacement in his vehicle and install it without fuss or charge. A potential big expense later on that was thankfully averted. I will have him back every year.

My natural gas fireplace needed cleaning and additionally the remote had stopped working again. Ryan laid down a protective cloth on my floor, took the fireplace apart and vacuumed/inspected it. He was also able to troubleshoot the remote and didn't need any new pieces (though left the model numbers of the parts if i needed to order them in the future). Additionally he alerted me to a fortis rebate that granted me $25 back for having my fireplace serviced! Very satisfied.

Flametech did a stellar job taking out our old wood-burning fireplace insert and installing a new gas fireplace insert! They were very efficient and communicative in their approach, consulting appropriately for exactly what we wanted, running the copper piping from our gas service at one end of the house to the other end where the fireplace chimney is located. They even figured out how to save us a little money during the installation. We are incredibly happy with our new heating. It looks and feels wonderful!

Ryan Wilson successfully took on a very complicated chimney job for us. He was thorough, efficient , and knowledgeable. Even though we live on an outer Island, he stayed in direct contact with us visiting the job when needed. He worked hard to keep the project affordable and his approach was direct, informative and technologically sound. We would have him back to work for/with us any time. We were recommended to reach out to FlameTech Heating and Ryan to have our propane fireplace serviced and checked out, as we hadn't had it done since we purchased the house. Ryan arrived on time, was incredibly nice and got right to work. He was thorough, provided us with options for future replacement when the time came, but ensured that our fireplace was working well and even gave us some tips about it that we weren't aware of! I highly recommend FlameTech Heating and Ryan! We will definitely be coming to then when the time comes to replace our fireplace!

I picked Flame Tech out of a quick Google search and am so glad I did! Ryan was on time, courteous and super tidy. It was a routine service of my gas fireplace, but he found a couple of things I was unaware of, and took the time to explain the options. The fireplace is in a new build home and I had no information about my unit. Ryan left me feeling confident about how it works. I was having issues with my gas fireplace remote. I was informed that due to the winter season that they were booking two months out. Ryan still took the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone and ended up making time to fit me that week to take a look. It turned out it was not a remote type he was able to replace, although he provided information on where to find one and without charge. He is very knowledgeable, honest, kind, and professional, which is not necessarily easy to come by in this line of work! I will definitely be contacting them again in future and would recommend them 10 times over!

I chose Ryan do do the servicing on my Furnace and Gas fireplace because of the very positive reviews here on the ComplaintsBoard.com and he did not disappoint. Because he discovered my gas fireplace had cracks he informed me about the double rebate at that time with Fortis. So because the fireplace and the furnace were 23 years old I decided to get both replaced. Ryan selected the furnace that was appropriate for my home and was extremely helpful and patient with me in choosing the fireplace that would fit in the same stovepipe opening that was already there. I have and will continue to recommend Ryan for his services.

We had a very positive experience using Flametech to install our gas fireplace inserts. From the get go Ryan impressed us with his prompt and clear communication. From estimate to job completion he always arrived on time, answered all of our questions, and was friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, while deciding on unit options, Ryan took the time to answer many questions via email and we really appreciated that he cared about us getting exactly what we wanted. They did a very tidy job with the fittings and installation and the units look fantastic! Ryan even went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue we had with a preexisting chimney odor. So now we have beautiful gas fireplaces and no chimney odor - very happy family here! Thank you so much!

After 25 years, we decided to replace our freestanding propane stove. Ryan arrived promptly when contacted, took some measurements and provided advice about options. He then sent an email with three suggested makes and models. After doing the research we chose one and Ryan provided a fair all-inclusive estimate. He and his helper arrived promptly at a scheduled time and efficiently removed our old stove and replaced the liner and chimney cap. A couple of weeks later, he and his helper again arrived punctually, and quickly and efficiently installed the new stove, tidied up and put everything back in place. Ryan and his Company do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it, at a fair price and all within a reasonable time. We're very pleased with our new Jotul stove and with FlameTech's good work. Highly recommended.
