Flexiti Financial review: Complaint against Flexiti Financial

I purchased furniture at Bricks store winnipeg. Agent sold me flexiti card and told me there is no interest i have ti pay minimum amount and i have to pay full amount by april 3 2024. I was paying minimum payment sometimes even more. Flexiti charged me interest when talked to customer care she told me may be its misunderstanding but i am 100 % sure of what i was told when I purchased flexiti card because i was not willing to get it but agent told me you don’t have to pay full amount plus no interest charges. Customer service told me my promotion plan was cancelled, I didn’t get any email or notification whatsoever. Its a scam . Please stay way from flexiti . Supervisor Divya offered only $100 return but i was charged $545 plus interest charges. Its a fraud company. Sells something else then change terms without Informing you and charge hefty amount interest. Filling offical complaint against Flexiti financial. Customer service blamed bricks and advised to talk to store manager while their agents are selling cards at different stores . Not taking responsibility denying original promotion and blaming customer stating may be you misunderstood. Big scammers. Stay away.
