My name is Sharmane, i am writing to you regarding a quick trip I just got back from.
I had organized through flight center Pakenham my flights & car hire.
When we arrived at our destination in cairns we had arranged to pick up a SUV on 23/11/23 to 26/11/23 Apon arrival no car was there for us.
With some investigating from the teller, instead of booking it for the year 2023 it apparently got booked for 2024.
So, with that there were only 2 small cars available a Toyota corolla & tiny MG & and being a much smaller i would be also getting money reimbursed but he couldn't help with that & said i would have to go through flight centre.
I also booked travel insurance and apparently, I paid extra wheel/tyre cover & was already covered in the insurance they should have said instead of trying to get more money out of people.
Lastly, I did not get 1 email or text on the day coming back for us to check in etc. until we were on the plane 2.06pm
Yes, I do have all paperwork.

Desired outcome: Another holiday. ha-hano seriouslyI would like to be reimbursed or even credited please.It just ruined it for me
