No deliver
Lousy service. Order was taken on Saturday for deliver on Monday. You advertise one day service. Funerals occur everyday so I expected arrival without any excuses. Instead I arrived at funeral with no flowers delivered. Returned home to email notice unable to make delivery. If I had been told on Saturday I could have found a much better florist who could deliver so I would not have been disappointed and embarrassed. Florist one was not at all thoughtful and will never get my business again. I will let everyone I know that your company has lousy service and let funeral home not to recommend your company to anyone in the future. Shame on you!

Unacceptable service
I placed an order on Wednesday, 11/3/21, to have an arrangement to a memorial service for a family friend on 11/9/21. That was six days before the service, mind you they offer same day delivery!
I received and text and email today, 11/8/21, at noon that the order would not be able to be filled because they couldn't find a local florist to fill the order! You couldn't have let me know this before today? This didn't give me anytime to even try to get another arrangement delivered! Very disappointed to say the least! Don't use them! You will be very disappointed!
Desired outcome: Improve your communication, if you can’t fill the order don’t advertise it!

Encargue un ramo de flores un jueves para el día siguiente, pero cuando vi que. No llegaba, revise el pedido vi que había intercambiado los datos del mes y del año, solicite un cambio y fueron muy amables, me dijeron que lógicamente ya no se podía entregar ese día viernes, pero que lo entregarían el lunes, el lunes compruebo que no ha llegado me pongo en contacto de nuevo con ellos sobre las cinco y me dicen que no hay las flores que enncargue que si pueden mandar otras a lo que les respondo que si, pero que si son ese mismo día si no que ya me interesan me explican que ese mismo día ya no se pueden entregar que me abonan el dinero y ahora compruebo que no han mandado mis flores, me han cobrado, no me abonan la devolución y ahora ni me contestan a los mensajes, denunciaré a la página por estafa.

Flowers Never Delivered.
Placed an order on a Thursday for a Saturday service. Was called on Friday to confirm deliver time. Then notified after the service that my flowers weren't delivered. This was important. They did not care. Their customer service was not good.

Funeral Floral Floor Basket Arrangement--Never Delivered.
While on the Forrest Lawn website viewing the obituary of a very dear friend that recently passed, I saw a link to FloristOne.
I decided to use the FloristOne service to send flowers to the funeral, since neither my wife or myself were able to attend the services.
Their website clearly stated that [same] day delivery is guaranteed, if ordered before 1:00PM.
I placed my flower order on Saturday 7/24/21 at exactly 7:20AM, for the funeral service taking place the next day, Sunday, 7/25/21 at 3:30PM.
Our friends that attended the funeral looked for our flowers, NOT THERE, and FloristOne never contacted and informed me that they weren't delivered---so would they have KEPT my MONEY?!
No explanation was originally offered, yet I kept pressing for an answer--finally they responded that I placed my order [too late]?!
WHAT?
7:20AM on Sat 7/24/21 till 3:30PM on Sun 7/25/21--time of service, is 32 hours + 10 minutes, NOT ENOUGH TIME TO PROCESS MY ORDER AND HAVE IT DELIVERED?!
This is what FloristOne claims in their email reply to me and their text messages to my phone----they absolutely refuse to speak to me directly on the phone, as I have repeatedly requested.
Found out that other friends ordered flowers as well, [AFTER] the time I did----yet their flowers were all delivered!
Desired outcome: SHUT THEM DOWN!

Horrible customer service and accommodation
I can't express how upset and angry I am with Florist One. I ordered 2 sprays for a funeral to be delivered Thursday. I received a TEXT Thursday afternoon saying they didn't have an adequate amount of flowers but they would do 2 baskets of equal value….mind you I paid $475. I spoke to a customer service rep and she didn't do anything. Horrible customer service and they completely ruined being able to provide flowers for a funeral by telling me SAME DAY.

Certificate not delivered for plant a tree.
Plant a tree order placed on Eric L. Wilson funeral and Cremation Services on behalf of Gwendolyn Parris and the Certificate be e-mailed to [protected]@gmail.com. My card statement show the charge by by Florist One LLC to my credit card at 11;23 am AST May 18, 2021.
To date the certificate has not been sent.
Customer service could not help as I do not have the order number,
so I was recommended to sent an email with the information to [protected]@floristone.com so that upper management could locate the order.

Funeral flowers
I was shocked when I saw how small the flower arrangement was when I arrived at the funeral home to attend a. Covid style funeral. I was so embarrassed at the size of the arrangement. The flower arrangement I ordered came in 3 sizes. Small medium and large. I ordered the medium sized arrangement which consisted. Of 3 Gerbera Daisys and a few carnations. Both of which are inexpensive flowers.

funeral plant
I ordered a plant for a funeral. It was called "tranquility blooming garden". The photo on the site was very pretty and substantial plants — looked like 4 or 5 plants in a pot. What I got was 3 short plants in a pot and none of them were blooming. When I notified them I was told, "variety of plants and container style may vary". I understand that, but shouldn't there be a blooming plant in there?!? I was quite embarrassed :- (

After 4 emails plus Florist One being contacted by the funeral home - My money was fully refunded. I have to say - it doesn't change the insufficient plant that was sent to the funeral that everyone saw. But it's resolved to the extent that it can be after the fact.
delivery or death?
This pathetic company called me 24 hours after I had scheduled a delivery to tell me that the only living relative I had left been discharged from the hospital as if they were the ones who were supposed to tell me. Not sure if any of the readers know this but that's not supposed to come from your flower man. It turns out that my aunt is still in the hospital in the same room and they just never bothered to deliver the flowers and told me she's been discharged in addition to being an unacceptable excuse they made no attempt to correct it and even tried to blame the hospital for this misunderstanding. Don't use these people, they're terrible.
Maybe they'll call me tomorrow to tell me that you passed away too...geniuses

I am very unhappy with florist one consumer services
I placed an order with Florist One for my Brother’s Funeral which were suppose to be delivered to the Funeral home on [protected]. The were not delivered because, according to the Funeral Home it was too early receive flowers.
So I spoke with Florist One, they said since the service was on 7-7-2012, they would deliver them to the Funeral Home on the evening of 7-6-2012. I spoke with my other brother who informed me that the flowers were delivered on 7-9-2012 at the School but the Service was on 7-7-2012.
Spoke with Florist One they claim they received a confirmation on 7-7-2012. Why didn’t they delivered the Flowers to the Funeral home on the evening of 7-6-2012? Florist One said, they would not refund my money. I am very unhappy with Florist One Consumer Services.

I ordered a flower table arrangement for my grandfather's funeral and paid a total of $145.00 and they were nothing like what I ordered stuffed full of greenery and hardly any flowers when the arrangement I ordered had little to no greenery. When I called the girl Sara approved a full refund if I sent in pictures of the flowers so I did and then I received an email saying they would only refund me 25 dollars I finally called and was livid the manager then called me a liar that her girl Sara would never approve a full refund and then told me the most she would do was a refund of $50. So I still paid $95 for a basket of greenery with some roses stuck into it!

We typically ask for a picture of the arrangement to better communicate with our preferred local florists and help us reach a resolution. It is unfortunate that we were unable to come to a resolution that you found to be reasonable. While we might dispute that a full refund was approved before a picture was provided, this sounds like a miscommunication between you and the customer service representative you spoke with at the time.

Ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital 6/27/13. Got a confirmation that the flowers were delivered but unfortunately they were not. I called the company and they said they had a signature that the flowers were delivered and would get back to me on who signed for the flowers. They didn't respond yet with the information promised. They don't appear to be inclined to take responsibility for the flowers. I paid $70.00 for the flowers.

When arrangements are delivered to hospitals generally the drivers are not allowed to go directly to the patient's rooms. Typically they are left at a nurses or volunteer station and then the staff would then bring the arrangement to the patient. It’s likely that with your order the arrangement was signed for by an employee at the hospital and possibly misplaced before reaching the recipient.
If an arrangement is lost at a hospital and the recipient has not received it for some reason we would attempt to have a new one sent if they are still in the hospital, reroute to a home address if they have been discharged, or if preferred offer a full refund.
These options should have been offered to you when you had contacted us and we are disappointed to hear that was not implemented. Please reach out to us and reference this review comment, we would be happy to find your order and refund you in full.
undelivered funeral arragement
My cousin passed away and I was unable to travel for the funeral. I contact Florist One to send a funeral arrangement on a Tuesday evening (the wake was on Friday). Sometime on Friday (I was at work) they called to tell me that the arrangement I picked out was not available and that I would have to OK a different arrangement and that they would only be there until 5 PM (also having no support after 5 PM is a little ridiculous as most people work for a living). Unfortunately with my work I rarely get home before 5 pm. I can't believe they did not know about this before Friday. They had to know that the arrangement was not available but they waited until the day of the viewing to call me. I will never use them again and I suggest no one else use them either.
