Disgusting flowers, false advertising
Lovely flora world I ordered these.. And paid for 50% extra more flowers and got this aldi looking things absolutely shocking.. I have sent 2 photos over, one is what they advertised what I thought I ordered.. And the other is what I received its disgusting and they just won't get back to me, they have so many bad views on facebook but I never looked : (wish I did now

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my aunt. They arrived two days early, probably because they wouldn't have made it to her birthday. The roses had brown spots on the leaves and were wilting. By the next day, wilted completely. They didn't even make it to her birthday. No reply to emails, customer service nonexistent. Will make sure nobody I know uses this company. I suspect the reviews on their website are written by them!
Desired outcome: Would like my money back but the more I read about this company, the more I realise that is not going to happen. They need closing down.

Ordered flowers for my sisters birthday
What she got was nothing short of a joke, looked liked they had been brought from tesco for £5, not £ 20that I payed for them, they looked nothing like the pictures, they were sparce and frankly I was embarrassed to have sent them in my name
The pictures online showed a thick lunch bouquet, what my sister got was a joke
I've also unfortunately looked online at the reviews since and 99% of the reviews say to avoid at all costs

Flowers
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mothers day. Flowers didn't arrive on time, they arrived a week later than the delivery date I requested.
I had paid to upgrade the flowers to 50 per cent extra, this did not happen.
What my mother in law received were half dead flowers which were late, no 50 per cent extra.
I have contacted the company a few times and still no one has emailed me back.
Very disappointed with the overall service and false advertising.
I have attached a photo of the flowers we received and the ones we upgraded and paid extra for.

Like other complaints on this site I am too really disappointed and angry with this company. My son (student who saved to get me flowers for mothers day).. ordered from this company and received his confirmation email stating flowers would be delivered on mothers day. nothing arrived. they eventually came on the wednesday - 3 days late and they were half dead!. dried up and broken. have been emailing the company yet no response.

I have never felt so disgusted in my life. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mum for mother's day 2 weeks in advance to be delivered for mother's day. They didn't arrive. I called them over 10x and emailed them 5x with no reply. Then 3 days later I received a email from royal mail saying they will be delivered in 2 days but when they arrived.. they weren't wrapped in ribbon as described, they were not the flowers I ordered. The flowers were nothing compared to what I ordered. Also the flowers were half ripped, and was hardly any of flowers, that I got! I see all th3se reviews about this company and nothing is getting sorted! I have tried to contact this company about my compliant with out any luck . This company needs sorting out and banned. Its sick.

They still haven’t been delivered, as today which is Thursday 23rd March 2023
I have emailed them numerous times and apart from one automated message, I have had no response.
I am a pensioner over 70 and really cannot afford to lose money like this, I am so disappointed with this company.

Ordered on 05.03.2023 for delivery on 19.03.2023 this was confirmed via email they only got delivered today 22.03.2023 I paid for the 50% extra they are piss poor quality and have arrived all wilted and have started to go brown! I have tried ringing more than once with no answer and have emailed and had no response! They are not fit for purpose and I will not be ordering from they again. I want a full refund as I'm not wanting to upset and disappoint my mum again :(

Flower Order Delivery
I ordered Mother Day flowers on 17th March 2023 for delivery on the 18th March. They did not deliver on the Saturday, chased and chased 76 calls in total. They do not answer the phone and do not reply to answer phone messages or emails! Flowers arrived 21st March via Royal Mail 24hr tracked and some flowers were dead and stems broken. I did today 22 March finally get through to a human who was totally unhelpful and said they would not refund as its company policy that during busy periods orders can be 2-3 working day late but there was no mention of this during the ordering! Now going to the bank to retract the payment and complain to trading standards and watchdog. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered some flowers on Saturday for my mum and nan for mother's day which they haven't turned up I am not happy about it i have tried ringing today I've tried over 20 times but nothing. I'm truly disappointed and upset as they haven't received their mothers day present.

I finally got through to someone after 4 days and 76 calls and numerous messages. She said its company policy to not refund customers as during busy periods they can not guarantee delivery yet it did not say that on my order and and was confirmed as nextday delivery which was 18th March. They were finally delivered on 21/03/23. After mothers Day! They never call you back. I told them I was reporting them to watchdog and trading standards. I have contacted my bank and I've put in a retraction of payment due to no goods arriving.

I ordered flowers for my mum. Of course, they were never delivered. I’m so very angry and upset. I have tried every option to contact this company. I can only assume they’ve gone out of business. At least have the decency to inform your customers. It’s pathetic and cruel to take money and fail to do your duty.
The phone service is clearly not manned as I have attempted to call 37 times and I have emailed several times. Dreadful company.

Mother’s Day flowers
On the 16th march at 16.30 I ordered my mums flowers for Mother’s Day, the date for these to be delivered was the 18th march. No email or message sent to me, the money was debited from my account. My mum did not receive the delivery on the 18th, so went onto the website & it says their customer services are open on a Saturday so i phoned them & got through to an automated answer machine. No one gets back to you after leaving a message, also tried phoning on Monday & guess what no answer same issue. On Monday I received a text from Royal Mail to say they would be delivering my mums flowers on Tuesday. 5 days after ordering them. My sister sent me photos of the flowers, limp, nothing like my order. I paid for an extra 50% of flowers so altogether paid £30.98 for these. This company need shutting down, please avoid ordering from them… complete scammers.

Hi I made an order for some flowers to be delivered on mother's day from lovely floral world for my mum and I got an email stating that that they would be delivered on the 19.03 23 and they havnt been delivered yet I have been calling them continously and sent them emails and I'm just not getting a response i would like a refund for the flowers because I had to go and buy some more I'm very unhappy

Took my money and no flowers arrived tried to contact them by their email i just get told I entered an invalid email address, tried phoning them and put in a queue then told to leave a message they will get back to me. No flowers delivered on Mothers Day
I ordered two lots of flowers for my Mum and mother in law and neither arrived. I emailed but nothing. Having read trust pilot and many reviews I have now discovered they have scammed many others. They need to be stopped. All those poor Mothers and grandmothers out there that didn't get their flowers. Its disgusting. Some on trustpilot believe they are also scamming under various names under the same company details. Please help to stop them!

Ordered mothers day flowers on 11th March paid online with posting tracking total of £20.98
Money left my bank on 14th March.
Delivery date for flowers was 19th which I chose before paying online.
Received confirmation of order on 11th and another email on 14th to say my order was ready for delivery.
Come Sunday 19th no flowers turned up to my mum nor did they arrive on Monday 20th.
Sent 2 emails as could not get through on phone as all operators were busy.
Not happy with this service ok I should have read there website they saying do nit deliver
on Sundays, but they could have delivered the flowers on Saturday 18th March
I would like an apology please.

I ordered flowers on the 6th march to be delivered on the 18th March ready for mother's day. As of today, still nothing has arrived. I have tried calling a number of times and left message after message with no reply. I complained to them via email and got told they would refund the delivery charge which you have no choice but to pay for the tracking, which you get no details of. I have just emailed again asking for a full refund and waiting for a reply to that, I'm not holding my breath as this is the third time I've asked for a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Delivery of Mothers Day Flowers
I ordered flowers on 8th March for delivery on the 18th in time for Mothers Day - nothing has been delivered so far. I have tried contacting by phone and email but could not get through on Saturday or Sunday and have been trying the phone since 9am and keep getting the ‘All our Agents are busy - please leave a meassage” after holding for some time. I have not received any reply to my emails and am getting very annoyed. I want a refund for the failed delivery but that seems unlikely.
