Ordered lollipop bouquet for mothers day with balloon delivered on 13/03/2021 the bouquet I ordered is not what I got so angry and want refund as flowers I received were shocking and no greenery or nothing, my order was 866588

I ordered mothers day flowers last Wednesday and chose to have a delivery on Saturday. A complete no show I couldn't even track the order even though I had paid for this with the flowers. Completely disappointed and more worried as to whether I will get my money back. I've had no response from the company. I've read other reviews and it seems like many are in the same situation.

Non delivery of flowers
I ordered a bouquet of flowers on 10th March to be delivered on 13th March for Mothers Day they were not delivered I have made 4 phone calls and numerous emails nobody is responding I now want a full refund

These flowers were for my mother in law we have not seen for ages due to covid we told her she would be receiving them and we would see her soon no flowers arrived

My wife order flowers online for her mother and mother in law for mothering Sunday.
They arrived on Thursday and the standard of them can only be described as absolutely shocking, we and our parents are so dissappointed!
Take a look at the photo of the flowers we received vs the photo off the Lovely Flora world website.
We contacted customer services immediately they apologised and offered a new replacement to arrive on Wednesday, my wife explained that's no good as it would be 3 days after Mother's Day! The other option offered by customer services was they we will give us 50% discount off your next order! We said no we need to get nice flowers to our parents so they have them on mothers days, they have refused to give us our money back, can you beleive this treatment.
It really is hard to believe that they are refusing to give us a refund, they are sayig the heads of the flowers is out problem, this is how we received them, looks like they have been damaged in transport, but look at the lack of flowers we paid just under £22 for these for each parent ! We have now sent 3-4 e mails with photo evidence and still they refuse to take accountability it's ridiculous and my wife is so upset, wasting hours of time on e mails and now I am doing the same in writing these reviews, its all been caused by sub standard products and very poor levels of service. We are going to report to trading standards, will also share our experience on various social media sites to protect others from having the same experience.
So please look at other 1 and 2 star reviews we are not the first customers to experience these issues.

Flower for Birthday
Purchase flowers on their website on Wednesday around 13:00, it was stating that will arrive on the 11th which was my sisters birthday. I received an email confirming that the flowers will arrive on the 11th.
The flowers did not arrive on the 11th, I contacted customer service they said that the flowers can take 1 - 2 days to arrive. During the process, there are no information showing to the customer that this can be an issue, if I would know that could take longer, I would not use this service. The website is misleading the customer to buy first the flowers and then if there are any delays they say it is on their terms and conditions, where I did not click in terms and conditions before purchasing flowers. Today the 12th I receive an email from Royal mail stating that the flowers will only arrive on the 13th (Saturday). As I sent the flowers to her work, no one will be there Saturday, changing the date they will only be able to deliver on a Monday the 15th. So the flowers will be from the 11th until the 15th without any freshwater, meaning they will no longer be fresh. This is very upsetting, especially when you try to call someone and no one answers the phone, they will only deal with your enquiries via email. The service is misleading and not clear on their website. I really would like my money back. I paid for a service that I am not getting. Please reach out to me ASAP. Thank you.

I received my order the following day and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The flowers look nothing like advertised which resulted in me having to buy other bunches to place with them costing me more money. I would be embarrassed to give them to anybody. There was also no bow as pictured and when I messaged lovely flora world before I purchased I was told they would come with a bow, there was no bow and the flowers were dreadful. I was offered a 20% discount on my next order but why would I waste my money when I could get the same bunch of flowers for £5 at my local supermarket. Please find attached the photos of what I ordered and a photo of what I received.

I am outraged by the level of service your company are providing me.
I ordered mothers day flowers at the end of Febuary and have had a nightmare ever since first requested for yesterday's date to arrive for delivery.
I am so angry I have had nothing but problems since placing this order which I done well in advance I contacted your team last week regarding my order to check it was still coming thursday the 11th and there was a huge confusion the agent was sighing at me placing me on mute and talking about me whilst I could still hear so unprofessional very very rude so I asked to speak with her manager as it was a simple query who confirmed after all of that my flowers for my mum who I haven't seen in 6 months plus as they are high risk hence why I am getting a delivery flowers would arrive yesterday the date I paid for and I tried to call all day yesterday as no tracking email nothing left in the dark kept getting cut off on the phone I have all of the screen shots. Now I finally get a response and they might arrive today might arrive sunday this isnt good enough or what I requested weeks ago.
I have tried contacting you in everyway possible tried four times this morning alone and get cut off asking to leave a voicemail which gets ignored.
I have contacted your social media team who couldnt care less quite frankly and told me my mums flowers might arrive today might arrive sunday what kind of reassurance is that zero and I requested and paid for yesterday so they would arrive well in advance.
Get someone to contact me by phone or email asap or I am taking your company all the way I am unbelievably fed up its mothers day on Sunday and you have ruined it and made it so impossible everytime I try speak to you.

I placed a order for a birthday bouquet chocolate and balloons for my daughter on 19/2/21 my order asked for them to be delivered on Monday 8th March I heard nothing from you say you had received my order. On Saturday 6th March I received a message from Royal Mail saying these flowers were out for delivery, I was very upset that you didn't follow instructions the flowers arrived mid morning spoiling the surprise on her birthday 8th March the flowers were dead .I would like another bouquet sent or a refund .
I have telephone a number three times only to be told to stay on the line then after 4/5mimuits told all operators are busy these calls are not free so I wonder how much this has cost me so I sent 3 urgent messages no one has returned my calls I find this very rude and very bad service, you keep sending me details of your company, but the service is very bad as I said I didn't even know you had received my order

I have ordered a bouquet of flowers that was good, a happy birthday balloon and some chocolates that were too small for their value. Disappointing company service. The order arrived late, on another date than the one indicated, having ordered twelve days in advance, no one from the company contacted me to inform me of the delay, so I contact them, explain the problem and they tell me that Those things happen that I wait a few more days if they arrive, I inform them that I want to cancel the order and that the full amount of it will be paid to me, but I have not yet received a response, they simply ignored me. I do not recommend it.

Hi I ordered Valentines flowers and chose to have them delivered on the 13th Feb for obvious reasons and paid for this service.
They arrived on the Thursday 11th Feb?
They were dead by Valentine's Day and I specifically ordered for the 13th.
I want my full refund as I have to buy fresh flowers.
Disgusted by this company as they offered only a 20% discount on the next order!

Service, quantity, quality and wrong deliver time for flowers from www.lovelyfloraworld.com.
I bought a dianthus bouquet on the 7th Feb. It was advertised a valantines bouquet. I asked for it to be delivered on the 13th Feb.
It arrived on the 10th ...3 days before my request.
The flowers were not of the quantity shown in the picture.
5 buds were broken off.
No apology was given for the inferior or fewer quantity.
The reply was.
"We aim to meet these timescales but during busy periods (i.e. Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas etc) deliveries may take a little longer. Therefore, during peak periods we may need to dispatch orders one (1) - two (2) working days prior to the requested delivery date so they may arrive early or on the intended date."
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Bouquet
I purchased the bouquet online for a friend's birthday 26/1/2021. I was very disappointed by the sparse amount.
The amount of flowers in the bouquet was nothing compared to what they have advertised.
I contacted them by phone and spoke to Monica who was very rude and unprofessional.
They declined to offer any solution other than to say the 'bouquet is correct ' my dispute is not about the bouquet, it is the amount of flowers in the bouquet. They advertised a full bouquet with lilies and delivered 1 stem containing 3 lilies 1 which was damaged.
I have been using this company for at least 4 years I have never seen the amount of flowers delivered until the other day. I was surprised.
I would like a full refund from them and a change to their advertising.

On 28/12/20, you allow me to place an order for a bouquet of flowers with the requested delivery date of 29.12.20. The order number was 776409
I would like to make the following complaint:
1) No warning was given on the ordering page that you would not be able to deliver flowers as per the order and I had an email to confirm that the order was ready. We agreed this work would be completed by 22/10/15.
2) When I emailed to cancel the order as it did not arrive on time as requested I received no reply
3) When the flowers did arrive on 6th January the majority of the flowers in the bouquet were dead and generally any that were alive were of poor quality.
According to the law named above, I am entitled to have this service provided with reasonable care and skill. I request therefore that you either send a new bouquet of flowers that are alive and in a good condition within a week or I would like you to refund my money and I will order a new bouquet from another supplier.
Please respond to my complaint in the next 14 days. If you fail to respond/remedy in this time, I will have no option but to consider taking the matter further.

I ordered flowers on the 1st december to be delivered to my sister on 23rd dec. They were delivered a day late and the way my sister described them was dead, bent, flowers off the stem and fit for the bin. My order number 747168 ordered 3 weeks before the agreed and confirmed delivery date did not arrive although I received email confirming the day before that it had been processed and was ready to be delivered on my chosen date.. But nothing turned up and after various phone calls and emails I have had no response from lovely flora world, I have told them of the disappointment cause by them and requested a refund telling them to cancel as no longer required, instead I had email from royal mail warning of a next day delivery on the 30th which was 6 days after agreed delivery on the 24th, which as it was no longer appropriate or wanted (reason was it was a gift for a specific date) I refused delivery and want a full refund (I believe they were the same flowers and gift I had expected on the 24th and had been sitting waiting in storage for at least a week which is not my problem to address its between lovely flora and there delivery company.. My problem is with lovely flora world and there lack of meeting there agreed dates even with 3 weeks notice from from ordering and delivering.

Non delivery of paid for flowers and no response from email
Order number 776915 at Lovely Flora World. I ordered and paid £16.64 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a friend on 31/12/2020. My order was accepted and I received an email on 30/12/2020 stating that the order was completed and ready for delivery. I waited all day expecting a call from my friend and when by 4.30pm, no call had come, I phoned her to check. She had been at home all day and had not had a delivery of any flowers. She had during that time had a delivery from another company and had also been outside talking to a neighbour for a while but none of them had seen or heard anyone delivering flowers. I contacted the company by the only means possible - email - [protected]@lovelyfloraworld.com but have had no response from them at all.
Desired outcome: Full refund required since they did not keep to their end of the contract.
Product and lack of service
Ordered a bunch of flowers commemerating a sad occassion for a freind to let them know our thoughts are with them on a special day.
Flowers did not arrive on said date.24th December 2020.
No message from company to let me know.inform them that i wanted order cancelled, no response.Contacted them by email and phone to cancel order over the week, no response.
New years eve i get a letter through the door saying thanks for the leaves and buds.
No bunch of flowers.
One upset freind, after i told company not to deliver as it would be upsetting.

Late delivery and not the bouquet I ordered
I ordered a bouquet, on Friday 18 December, for Christmas for a special friend to be delivered on Monday 21December and were told by LovelyFlora World that they were despatched on Saturday 19. Flowers were delivered mid morning of Wednesday 23 December. I asked my friend to send me a photo as I was concerned that they they had been in transit for 5 days. I was so shocked and upset that the flowers were a bunch of carnations and not the bouquet that I ordered. I have contacted the company a number of times and asked either for another bouquet to be sent to my friend or a refund. They have replied but just to say that they apologise for my disappointment but the flowers are the correct ones. Even after sending them photos of the "bouquet" received and the bouquet on their website they fail to acknowledge the insult. LovelyFlora World's statement on their Website which is a total lie

Flowers were ordered for a friend going through a tough time. Promised for delivery on tuesday. E mail came tuesday saying they would be delivered. Nothing came. Nothing on the wednesday and they were delivered late thursday. Floppy flowers. Where had they been. Complaint made and various reminders sent. No reply. I asked for my money back.
