Didn’t get the same flowers? They weren’t all there and I paid extra for 50% more and got less than the picture shown?
The were deliver to my daughter in Machynlleth on the 26th of January, in the morning and was a very small bunch for £20! Didn’t have any of the purple flowers that were shown in the picture. And wasn’t made aware that all flowers weren’t included? Iv been offered a 50% refund. I wish I’d gone to Tesco and had them deliver myself.
I have picture comparison as proof of what was received.
Desired outcome: Some kind of refund. As It’s not even worth £5.

I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day, of which there was significant meaning, and paid money for.! This was 2 days ago. Not yet delivered. This company are fraudulent in their promises with dates and delivery fees.
They blame the royal mail. Yet were aware of present Royal mail issues at time of order but continue to take money off vulnerable people.
I ordered flowers to be delivered. They said they would be delivered on the 23 rd December still nothing I’m sure they just take your money. You can’t get to speak to them and they don’t reply to emails. Criminals in my mind. I’m a pensioner and.can’t afford to be paying for nothing

I ordered a delivery of flowers on the 23rd March for my Grandaughters Birthday which was on the 25th March 2022, the name was Mrs Julie Tipping, to an address in Leyland, they were ordered as Strawberry Pink Flush with an order number [protected], she never received them, I thought it was odd that she didn't phone to say thank you, and when I phoned her I had to say "what did you think of your flowers? she said"what flowers" I am only just writing to you as I mislaid the order details and have just found them. Please arrange to refund me the purchase price, I sent her some more as a replacement as it was her Wedding Anniversary two weeks ago, sincerely, Mrs B E Parrott

My order came late and was nothing like what I ordered
My order number is 1126456, I ordered some flowers for the 28th and they never came I've been calling nobody answers the phone or calls back ,I've been emailing and nobody gets back to me again,on the 30th they did come but late and looked awful,,the photo on the right are what I ordered but my mum on the left is holding what got sent 2 days late

Failure to deliver on the date confirmed
The most frustrating customer service! I ordered flowers on to be delivered on my mother's birthday. When ordering it allowed me to chose the day of her birthday. The confirmation email also confirmed the date of delivery.
On the day of delivery I received a message from Royal Mail to say they had receipt of the flowers which would be delivered the following day, the day after her birthday!
When I telephoned customer services they really couldn't have cared less. Telling me that if I had ordered on the Friday after a certain time it wouldn't be delivered until a later date. So why did the website allow me to do that? Why also did I receive an email confirming the delivery date if it would not be possible? The only answer I got was, "it says it on the website"
When I stated that this was not very helpful, they told me I could refuse delivery when they arrive - how? Telephone my mother and tell her to send back her Birthday flowers that are already a day late?
Not helpful at all! My mother thought I had forgotten, thanks!

Had flowers delivered for daughter in law's birthday. Paid the extra for 50% and these look so sparce. Someone at lovely floraworld spoke to senior florist he said there's nothing wrong with them.

The customer service is appalling, they can't even get the basics correct, there is no empathy or customer service whatsoever. Please avoid.
I have sent several emails and was told to raise a complaint I had to put in writing. Did so and again another pathetic response. Mr Bains should be concerned with the levels of service his company provides.

I sent some flowers to my cousin to cheer her up. I accidentally added Close on the end of the address instead of Gardens, I contacted lovelyfloraworld and admitted my error. After a few emails, they very kindly agreed to send a fresh bunch of flowers.
I received an email to say they had been sent, but no tracking, after days of waiting, I followed it up again only to be told they had been refused by the recipient.
What a load of rubbish! Shame on you!
I will never use this company again!

Ordered friday for a gift delivery today, selected 12/7 in the available delivery options. Got to 3.15pm, not had a dispatch message, post has been. Called them 'oh, it states in our delivery terms and conditions that any order placed after 4pm friday wont be dispatched until monday, did you not read the FAQs?' (No, i'm ordering flowers, not a new car, i've ordered flowers dozens of times and never had an issue. Requested to speak to a manager (surprise surprise, none there), asked for a call back 'oh theyre email only, they dont take calls'
Avoid this company if you're ordering flowers for an occasion and actually expect them to arrive on the day you requested.

Hijacking!
I attempted to order a bouquet from serenata flowers. Halfway through suddenly stopped me going any further. Tried again, still no dice! Suddenly went back to the message page and I filled it in again. This time went through. Waited for confirmation from them which is what they do. This is monday gone by the way! Then got an e mail from your firm. How did this happen? Then another one to say they were delivering tem via elegance by london! Never heard of either of these firms. This last e mail was from e bay seller wenfangsibao! At no time did I order from you or anybody else. I thought I was in contact with serenata. Have they been hacked? Am presuming they have been delivered to correct address as the e mail to me was marked for the recipient of the flowers! I demand an exp! Anation! I will be e mailing serenata later on this evening as their website says they have an unfinished order on my account! Explain that one

Having used this service once before in January 2021 I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday on 16/03 /21 This order was made at least a month in advance. Much to my disappointment the bouquet was not delivered. I tried phoning the company three times yesterday and at least the same number of times again today. No one answers the phone. I have written emails no response. I have used the on site form no response.

Order number 891122. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day to be delivered for Saturday 13th March 2021. I have not seen her for nearly a year and wanted to do something nice as many of us are in the same situation. No delivery. No email or phone call. Phoned all day Saturday no answer. Heart broken. Sent mamy emails through the website as I cant send one on my private email so no trace of what I have sent. Again no reply. Want a full refund. Paid £4.95 for postage. Tuesday 16th had a text from Royal Mail to say flowers delivered tomorrow Wednesday 17th. This is too late mothers day is over. Phoned all day and left messages no one picks up the phone. I wamt a refund completely ruined mothers day and the order and promise was for Saturday 13th. How can a company get away with this. Not answer their customers back.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mother on the 13th March for Mothers day. They did not arrive, as I couldn't make contact by phone at the weekend i emailed. On Monday 15th March they had still not arrived I called and called each time getting a voicemail, I left a message and again sent another email. To date no one has got back to me reference my query. I have tried calling again today and no one answers the phone it goes straight to voicemail.
The flowers were finally delivered today 3 days later than requested. The flowers are nothing like the ones in the picture that I ordered, they are disgusting, there is about 5 flower in total in the bouquet. I am really upset. I haven't seen my mother for months due to covid and wanted her to have lovely surprise, instead she thought Id forgotten about mothers day.
Where do I go from here, how do i take this further if i can't get a response via phone or email.

I ordered a bouquet for mothers day, to be delivered 13 March 2021. No delivery was made. 14 March I messaged to report this. 15 March I recieved a reply to say there was a delay of 1-2 days. I replied to this stating I wanted a full refund as the flowers had not been dispatched and arrived on time.

The company did not deliver the flowers on mother's day 14 March 2021.
I phoned them to complain but had to leave a message. I emailed them also. I have not heard anything since.
I tried the phone several times but it kept on going to voicemail. I could not contact them on the day they should have delivered as the office was closed (Sunday)
