mother’s day flowers
My Mother's Day flowers arrived pretty much dead. They arrived with no water and no ribbons or packaging just a piece of sellotape wrapped around them. Not like the picture at all. They came with a balloon that was in pieces and not put together. Now they won't answer my messages and have blocked my email address as the emails keep bouncing back to me. I am absolutely fuming

I have used your company before and flowers that came were gorgeous and just like the pictures.
This time I don't know if it was because it was Mother's Day and you were really busy but they were very disappointing.
Both were for Mother's Day to be delivered on the Saturday and was from there grandkids.
The first ones 327053 arrived that day but when they opened there was a small bunch inside with a bit of cellotape round them and withered as no water, also had no paper etc like in picture around them.
The second ones 328228, did not arrive on the Saturday as requested and someone had waited in, they received them on Monday and again they were nothing like pictures and were withered and some had died, no water or paper round them.
As you can tell I am very disappointed with the flowers especially when they were purchased as a present and has put me off using the company.
I would be grateful if you could look into this and advise me what actions you will take I.e. refund etc.
I have filled in your online form regarding this as soon as it happened.

I ordered some flowers for mothers day on the Thursday the 8th March 2018. On Saturday the 10th March I sent an email to ask where my order was and how long this was going to take as should of been here by Friday. I had no response so I emailed again on Monday the 12th as the flowers still had not arrived. I Still had no response. Then Tuesday the 13th March the flowers were delivered in the afternoon in a tight small box the flowers were damaged and dead hanging off and the mothers day balloon was broken. I paid an extra 10 pounds to have a bigger bouquet of flowers and I could of brought a better bunch from Tesco for a fiver. I paid 25 pounds for these flowers and I never been so disgusted in my life. I have emailed them again with pictures and asking for my money back and I still have no received an email back. If I do not get a response back I will be taking this further with either the police or writing a letter. As it is false advertisement.

Ordered Mothers Day Bouquet for delivery Saturday 10th March. Order didn't arrive until late Monday 12th. Flowers were not arranged in a bouquet, they were clumped together by variety, so roses (wilted) were together, carnations were together etc. No flower food received ( although no amount of water or food would have revived the flowers) I have emailed this company approx 6 times requesting a refund & an explanation but so far they have not made any attempt to reply

I ordered a bouquet for me for mothers day on 8th March for delivery on 10th march (please see attached copy of internet order) The flowers did not arrive until 13th March and when my mother opened them I was very disappointed with what I saw. They were nothing like the description on the website. They were held together with a piece of selotape and not 'beautifully wrapped' as advertised. There was no flower food as on the website. Most of the blooms were wilted. I have contacted the company via e-mail (no telephone number on website) and have had no response. My mother has also e-mailed twice and apart from the automatic response to say they are looking into the matter and will respond within 48 hours I have heard nothing.

My Daughter ordered flowers for my Wife's 70th on 8-3-2018 as I couldn't get through, they were supposed to arrive on Saturday the 10th, Saturday came and went and I, using you before, expected them to arrive on Monday, so we stayed in. Still no 24 red roses, then when they did come Tuesday they looked half dead, no gyp, no ribbon, no nice red wrapping as on the photo. Disappointment doesn't cover it! She and I were shocked to see limp, dying roses, not even a sachet of plant food! Ordered roses for Mother's Day, turned up 3 days late. Dry Brown wilting sub standard flowers looking nothing like picture. These were for a very special lady... I am so disappointed. I have emailed emailed complaint to them but email won't deliver as their inbox is too full. Say no more. No telephone numbers for customer services either. Shocking customer service. Replacement flowers would not be good enough, full refund is due.

Flowers were ordered for delivery on saturday - one day before mothers day, a tiny bunch of dead roses arrived on tuesday in a big box. My mum is gutted as I am.
The flowers arrived in a disgraceful state, a small bunch put in a large cardboard box. They were held together with a bit of sellotape and most of the flower heads were broken. There was no sachet of feed and the card was very poorly done.

I am devastated to have to write and complain about the Mother's Day flowers that my daughter bought for me.

My daughter was very excited, having chosen flowers in my favourite colours, and has been asking since Saturday whether they had arrived. They have just been delivered this morning and are in a very sorry state. They are completely dry and floppy, the heads are almost falling off the roses, the foliage is wilted and the whole bouquet is squashed.
I would like my daughter to be refunded please. She has very little money and to have spent money on what should have been a lovely gift for me but instead is an apology for a bunch of flowers is not acceptable.

I a complaining because I am fuming, I ordered a set of these flowers from the companie and they were for my nan's birthday, not only did they turn up 3 days late, they were dead, hardly any flowers and no wrapping on the flowers, my nan was devastated when they turned up and I am embarrassed, how a company can send them out looking like this is a disgrace.

Ordered red flowers for valentines day recieved rinkly old yellow flowers with mainly just leafs hanging out. Worst flower company ever, so many people have complained and they are still in service. Also no customer service or proper contact information. The whole day felt so ruined for my wife, but luckily my wife is quite understanding so she still appreciated me. My sister is in the hospital now and is very sick, I can't visit her as I live in a different country, so I chose Lovely Flora World as I service that can deliver flowers to her and make her smile and feel a little bit better.
Well, here's my impression: first of all, I ordered the delivery at a special time because the hospital consulting hours are very limited. They were late. I asked my brother to get the flowers.
Next thing is that several flowers were wilted. Well done, Lovely Flora World (it was sarcasm)

Why does not this company learn from their own mistakes? So many words were said, so many bad reviews were written. They have a lot of time to get their stuff together and improve their service, but they are still where they were and not planning to get better. How are you still operating having such a terrible reputation? Does anyone buy from you? It's marvelous if it's true.

I bought some flowers for my wife from this website Lovely Flora World and did not receive my order. When flowers did not show up I contacted Lovely Flora World and asked what was going on and their rep said that there was a mistake of some kind and promised to contact me back later.
Later they said that they sent me a replacement, and again the same result!
And when I asked for a refund they simply did not reply.
Lovely Flora World is a scam company, don't give them your money, they are not to be trusted.
