flowers ordered for mother's day.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mum for Mother's Day, I picked such a lovely bunch of mixed pink flowers.
They were delivered within 24 hours, which would usually make the person receiving them to be happy, but not in this case.
Photo no. 1 was the photo from the website, but photo no. 2 shows the terrible flowers that were delivered.
They were absolutely disgusting, my Mum said they were in water that smelt shocking, as if they had been in the same water for 3+ days and were in no way fresh.
My Mum really tried to do something but there was no hope and they ended up in the bin.
I know problems can arise but I am furious with the way Lovely Flora World have ignored me, they did say they would send another bunch but that was 5+ days ago and they are ignoring any contact I make.
I would have settled for a replacement bunch of flowers that looked like the website photo, but they obviously are not concerned with helping a customer and even putting off prospective customers.
I would not recommend this company.
purchased a bouquet of 12 pink roses, received 11 extremely wilted dying roses
I purchased a bouquet of 12 pink roses for my mum for Mother's Day and they arrived in an extremely terrible condition. To start with, there were 11 roses there, not 12. The "12th rose" was simply a snapped rose stem which had clearly been sent in that condition (rather than damaged in transit) because the snapped bit had completely healed over. The remainder of the roses looked very wilted, as if they had been sitting in a box without water for several days. Most of the roses were very wilted with petals hanging off, and 1 was in such poor condition that it was completely bent over!
I was so embarrassed to give these flowers to my mum for Mother's Day, but took them out of the box and popped them straight in to a vase of water anyway in the hopes of saving them! Luckily we had some Rose flower food at home, because there was not any supplied with the bouquet - even though the website states that all bouquets are sent with flower food! Sadly, the water and flower food didn't do much to help as the flowers were already dying, and they didnt even survive for 2 days!
I have contacted Lovely Flora World via their online contact form, and have sent 2 emails, and am yet to receive a reply.

In good faith I ordered flowers for mothers day from as it turns out this cheating shameful company none of the awful reviews popped up when I ordered only glowing ones which must be concocted . The cost of £20 pounds out of a fixed pension is a very sad way to discover the cheats on the net. I will have to order from a reputable company but please highlight to other consumers not to touch this awful company with the proverbial barge pole. I am going to expose them to the press to warn any unsuspecting trusting consumers. Thank you

I ordered flowers for my mum for mother's day.
I was concerned when I had an email saying they were delivery 4 days earlier than the date I selected.
My mother sent me pictures of the bouquet. There were several broken stems and the bouquet was half the size as advertised on the website, even though I paid extra for 50% more flowers to be added. I am extremely disappointed.
Terrible flowers not like picture at all. Mouldy on arrival very small bunch dead within 2 days. Both mum and I upset, shocking.

Ordered a gerbera princess bouquet plus 50% extra for delivery on 30/03/19 for Mothers Day.
I had an email on 25/03/19 advising bouquet had been despatched. I was a bit concerned as that was 5 days before I wanted them delivered.
I spoke to my mother-in-law on Mothers Day and she reluctantly told me the flowers arrived on Thursday, looking a bit worse for wear. Well they had been in transit for over 3 days! She went on to tell me the petals started dropping on Saturday 30/03/19 and by Sunday 31/03/19, Mothers Day, were all but dead.
I was mortified - these flowers were for my late husband's mother!
Have sent several emails and tried ringing a telephone number I found on the internet but have had no response.
I will never use this company again and I will advise family and friends not to use them either.
On another point - their delivery information states Royal Mail provide no tracking information. Why then do they charge 75p for tracking? Misleading or fraudulent?
24 white roses bouquet
I ordered these flowers for Mothers Day 2019, chose 30th March for delivery. They arrived 3 days early in a box and when we opened the box flowers was literally just wrapped in tissue paper and a bit of cellophane and some cello tape holding it all together. Looked nothing like the photo on the website and they have already died within 3 days of receiving them! Complete waste of money. Have emailed the company twice and haven't heard anything back.

I placed an order for some flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day of a value of roughly £30. They sent me a confirmation the next day. The flowers never turned up and I've been unable to get in contact with them ever since. I've emailed them on four separate occasions asking for a refund or even just for them to be delivered and gotten no response.

I have still not received the order number above (421145). I placed this order on 7th Feb for delivery on 11th Feb. I have previously contacted you twice already to tell you that I have not received my order, but I have not received a reply from your customer service department, if one even exists. I have not received the flowers that I ordered. I demand a full refund immediately. I have already taken this up with my credit card company and I will also be contacting trading standards.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on 16th Dec, they never arrived and I've had a serious lack of communication from the company. It has taken months to get a reply and they finally said they would not refund but would send out a replacement arrangement of flowers. Not really appropriate after the occasion but I agreed. Now this one hasn't turned up either!

I bought some flowers for my mother as she has been extremely ill and I live over 100 miles away and wanted so much to help her.. So I did the next best thing.. I bought her some flowers I even paid for 50% extra she sent me a photo of the photos and I was disgusted at the few sprigs of flowers she received after I paid you £14.99 for them.. I would have got a bigger bunch if I bought them from the petrol station.. I do not want a discount off another order I want this order corrected.. I have seen from others complaints that you offer 20% off next order.. That it unacceptable in my eyes... What I want is the right order that I paid for re-sent and with good quality flowers and the right quantity

Ordered flowers. They were not delivered on the day but 3 days late and dead. I was so embarrased. I complained and was offered 20% off the next order.
I will not be ordering from them ever. I advise that others head my warning.

These flowers were received on 27 12 2018 and were in a very sorry state, most of them were wilted and looked as if they had been stored in the back of a van for a week, if this is the type of service you receive from them i would certainly not advise anyone else to use them, these flowers were for my partner from her son for christmas. the order number was 408471

Placed an order on the 15th October 2018 for 20 roses to be delivered on the 22nd October addressed to my daughter for her 21st Birthday, a box arrived on the 20th which didn't contain any roses!

My dad ordered 12 red roses for my mum for their 30th Anniversary they were in disgusting condition when they arrived already dying and very dehydrated. My mum was so upset that my dad had bought these for her and they had arrived in sick condition. I have emailed them twice and had no response appalling customer service. We had to pull the dead leaves off and decaying petals they were also tied up with a scrappy piece of tape. When we had tried to salvage some of the roses we ended up with 9 we received them on Saturday 7th July and they are already starting to deteriorate further drooping and more petals falling off

I ordered flowers for a friend on Sunday 6th May, to be delivered on Monday 7th May. On Tuesday 8th May they had not arrived, so I chased and was told that due to the bank holiday they would be prepared on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. At no point during the ordering process was this made clear.
They did not arrive on Wednesday and I have chased to find out where they are, but have had no response. I am now ordering from elsewhere, which means that I am having to pay twice. I have asked for a refund and cancellation but have yet to receive a response.
The company has no phone number for their customer services.
I am a very unhappy customer and will not be using them again.

Ordered on 24th April, company had a week to notify me if they were unable to get these flowers, Misrepresented picture..Below is what we were spos to get and next pictures are what we got. No PINK roses, but pinkish green ones and no carnations at all and no cream flowers as in picture. Also ordered 50% more..but don't look like it. Company wanted to send more..but I didn't want more..really upset and wanted to return the flowers and get money back. They refused to give me money back and said only option was to send more flowers.

Although I have emailed this company twice and received automated reply NOBODY has been in contact to resolve the problem. My daughter paid extra for delivery on Saturday and I received flowers almost dead on Tuesday. Presentation was appalling and the flowers had no water, rose heads had already shrivalled and dropped off. This company is a joke and I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them.

I ordered a bunch a flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day from this website as they looked decent. When they arrived I was so disappointed. The flowers came threw in a box with no water and were almost dried up, and they looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. I messaged the company on the day of the delivery and 6 messages later they messaged back only because we threatened them with watch dog, the lady apologised and said a new bouquet would be sent out, that was 2 days ago and I am still waiting. "mother's day flowers" a dead dried up mess arrived, refund me now
I made the mistake of ordering from this excuse for a florist company on 6th March 2018. My order number 324251. On Saturday 10th March I called around to visit my mother. This excuse for a bouquet had just been delivered 10 minutes earlier and still in the box. My mother was shocked at the state of them. I looked at them and I was absolutely mortified! Firstly I was shocked at how small this "bouquet" was. Where was the 50% extra flowers that I had paid for? Secondly the 16 carnations (mixture of small and large) were a dead dried up mess. 4 once large white carnations were black and completely dead, another 2 large carnations were broken near the top of the flower head. The "bouquet" was held together with sticky tape, no bow and no cellophane wrap or plant food, not even a drop of water to keep them alive! I can assure you the bouquets on "Lovely flora world's" website are nothing like the "bouquets" that they send out in the post. The glowing reviews this excuse for a company gives itself on its website are not true. They make up these reviews, check true reviews on "sitejabber" 100 complaints about their "Mother's Day Flowers", check out "A Spokesman Said", over 1100 complaints about "LovelyfloraWorld" and guess what this excuse for a company has not answered one complaint. I have emailed this excuse for a company several times asking for a full refund, to no avail. Ironically a few days ago I got an email from "lovely flora world" to review my recent purchase. I could not leave zero stars and had to leave 1. I gave them a true review on how rubbish they are. I don't see it published on their excuse for a website. Thousands of mother's across our United Kingdom have been let down by this excuse for a company. This excuse for a company's returns policy states that "flowers are a perishable product". This is not there "get out of jail free card". The flowers they send out in the post are already half dead and they are breaching consumer legislation as the "bouquets" sent out are nothing like their website. I have emailed them several times for a refund and have heard nothing. I have contacted Trading Standards, I want a full refund, I want them investigated, named and shamed and hopefully shut down. You have been warned, never, ever, ever buy flowers from "lovely flora world".

Flowers arrived dead and in a box with no water. Separate flowers just thrown in, many had heads missing, all dead. Promised a new bouquet but it never arrived and now they've deleted their facebook page. Avoid at all costs. As you can see, by the photo, this is by no means a bouquet. Also the balloon was not even assembled. How could this company even think it would get away with treating people like this?
