I’m a recently widowed, so I decided to start my new journey. I purchased a 2024 East/West by Forest River. Biggest mistake of my life. The refrigerator/freezer stopped working after a week. I called and paid for RV technician’s to come and do a diagnostic evaluation. After trying to find the problem, it was determined that it needed to be replaced. During that time I went to Home Depot &purchased a small fridge/freezer. I laid out money for that, the RV Techs, food that had to be replaced. I was told that I WOULD BE REIMBURSED! Still waiting after 2 months. The only thing you can do is leave messages…. and get texts back. They keep giving excuses, holidays, maybe it got lost, etc. Now supposedly they’re sending me a new check and let them know by NEXT WEEK if I get it….. if I could not give any rating I would!
Recommendation: Don’t buy anything from Forest River if this is how they show customer service. They are not considerate of customers situations and unfortunately don’t really seem to care.
