This compny was real good and fast! I drived a car to my office for a Christmas Parade that night. I locked the keys in it. I called my insurance company and they sent April from ATR to open my door to get keys. She did a great job! She saved the day! Thank you ATR!
They got the job done
They got the job done. Good luck tryin to get them to answer the phone. My advice is to keep callin back. They don't answer messages. It took 7 tries, so make sure you have time to deal with them. Their posted office hours are not correct. The must get there late and leave early with a long lunch in between. Use someone else.

I went to ATR, Alabama towing and recovery, to help get my mom's car back after she passed away last September. I talked to some employees and they were cool. But the owners, Lana and Henry, are greedy. They didn't tell me I had to pay wholesale for the car. They even charged me $800 for a diagnostic with no info. I asked if I could buy the car back and they said no, they want $16,000 now. They're taking advantage of me and it's not right. I wouldn't go back or recommend them to anyone. The employees there must be sad to work for such greedy people. Karma will get them. Share this with your family and friends.

On Wed Sept 18, 2019, the tow truck driver came to tow my car because it was out of gas
On Wed Sept 18, 2019, the tow truck driver came to tow my car because it was out of gas. He mishandled the situation. He started my car and put it in neutral to load it onto the truck. When we arrived at my house, my car was completely out of gas. I suggested he get more fuel but he ignored me. Instead, he tampered with my vehicle's hood and underside, damaging my shifter cable while trying to unload the car. He has not compensated me for the damage. I am seeking assistance.
