The exact dates of my stay are accessible through the point of contact for Four Points Bellingham Washington.

I have been a loyal customer who never causes any trouble or complaints.I was very very rudely turned away in front of other customers and rudely and ignorantly told I was no longer able to rent a room and was placed on a Do not rent to registery. I was also told it was irreversible.

Desired outcome: I want to be compensated with a suite for a few days. This incident caused me to lose a job due to our professional meeting was to be held at the hotel
