I reserved a room for my mother-in-law's birthday this past weekend, august 22-23. After checking in and parking the car, we led up to the 24th floor to our room to find out that our room keys did not work. So, my husband and I had to walk down to the lobby 2 times to get the issue resolved while our parents stood out in front of the hotel room door. When we entered, we noticed there wasn't a fridge in the room so we could keep our mother's medicine cold; called to the front desk and they stated if its for medical reason then its free but I was charged anyway. We left to go enjoy the casino; unfortunately I started to feel sick because i'm 6 months pregnant and went to the room, and my room key didn't work again so I had to walk back down to the lobby to get the issue resolved again! When it was time for bed, we noticed the overheard light above the bed was broken and had tape over it so the light wouldn't shine so brightly, but it still didn't work and my mother-in-law had to sleep with cover over her face to block the light. Overall, the hotel was beautiful but the room and service was unacceptable and my mother-in - law was very disappointed for her birthday.

On August 17th between 12 to 4 am My Friend Thomas had one a jackpot on one of their machines in the process of needing my ID to cash it and if the cage he find out that his ID has fallen out of my pocket well the woman who told me and him that if I brought in any identification card that had his photo ID number date of birth expiration date that they would take it being tout their Casino has my ID and has not yet been turned into lost and found I had remembered that my work badge ID had all the same thing the state issued ID has and went to take it to them and they also refused it so he has no identification card because it's somewhere in there casino and he is out $4, 589 of winnings he rightfully won because they went back on what was said and refuse to give me with a work badge ID lost my original in their Casino the women never should have told us to go through all this troubl and bring it if it could never bring it their employees need to get their s*** together and I am going to go above and beyond to get my winnings that he rightfully one but their employees were wrong I'm to the point going above and beyond because this is wrong they should have took my identification card they said he could bring to collect my winnings but I highly suggest that for any other customers make sure your identification is glued to your pockets because they will not assist you in any rifle way if it is lost in their casino and I do not go by their word of cashing the rightfully one winning.. Not it the 19th and he at hotel out of money because they lied and cant fallow thhrough there word.

I left 875 with two friends protecting me from an [censored] who was hitting on me and I was not allowed back into the casino even though I was able to go have a rational conversation with the front desk clerks. It is ridiculous! We are hosting a conference at the casino this week. I am beyond baffled as to why I was refused entry back into the casino. Ridiculous!

I am super sad to see a Piano Bar set up at the Coast Night Club. My fiancé and I need the Coast Night Club back up as soon as possible like it was in 2017. It is also very urgent to have the Beau Rivage have women dance on the poker tables it needs to be more like Las Vegas. Also, we need a male review show as well setup hopefully at The Coast Night Club.

On February 23, 2019, we came to the Beau specifically because my fiancé had downloaded a $40 comp the previous day for the buffet. As we approached the entrance to the buffet, we were met by an employee who informed us the buffet would be closing in 8 minutes. The time was 1152 AM. Although we left the buffet, it is still difficult to understand why the buffet couldn't be changed out ‘on the fly' or why it wasn't closed at 1:00PM instead in view of the fact this was on a Saturday; prime time.
We then went to the cafe up front where we were facing a 20 to 30 minute wait. We decided we would go to the sports bar instead, but stopped at the players club to convert the buffet comps. The clerk that waited on us informed us that it couldn't be done, but we could speak to the supervisor who had a line waiting for her at the time. We were totally perplexed as to why the buffet comp that was downloaded at the kiosk wasn't convertible and waiting for the supervisor to simply be told no again was not a desirable option. So, we decided to simply pay for our meal at the sports bar instead.
We sat at the sports bar and ordered a pizza. After a few minutes the waitress came back and told us the pizza dough wasn't ready and it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait until it was; again, this is at noon time, prime time for lunch. We certainly didn't understand why in the world the pizza dough wasn't ready during a time when it's reasonable to expect greater volume. So, we were forced to order something other than our preference.
In general, we are finding the Beau Rivage in decline. The customer service, as illustrated in the above narrative, is sub par. We come to the Beau Rivage because of it's reputation as the top of the line, but in recent months, we're finding the organization becoming unaccommodating and inferior to some of the other destination choices available. This is disheartening and we believe it is a direct reflection of management failure. It would be a very good idea to return the Beau Rivage to its previous premium status before loss of patronage causes a financial catastrophe.

Recently on a Friday night my wife and I I drove over 125 miles to visit the Beau Rivage Buffet in Biloxi to celebrate our 1st anniversary. We had planned on having a romantic Friday evening seafood buffet, which as long as my wife and I can remember has always been every Friday night. The last time I visited the Beau Rivage was on a Friday night and they had over 20 different kinds of seafood dishes including crab legs and oysters on the half shell and it was great. After we paid and went through the line we discovered that the only seafood they were serving on this day was shrimp and some unknown kind of blackened fish. The rest of the selections were either cold or of a very mediocre quality. Needless to say we were very disappointed, and after picking at the food for a half an hour we left (my wife only ate about 5 or 6 bites and some desert). Needless to say we were extremely displeased with the unacceptable quality of food which the Beau Rivage Buffet is now serving and will not be returning. If we wanted to visit a mediocre buffet for our anniversary we would have stayed in Pensacola and had dinner at Golden Corral for half the price.

This is not necessarily a complaint, however I would like to make you aware of our experience while playing the Quick Hit machines during our stay on Tues. thru Friday, August 1st thru August 4th, 2017.
We arrived Tuesday, early evening, and were playing these machines. There were 4 of us and we were all playing these same machines in the same row. The machines were very active, giving free spins and paying off modestly. All of a sudden all of our machines went blank along with quite a few other machines in the vicinity that we could see. An attendant passed by and we asked what happened and she said there was a power surge and the machines would be restored with all information (memory) in tact. We stood at these machines for the rest of our evening and we all noticed such a big (huge) change in their performance. They were hardly paying out, and the free spins were scarce.
I don't understand why only certain machines encountered the surge and the performance of the machines that did were so drastically different after the surge.
We played these machines again on Wed. and Thursday and one of us briefly on Fri. morning before leaving and the machines never picked up to anywhere near how they performed Tuesday before the surge.
We were not the only ones that felt these machines were not at all paying out.
I understand machines cannot constantly pay out and we cannot all be winners.
However, we felt it was too much of a coincidence that the machines changed so drastically after they blacked out due to the isolated surge and performed so less generously.

Hi everybody.
That was a crazy hotel. I entered my room on friday and my internet did not work. I asked a girl on reception to fix this problem but she told me that there is no anyone who can help me and she told me that the only think she can do is to smile.
Now I will try to describe that room 210.
It was the smallest room I ever saw... Price was 320-360 CHF.
It was dusty everywere. I made some video but I can not put it right here... here it's possible to lay out only photos(((

At night you will feel yourself like you live in a toilet because all the water which is falling down ... it looks like it will fall down on your head... this sound was like a nightmare ((

I paid for only 3 tickets seats 1,2 & 3 row S 206 when I called the second time I purchased seats 4 and 5 tow S 206 after finding out seat 14,15, &16 was also charged on my card without my permission I really would appreciate apology and dinner I still will keep returning to the beau thank you and have a Happy Thanksgiving
