I am keeping this going, This is just one of the reasons, this countrys economy is in the dumper. con artist and deceiptful practices. Had I known this companies corporate Plantron Inc. had at least 4 other subsidaries under the same address or proximity, I would have never bothered with them or purchased any plants or other. In fact 2 addresses, seem to be very unusual. I originally ordered from House of wesley, 4 blueberry plants, these plants are in their 2nd year with care, are beginning to die. I received other literature from Four seasons, it was the same type of literature, so I called and ordered more plants, I am 74 and I did not realize they were not House of Wesley. I never thought about all of these nurseries as above, had the same address or in the same proximety.

Here are the addresses, 2 of them seem to be a slap in the face.

House of Wesley - 1704 Morrissey Dr. Bloomington Ill 61704

Four Seasons Nurseries - 1706 Morrissey Dr. Bloomington, Ill. 61704

Burgess seed and plant Company- -905 four seasons rd. Bloomington, Ill. 61701

Farmer seed and Nursery - 1706 Morrissey Dr. Bloomington, Ill. 61704

These Nurseries are all under Plantron Inc. 1706 Bloomington, Ill. 61704

I was unaware of this as I consider myself an honest person and I assume that others are honest also. (but that is my problem)

Now the plants ordered from House of wesley did not die, they are in their 2nd year and are getting sickly, even with proper caring.

all of the plants ordered from four seasons (4) never came alive even thou the spokeperson from four seasons told me "but Mr. Aldhizer, They are still in their dormant stage!". Now when they never showed signs of life, four seasons replied, that it was too late and they would replace, but after that, you are on your one. so, do you think that these deceiptful companies would replace with healthy plants? I do not think so!

The house of Wesley replied, but they were not the company in question, It was four seasons that the complaint was for dead on arrival plants.

again, I would have never ordered any plants from a company that had 4 other nurseries at the same address and proximety. In fact this probably is just a customer service address and also all owned by one family.

I placed a $55 order in mid March. They processed the payment very early but it's now the end of May and I have not received my plants. After several emails I was told the mailed package was refused, which is not true since there's always someone at my house, and no mail or package has come from 4 seasons nurseries. This company is more like a scam. Do not waste your money as I did, and DO NOT order from them! They're bogus and have no business ethics.

Ordered 18 blue spruce trees and all arrived dead or dying. Planted them immediately upon receipt, hoping they'd survive. WRONG!

I have had numerous issues with this company. Various dead trees shipped. Ornamental plants shipped dead. Phone conversations with their employees that are miss leading. Do Not Buy Anything From this Company. If You do you will regret it

I ordered Blkberry, Elderberry, Chestnuts, snowball and Butterfly bush, and everything came in a small plastic bag with dry roots, no moisture on them, moss or anything. I imeadiatly put them in a bucket of water, but one little piece with no label on it sprouted some green leaves, so I planted it, but the rest have been in water since July 1 and are like dead sticks. Would never order another plant from this nursary if they ship dead plants, or dry roots that will die. Arbor Day Foundation ships with wet moss on the roots, and I have never lost a plant.

Same thing: Ordered almost $100 worth of plants doing a donation planting for a church. Im an avid gardener and have ordered and successfully planted many small bare root plants. Theirs however arrived black, dead and with a mold on the roots. They have MANY loopholes to get out of honoring their warranty. You only have a short window to notify them of problems and I did same day of arrival. They were actually pretty nice on the first call. They said they'd resend the order! 2 weeks later I finally called again, they said t was past the time to notify them. You can imagine how lengthy the conversations were but like everyone else I lost and they kept my money. They are affiliated with several other businesses too. Four Seasons Nurseries - 1706 Morrissey Dr. Bloomington, Ill. 61704

Ordered approx $75 worth of supposedly., live plants from Four Seasons Nursery. In early spring. After many many many months (and with no comunication from the vendor) a package arrived in my driveway. Most plants? appeared dead. Had I planted these dead-looking tiny seedlings, they would have died during our NJ heatwaves. So I returned entire package, in original bag with original label, the same week.

The company will not acknowledge my return so they don't have refund me.

How are these companies still in business with all the complaints? I have filed complaints with BBB, FTC, VERIZON, Attorneys General of Ill and NJ.
