Fragrance Direct Fragrance Direct Review: Disappointing Experience with Misleading Website Pictures

So, I went on Fragrance Direct's website to order something. I was pretty excited to get my hands on it, but when it arrived, it wasn't what I ordered. I was pretty bummed out, but I called up their customer service and the lady on the phone was nice enough. She did tell me that the pictures on the website were just for show, which I thought was a bit weird. I mean, I buy things based on what I see, you know? It's like a game of chance, you might get what you want or you might not. I wouldn't really recommend this website to anyone because of this. It's just too much of a hassle to have to return something and wait for the right thing to come in. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience.

Fragrance Direct Confusing Free Shipping Policy at Fragrance Direct: A Review

So, I was browsing the Fragrance Direct website and saw that they were offering free shipping on orders over ?25. I was excited to save some money, but when I went to check out, I was still charged for shipping. I was confused and frustrated because I thought I had met the requirements for free shipping.

After doing some digging, I found out that you have to enter a code to get the free shipping. This was not made clear on the front page, which was all I looked at. I was disappointed because I trusted the information on the front page and didn't think to read the terms and conditions.

I understand that it's my responsibility to read the fine print, but I think it would be helpful if Fragrance Direct made it clearer that you need to enter a code for free shipping. It's frustrating to think you're getting a deal, only to find out that you're not.

Overall, I still like Fragrance Direct and will continue to shop there, but I'll be more careful about reading the details before making a purchase.

Fragrance Direct Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Fragrance Direct

I received an email from Fragrance Direct offering a free eye cream gift at 7:30 in the morning. I was excited about the offer and decided to place an order for over ?260 of goods at midday. However, when I reached the checkout, I was disappointed to find out that the eye cream was not available anymore. I immediately called their customer service to inquire about the issue.

To my dismay, the representative on the phone informed me that they had sold out of the eye cream and there was nothing they could do about it. I was upset with their attitude as they seemed disinterested in my problem. They did not offer any solutions or apologies for the inconvenience caused. The guy on the phone seemed like he could not care less about my dissatisfaction.

Overall, I was disappointed with the service provided by Fragrance Direct. Their lack of concern for their customers and their inability to offer a solution left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend using their services again.

Fragrance Direct Disappointing Experience with Fragrance Direct: Damaged Gift Set and Tampering

I recently had an experience with Fragrance Direct that left me feeling a bit disappointed. I had purchased a gift set, specifically the Daisy Dream by Marc Jacobs, and unfortunately it arrived damaged. I am quite particular about the condition of my gift sets, so this was a bit of a letdown for me.

Upon closer inspection, it seemed as though the perfume and cream had been removed from the box and then put back in again. It was clear that the set had been tampered with before, possibly even returned to Fragrance Direct by a previous customer.

I needed to send the gift set to the Isle of Man, so I had to post it immediately. Unfortunately, this meant that I couldn't take advantage of Fragrance Direct's offer to refund or replace the item. While I appreciate the gesture, it was simply too late for me to take them up on it.

Fragrance Direct Disappointing Purchase: Review of Men's Cologne from Fragrance Direct

So, I just got some mens cologne from Fragrance Direct. I got Joop, Aramis, Paco Rabanne, and Racing Green. I gotta say, the Aramis and Paco Rabanne don't smell like anything at all! And the Racing Green, you gotta spray a ton of it just to get a whiff. The Joop smells like Joop, but it doesn't last very long, so it's probably fake too. I spent ?75 on all of it, which is my own fault, I guess. You know what they say, there's no such thing as a free lunch. I should have just bought two bottles of the real stuff from duty free for that much money. I don't know how Fragrance Direct gets away with selling this stuff.

Fragrance Direct Disappointing Experience with Fragrance Direct: Fake Perfumes and Poor Customer Service

I recently bought Guccu Premi?re for myself and Emporior Aramani for my brother from Fragrance Direct (fragrancedirect.co.uk). Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. The perfumes turned out to be cheap, fake, and had no scent at all. It was a complete waste of my hard-earned money.

To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer service, they were not helpful at all. The representative I spoke to didn't seem surprised by my complaint and simply told me to print the return label and send it back with a note. However, I had already destroyed the original packaging, which made it difficult for me to print the return label. Apparently, the label should have a barcode, which I couldn't find.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Fragrance Direct. It's a complete scam, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The customer service was unhelpful, and the products were of poor quality. I regret my decision to purchase from them and will never do it again.

Fragrance Direct Unreliable and Disappointing Service from Fragrance Direct - A Warning to Others

I recently made a purchase from Fragrance Direct for a special birthday gift. Unfortunately, I was left feeling extremely disappointed when my order failed to arrive. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I decided to give them a call to enquire about the status of my order. The customer service representative was apologetic and assured me that my order would be dispatched that day or at the latest, the following day, which was the 25th of January.

However, to my dismay, I received an email stating that my order would not be delivered until the 26th of January. This was incredibly frustrating and annoying, not to mention totally unacceptable. What made matters worse was the fact that I was not even informed about the delay in advance. As a result, I have lost all faith in this company and will never use them again. Their unreliability has left a sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Fragrance Direct Fragrance Direct Review: Long Wait for Dispatch and Fake Reviews on Trustpilot

I ordered from Fragrance Direct back in November and I'm still waiting for my order to be dispatched. They keep giving me excuses like "it's because of Black Friday" or "it's because of Royal Mail". They told me to wait until a "magic" day comes so I can cancel my order, but they already took my money and they admit that my order hasn't been dispatched yet. It's frustrating because I really want my order, but I have to wait anyway.

I decided to write a review about my experience on other websites like Trustpilot. However, I noticed that fake good reviews appear right after a bad review is posted. It's obvious that they're trying to drown out the bad reviews so that nobody sees them. It's not fair to customers who have had a bad experience with Fragrance Direct.

I hope that Fragrance Direct can improve their customer service and be more transparent about their shipping process. It's important for customers to know what's going on with their orders and not be left in the dark. I'm still waiting for my order to be dispatched and I hope that it arrives soon.

Fragrance Direct Givenchy very irresistible

I bought this product on the 3/12/22 had email saying on the 4/12/22 item dispatched please allow 24 hours for tracking update well been 8 days now an everytime I check my tracking number with Royal Mail there saying sorry try tomorrow so I’ve emailed yourself an got no we’re I’ve rang customer service to keep having an answer machine put phone down on me saying not taking calls so I have rang Royal Mail am been told the parcel has not been dispatched an has not reached there network so I’ve paid for something u have not geniunally sent as stated in your email on the 4/12/22 saying dispatched can someone please sort this I am very annoyed if this was a normal shop u would be saying I’ve been scammed coz at the moment u have my money an 8 days on nothing been sent ?

Fragrance Direct Wrong item

I visited the store to collect my item and I realised it was the wrong one so I spoke to the manager she wasn’t really polite I’ve asked for alternative she was not having it all I wanted was the same one but COCO MADEMOISELLE Eau De 50ml .. o was really disappointed and I suffer from depression it caused me more stress I decided to walk out and sat down a chair nearby to take my medication . After checking my perfume bag next to me. It wasn’t there it got stolen the manager name asma she caused me inconvenience and now I’m on my way to hospital as I don’t feel right. Is there anything you could help out please

Fragrance Direct pink happiness

Good day

I've been using the Pink Happiness Fragrance for a couple of years now.
But like this weekend it has not been the first time where I bought a can of Pink Happiness and when I want to use it the can is full but there is no gas in it or the liquid comes out when you use it. This has happened to me a couple of times and it is starting to become a problem. I use some other Revlon fragrances as well but I like the Pink happiness most and it is only with the Pink happiness I am getting this problem

Fragrance Direct not receiving parcels

I ordered a parcel of u and I got a email to say it had been dispatched, then on the Saturday I got a email from royal mail to say they tried to deliver parcel and they put a card through the door, now first of all we were in Saturday, and a card wasn't put through the door, my mum and I r both disabled and we're grieving the lost of my dad, I rang up on the Sunday to be told that alot of people have been ringing up about saying there parcels have been delievered when they haven't, so she told me to give till the Monday and it hadn't arrived then, then ring back on the Tues which I did, and I appreciate they sent me another parcel, but I'm not happy as this is the second time this has happened to me, the last one went to my brothers address, which we never use as he works for the home office so hes never home, even he gets his parcels delievered to our address, I've used it company alot, up until the last to incindance I'm sorry to say I won't being shopping with you anymore, I understand they Arnt a huge amount of payments but it's not the point, if its Christmas I could understand but it ain't, even the postman knocked yesterday to find out about the parcel cause the manager asked him to, I've got enough on my plate without added stress.

Fragrance Direct Terrible experience

I bought a product from this company www.fragrancedirect.co.uk and it never arrived. It was a Christmas present and was sent to Europe but was lost during the shipment. When I contacted Fragrancedirect support they said that it was not their fault and told that I need to contact the shipping company. They were unfriendly and refused to help me. They also said no when I asked for a refund. I checked the reviews before I ordered and there was 50/50, but now I think that positive ones were fake. I personally had a terrible experience with them.

Fragrance Direct Fake perfume and impossible to return it

I bought perfume from the company www.fragrancedirect.co.uk. The website is really bad, ‘coz I waited for my order about 30 days and the perfume wasn’t original. It was fake and when I tried to return it, the seller started to yell at me and used a lot of unpleasant words. I was disappointed. As well as don’t order from them, ‘coz you can waste money and time, but in result I will get piece of crap. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

Arrived quite a bit later than expected so were delighted when finally arrived

Ordered Hugo Boss and Armani diamonds rose perfume for my husband and myself

Imagine our disappointment to open a box containing two boxes of JOOP 30ml sets.

We spent £60 approx and cannot even contact the retailer. Tried calling, tried online chat and email to no avail (no customer representatives are currently available)!

Disgusted with this company

I would steer well clear!

I ordered a few times from them and with the service I was totally happy bí my first 2 orders. But the 3rd time I ordered 2 Mac lipsticks, and honestly I didn't even think about that, it could be fake. But this time I think I received fake ones, because they don't have the vanilla smell. They look exactly like the originals, Exempt one of them has a bit different label. But this one is irritating my throat, so must be fake and I don't want to risk my health.

I have purchased several bottles of fragrance from fragrancedirect.co.uk. When they arrived, it was immediately clear they were counterfeit. The covers were misspelled and their smell was clearly like a horrible cheap chemical similar to the street-ware sold in China. I contacted them immediately to ask for a refund.
