The Fragrance Shop False advertising, free bag not received

I bought a product on their website mainly because of a free bag which was advertised. The website clearly showed the bag and the eligible products for the free bag - I bought one of the eligible products. When the order arrived, the free bag was not there. I contacted them and they denied there was this offer. I went back on their website and by that time they had a new offer - different bag and different eligible products. They deliberately mislead customers, false advertising. Do not trust them. I am reporting them to consumer standards.

Recommendation: Do NOT believe what they advertise

The Fragrance Shop Disappointing Experience with The Fragrance Shop: Out of Stock Item, Delayed Refund, and Poor Customer Service

I recently made an order with The Fragrance Shop on July 12th, 2009. I was excited to receive my three items, but unfortunately, I had to call them on July 15th to inquire about the status of my order. To my surprise, I was informed that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. I was disappointed that I had not been notified about this earlier, especially since I had provided my email address, home phone number, and cell phone number. If I had not called, I wonder how long it would have taken for them to inform me about the missing item.

To make matters worse, I was charged for the entire order on July 15th, even though they did not have all of the items in stock. I was frustrated and confused about why they would charge me for something they did not have. I called the company to inquire about this issue and was told that they would refund my money. However, as of today's date, July 20th, the money has still not been returned to my bank account.

When I asked the representative why the website had not been updated to reflect the out of stock item, she had no answer. I also asked if the item was still out of stock, and unfortunately, it was. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with The Fragrance Shop. It seems like a fly by night company, especially since every time I call their toll-free number, I speak to the same girl. It makes me wonder if she is running the company out of her home, which is not a comforting thought when it comes to giving out my credit card information.

Overall, I would caution buyers to beware of The Fragrance Shop. My experience has not been a positive one, and I would not recommend this company to others.

The Fragrance Shop Disappointed with The Fragrance Shop: Missing Gift Set and Poor Customer Service

I recently made an order on the The Fragrance Shop website for a bottle of Paul Smith's aftershave and The POLICE gift set as a birthday present for someone special. It has been over three weeks since I placed my order and I have been constantly trying to get in touch with the fragrance shop to find out the status of my order, but I have not received any response from them. Finally, on Friday 29th September, I received my package. However, I was surprised to see that the parcel was so small and I was extremely disappointed to find that I was only sent the Paul Smith aftershave and not the POLICE gift set.

When I checked the delivery note, I noticed that it only had the Paul Smith item number on it. I immediately contacted the fragrance shop to explain why I only received one item and sent them pictures of my package, the box, and the delivery note. I explained that nothing else could physically fit inside the package, so it wasn't as if the courier tampered with the box. However, I have been asked to send pictures of each side of the box in case there was evidence of the box being opened. I have already sent them pictures and explained that nothing else could possibly fit in the box other than the aftershave, but no one is getting back to me. I have tried ringing them, but it just keeps going to an automated message.

I am extremely distressed that the person I ordered the gift for did not receive their birthday present, and now when I finally did receive it, it was only one item. I am so disgusted with the fragrance shop for completely ignoring me when I have paid for a gift. It is sickening that they are not taking responsibility for their mistake and are not even responding to my messages. I hope they will rectify this situation soon and make things right.

The Fragrance Shop Disappointing Experience at The Fragrance Shop in Glasgow Buchanan Galleries

I recently visited The Fragrance Shop at Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow, and I have to say, my experience was not the best. As a young oriental man, I was excited to see a good offer on Ralph Lauren aftershave and decided to check it out. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a good-looking young female cashier with short dark hair. I said hello, but there were two other female customers in the shop at the time, a mother and daughter who were finishing paying for their goods.

I asked the cashier about the offer, but she seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. It wasn't a communication problem on my end, but she seemed to ignore me completely, as if I were a yellow brick wall. I don't know if it was my appearance or if she was a new staff member, or maybe it just wasn't her day. Luckily, another female staff member with long dark hair helped me out and resolved my enquiry.

While I did eventually get the item I wanted, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the experience and treatment I received. It made me think twice about visiting the store again and maybe using another shop instead. I would rather pay an extra ?20 at another store than be treated like I was today.

I even took the time to write on their Google+ and Facebook walls, but I received no response from them. It's a shame because I really wanted to like The Fragrance Shop, but my experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

The Fragrance Shop Terrible Experience with The Fragrance Shop: Double Charged, Lost Package, and No Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with The Fragrance Shop. I put in an order on May 25th, 2018, and then got an email from them saying that it was cancelled because of some "billing address error." I was like, okay, whatever, and then I put in a second order the next day. But then they charged me twice and sent both orders, even though they said the first one was cancelled and their website said it was cancelled too.

So I got the first package on May 31st, 2018, and I sent it back right away because I didn't want it. But the second package, the one I actually wanted, still hasn't come. And every time I try to get in touch with these guys, it's like pulling teeth. Their customer service number just rings and rings, and when I leave a message or send an email, I never hear back. And to make things worse, UPS is having a hard time getting in touch with them too, so I can't even file a claim for the lost package.

I waited for a whole month and still didn't get anywhere, so I finally had to go to my bank and dispute the charges. It was a total hassle, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else go through it. Just find a different company that actually cares about their customers and will pick up the phone when you call.

The Fragrance Shop Disappointing Communication from The Fragrance Shop - A Review

I gotta say, I had a pretty simple time ordering from The Fragrance Shop (thefragranceshop.co.uk). But dang, their communication skills could use some work!

So, I placed an order for ?91.20 on November 22nd, 2020. Three days later, I got an email saying my items had been dispatched and I was given a tracking number. The expected delivery date was about five days after I ordered.

But when those five days came and went, I tried to track my items using the tracking number they gave me. It just redirected me to the Royal Mail site, where I found out that the Royal Mail was still waiting to receive my items from The Fragrance Shop.

I reached out to The Fragrance Shop via email, but their response time was pretty slow. And even now, 18 days later, I still haven't received my items. I've emailed them back and forth, signed some form for an investigation, but if the Royal Mail hasn't received my items, then I definitely haven't either. So why am I stuck waiting like this?

I'm no genius, but it seems pretty clear to me that if the Royal Mail hasn't gotten my items, then I haven't either. I only ordered from The Fragrance Shop because we're in lockdown again and I wanted to get some Christmas presents. But now I'm left with no presents and The Fragrance Shop still has my money. They haven't even said when or if I'll get a refund!

I finally had to contact PayPal to try and get my money back. I'm never giving The Fragrance Shop another penny of my money, and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than deal with this kind of headache again.

The Fragrance Shop Disappointing Experience with The Fragrance Shop: Delayed Delivery, Lost Parcel, and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from The Fragrance Shop (thefragranceshop.co.uk) and unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. I had ordered four items on sale almost a month ago and was eagerly waiting for their arrival. However, when the delivery driver claimed that the parcel was delivered to my neighbor, I was left in a difficult situation. The problem was that my neighbor never received the parcel, and this caused a rift between us.

I immediately contacted FS.com, and they contacted DPD to investigate the matter. DPD admitted that they must have delivered the parcel to the wrong place. After 18 days, they tried to re-deliver the parcel, but I was not at home as I have a job. I asked them to redeliver the parcel to a collect plus, which was an option available to me. However, I was told that this could only happen if I sent the order back to them, and they would resend it out.

After four days, I checked the status online, and to my dismay, I found out that the items had been returned, and no refund had been processed. There was also no re-delivery in place. I called the customer service line, and they informed me that the person who had promised me the redelivery was leaving the company in four days. This was very convenient for them. They also told me that I would have to reorder the items at the new prices, which were higher than the prices I had paid. Moreover, I would have to pay again as the refund had not been processed.

This experience has left me very disappointed, and I have learned my lesson with this company. I will stay away from them in the future, and I would advise anyone who values their sanity to do the same. I will not recommend this website to any family or friends, and I will discourage anyone I know from buying from them. This experience has ruined my holiday gift plans, and I am left without my money.

The Fragrance Shop The Fragrance Shop (UK) Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Used Product Received

I've been ordering from The Fragrance Shop (UK) for about a year now and I haven't had any issues until my latest order on October 1st. Unfortunately, I received a used perfume instead of a new one. The plastic wrapping was torn, the box had creases, and the inner cardboard had typical bending wear. I could even smell the perfume from the box with the cap still on. The bottle had lots of stains and when I pushed the atomizer, a burst of perfume came out. This is not what I expected from a new sealed perfume.

I contacted The Fragrance Shop about the issue and they promised to look into it. However, I didn't receive any updates from them. I contacted them again on October 21st and November 11th, but still didn't get any response. It's disappointing that they didn't keep their promise and just kept lying to me.

I decided to contact them for the last time on November 29th and told them that I won't be doing business with them anymore. It took them five days to reply and they said that they're still waiting for a response from their manager. It's now December 17th and I still haven't heard anything from them.

It's really frustrating when a company doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. The Fragrance Shop has shown their true colors and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It's important to avoid companies that don't value their customers.

The Fragrance Shop The Fragrance Shop: Terrible Customer Service and Refund Process

Yo, so I ordered a bunch of stuff from The Fragrance Shop online and paid in full. It took forever for the order to arrive, way longer than other companies I've ordered from. And when it finally did, it was incomplete! Someone who packed it put an x next to the item they couldn't send. So I emailed them to request a refund, and they told me I had to fill out some form and send photos of the box, delivery note, and contents. I did all that and requested a refund again, but then they replied saying everything was correct and asked if I wanted the item sent next day delivery or a refund. I requested a refund again, but then I didn't hear anything for 10 days! So I called customer services and spoke to Harriet. I explained the situation and asked her to process the refund on the phone. She said "100% I will do that," but then she backtracked and said they couldn't do it over the phone. She even tried to tell me that I was never charged for the perfume, which is total BS because I have the order summary that shows I paid for it! She had a serious attitude and no people skills. She made me wait on hold for several minutes without even asking me if it was okay. This company has made me jump through hoops just to get a refund, and they're even worse on the phone than they are by email. I would definitely steer clear of them.

The Fragrance Shop Beware of this company! Fake perfume and terrible customer service!

This company is not trustworthy! They claim to sell genuine perfume, but I received a bottle of Flowerbomb that was clearly fake. I ordered it at a slight discount for $94, but when I received the bottle, something was off. There was no name or description on the bottom of the bottle, which was a red flag. I thought it was no big deal since I ordered a tester, which I was told was the same perfume without the fancy packaging. However, I was wrong! As soon as I sprayed it, the scent disappeared in just 15 minutes. I immediately called and demanded a refund.

The customer service representative issued me an RA # and told me to return the fake perfume. However, when I spoke with her, she suggested that maybe the tester was old. I was shocked! I paid $100 and expected more! But I gave them the benefit of the doubt when she told me she would send me a regular bottle for the same price. So I waited, but nothing happened. She told me that as soon as she saw the UPS return process by email, she would send the real bottle. However, that was another lie! I waited and waited, but I received an email saying that they were out of stock and would refund my card. Finally, I got what I wanted, but nothing happened! I called and asked for a manager who told me that they couldn't refund me because the bottle was a third empty. I was shocked! If it was a third empty, which it wasn't, maybe they were all helping themselves to sprays to see if it smelled real?

Now they have my money and my fake perfume! I have contacted and filed a complaint with the NJ BBB! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! All of the positive reviews here have to be fake, just like their perfumes! I warn you, do not buy from this company! You will regret it!

The Fragrance Shop The Fragrance Shop: A Disastrous Experience of Denial of Consumer Rights and Fraudulent Behavior

I had a really bad experience with The Fragrance Shop recently. I ordered two perfumes on 16/02/2023 (order number FWUK***), but I accidentally ordered two of the same item. I read on their website that I could cancel one of the items by calling customer service, so I did that on the same day and also sent an email to customer service. However, I was told on the phone that only one item could not be cancelled and that the whole order needed to be cancelled. I agreed to cancel the order and was reassured that I would receive an email confirmation of the cancellation, but I never received that email.

To my surprise, the order was delivered on 18/02/2023. I emailed customer service on 20/02/2023 to request a post label to return the items. I explained that I had asked to cancel the order before the items were posted, but I still received the parcel and had to deal with returning it due to the failure of customer service. Victoria M emailed me a return label as an attachment, and I posted the item back on 22/02/2023. I have a receipt of that, and according to tracking, the parcel was received by The Fragrance Shop on 28/02/2023. However, I did not receive any email confirmation from customer service about the return.

After waiting for a while, I emailed customer service on 12/03/2023 to inform them that I had returned the item and wanted a refund. I attached photos of the postage receipt and delivery receipt. In the email reply from customer service (Carolina E), I was told that she would check with the warehouse. However, after waiting for a while and not receiving any feedback from customer service, I emailed them again on 21/03/2023 and asked for a refund as I had sent proof of postage and delivery to their warehouse. I repeated this on 22/03/2023, but still received no reply from customer service.

Again, after waiting for a while and not receiving any feedback from customer service, I emailed them on 29/03/2023. I received an email reply from Carolina E stating that they were awaiting a courier update. I was confused because I had already sent proof of postage and delivery to their warehouse, so I replied to her email with attached photo proof of postage and delivery and asked for a refund. On 30/03/2023, Carolina E replied to my email and stated that the order number did not match. I attached a screenshot of the postage label that was emailed to me by customer service (as mentioned above by Victoria M on 20/02/2023) and used that label, trusting that it was correct. However, upon checking it, I noticed that the order number on the postage label was wrong, not my order number sent to me in the order email. I emailed customer service stating that the wrong order number on the postage label was not my fault. I did my responsibility to send the item back to The Fragrance Shop, and it did not occur to me to double-check the order number on the return postage label. It is customer service's responsibility. Regardless, I sent photo proof of me posting it back and The Fragrance Shop having received it (yet again). I sent an email to customer service and asked for a refund.

I received an email reply from both Carolina E and Aisha A on 30/03/2023 stating that the refund was issued and advising me to wait 3-5 working days for it to appear in my bank account. I waited a few days, but I did not receive the refund. I sent numerous emails on 05/04/2023 and 06/04/2023, strongly requesting that they refund my money. On 05/04/2023, both Liv H and Matthew A replied that the refund was issued. On 06/04/2023, both Carolina E and Holly A emailed that the refund was issued.

However, I was receiving standard copy & paste email replies, and in my emails to customer service on that day, I kept requesting more details. I asked them to send me the refund, send me contact details of management, and provide proof that the refund was issued. On 06/03/2023, all of a sudden, in one of the emails, Carolina E stated that there was an "issue" with the refund. Meanwhile, Holly A stated that the refund was issued. I was not given anything I requested, and I kept receiving emails from Carolina E and Holly A with conflicting information. One stated that the refund was sent, and another stated that there was an "issue" with the refund. Then, all of a sudden, they stated that there was a "dispute" with the refund.

I accused them of lying to me on purpose and doing delay tactics on purpose. On 07/04/2023, Carolina E replied in an email quote, "I am doing everything I can to ensure that if I am reimbursed, it will be solved as soon as possible." I did not understand this sentence, so I replied requesting the following: 1. Timescale of sending my refund. "As soon as possible" is not acceptable. 2. Contacts of supervisor. 3. Proof screenshot refund was requested, allegedly according to you and your colleague yesterday. I'd like to see that date on request document. 4. As I advised, please send the refund to my PayPal. Since you're having so-called issues.

I did not receive any reply since then. I informed customer service that I wanted to inform outside authorities, my bank to recover my money, if not, then small claims court, and online portals that The Fragrance Shop was breaching my consumer rights. They did not send me a refund, they stated (lied) that the refund was sent but did not give any proof of that, they did not give me a timescale when the refund would be sent to me, and they did not give me contact details of management.

In their email replies, all my questions and requests were ignored. Moreover, customer service staff emailed me conflicting information. One stated that the refund was sent, and another stated that there was an "issue" with the refund. Then, all of a sudden, they stated that there was a "dispute" with the refund. I consider this to be a denial of my consumer right, blatant lie, delay tactics, and The Fragrance Shop breaching regulations.

In the meantime, I posted a negative review on Trustpilot. I read many other multiple negative reviews of a similar nature. No refund was given to customers, and customers were complaining about customer service sending them standard copy & paste replies like to me. To my review post, I received the same standard copy & paste impersonal reply, which also stated that the order number does not match. I read in reviews that many other customers received the same reply. What a disgrace.

Meanwhile, I did quick research and learned that The Fragrance Shop received the platinum trusted service award from Feefo. I contacted Feefo (Feefo Email Support. ***@feefo.com) with this feedback of my experience, and I wonder how The Fragrance Shop received that award based on all those negative reviews. I also contacted Retail Times that published an article about receiving this award. I have never had such a bad experience with any retailer. All other retailers have always treated me with value and satisfied my requests and avoided any inconvenience and upset to the customer. One retailer even sent me a refund for a slightly faulty item straight away without even needing to send back the item.

This retailer, The Fragrance Shop, is doing everything on purpose to inconvenience me without any fault on my part, and they caused me much grievance, stress & upset, and I wasted so much time and energy emailing them and sourcing outside support to get my money back. The only feeling that comes to mind is that this is fraudulent & scamming behavior. And the way customer service replied, I can only conclude that The Fragrance Shop is run like a gang group - they take customers' money, and it's nearly impossible for customers to get anything back because customer service staff are like an impenetrable wall and sing the same tune. They repeat the same script in each email and do not care if the customer is upset and that the organization is breaching legislation. And the CEO, the "proud" founder of that gang, Mr. Sanjay Vadera - is it HIS style he trained customer service staff to steal customers' money and cause them grief? God forbid they give in and refund any lawful penny to the customer. They are unlawfully withholding customers' money, and they are protecting him and every supervisor so much that they built such a wall - they refuse to give any contact details of anyone.

Please read negative reviews of other deceived and upset customers, and will anyone ever pay attention to breaking law behavior.

DO NOT purchase from these. Couldn't supply goods, kept getting emails to say dealing with it but couldn't supply so I asked for a refund, kept getting emails to say processing but never received refund, 3 months on still chasing.

The Fragrance Shop Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service from The Fragrance Shop

So, I bought two things from The Fragrance Shop. One was Chanel and the other was Issey Mikake 8m eau de parmum. The website said that I would get a free atomiser with the Issey Mikake. But when I got my order, the Issey Mikake was missing and there was a cheap plastic atomiser instead. I tried to find a phone number on the website, but I couldn't. It took me 40 minutes to get through to someone on the phone. They told me that the Issey Miyake was in the free plastic atomiser. But how do I know if it's real or fake? It smells like it, but the packaging is cheap and horrible. The customer service person told me that it's clear from the website that it comes packaged like that. But I checked and it's not the usual glass spray bottle that's shown. Now I have to give a gift that looks fake and cheap. I won't be using The Fragrance Shop again and I'm going to report them to trading standards.

The Fragrance Shop The Fragrance Shop: Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Delays

I had a really bad experience with The Fragrance Shop. I ordered two items on November 23, 2018, and was supposed to receive them within five working days. However, I was given a tracking link to Hermes and after two days, it was sitting at its national hub. I called their 'customer services' and was told that the item was lost, so they would send another one to me within two days.

Four days later, I called again and was told that the item was requested but wasn't shipped. They said that they would place another order and I should get it on Monday. If I don't get it on Monday, I will claim my refund not through The Fragrance Shop as I have read that they don't refund, but through Paypal or Credit Card bank under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

I am really disappointed with their service and will never shop with this company again. Debenhams do a good deal for the same item, so I will be shopping there instead. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my items, but the poor customer service and lack of communication has really put me off. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

The Fragrance Shop The Fragrance Shop: A Nightmare Experience of Con Artists and Thieves

I recently had an experience with The Fragrance Shop that left me feeling quite frustrated. I placed an order with them a few months ago and they took over £200 out of my bank account. However, my order was cancelled the very next day. I thought that was the end of it, but three weeks later they took the whole payment out and kept it.

I have been trying to get my money back ever since, but it has been a real struggle. I have had to open a dispute with my bank and I am now dealing with the financial ombudsman. It is really disappointing that a company like this can get away with taking people's money and not delivering on their promises.

It seems like they are happy to take your money, but when there is a problem they are not interested in helping you. I am not going to give up though, I am going to leave bad reviews all over the internet so that people can see what they are really like. They are nothing but con artists and thieves, and I would advise anyone to stay well away from them.

Overall, my experience with The Fragrance Shop has been a complete nightmare. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will certainly never be using them again. It is a shame that there are companies out there like this who are happy to take advantage of people.

The Fragrance Shop Disappointing Experience with The Fragrance Shop for International Buyers

So, I decided to try out The Fragrance Shop to order a perfume that I've been wanting for a while. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, it was the wrong perfume! I was pretty disappointed, but they said they would send me a return slip so I could send it back and get the correct one.

However, after waiting for almost three weeks, I still hadn't received the return slip. I decided to reach out to customer service to see what was going on. That's when they told me that they don't send return slips to international buyers like myself. I was pretty frustrated, but they did offer to refund me for the shipping and tracking costs if I sent the perfume back with a receipt.

They also said that if they had the correct perfume in stock, they would send it to me. I was relieved to hear that, but then they told me that I would have to pay for shipping again if I wanted it sent to me. I explained that I couldn't afford to pay over $50 for shipping overseas, and that's when they gave me an address in NSW.

I asked if they could send me a reply paid slip now that they had given me an Australian address, but they said no. I was pretty frustrated at this point and didn't feel like I could trust them, so I decided not to pay for the return.

Overall, I feel like I wasted my money on this purchase. It's disappointing to receive the wrong product and then have to deal with all of these issues just to try and get it sorted out. I wouldn't recommend The Fragrance Shop to anyone who is an international buyer like myself.

The Fragrance Shop The Fragrance Shop: Poor Delivery and Dishonourable Customer Service

So, I ordered some perfume and paid for it, along with the postage. I was keeping an eye on the delivery tracking and it said that it had been delivered and signed for by someone in the household. But, I didn't sign for it myself. So, I went to the front door and there it was, just lying in the porch way. The delivery box was open and the perfume box was all crushed up, but the perfume itself was okay, except for the top of the bottle being a bit loose.

I wasn't happy about this, so I complained to The Fragrance Shop. They were very apologetic and offered me either a refund or a replacement bottle. I decided to go for the replacement, since it was supposed to be a birthday present and I couldn't give someone a crushed box as a gift.

I also complained about the courier lying and saying that I had signed for it, when I hadn't. The Fragrance Shop said that they would investigate this with HERMES.

Later that same day, they got back to me and said that they were still looking into it, but that they wouldn't be able to offer me a refund or a replacement after all. I was really disappointed with this, and I think it's pretty dishonourable of them to go back on their word like that. I would definitely advise people to avoid using this company in the future.

The Fragrance Shop Terrible Online Customer Service at The Fragrance Shop: A Disappointing Experience

I went to The Fragrance Shop (thefragranceshop.co.uk) to buy some perfume on the 11th of December 2015. Unfortunately, the store didn't have the perfume I wanted in stock. However, the shop assistant was very helpful and offered to order it for me online. I was told that my order would be delivered before the 16th of December, but it never arrived.

I tried to contact customer service for three hours, but I couldn't get through. Frustrated, I decided to travel 30 miles to the store to try and sort out the issue. I spoke to several different staff members, and finally managed to get through to customer services. They assured me that my delivery would arrive before Christmas, but it never did.

The staff took three different phone numbers and two email addresses, but they never bothered to call me back. I am very disappointed with the customer service at The Fragrance Shop. They just don't seem to care about their customers.

I would recommend shopping in-store at The Fragrance Shop, as the stores seem fine. However, I would advise against using their online service. The customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers. I only gave them one star so that I could write this review.

The Fragrance Shop Terrible Experience with The Fragrance Shop: Lost Order and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend The Fragrance Shop to anyone. I had a pretty bad experience with them recently. I ordered some stuff that came out to over 100 euro, but I never got it. They said they sent it with some company called DPD, but I never saw hide nor hair of it. I tried calling their customer service line for a whole week, but every time I got put on hold for like 15-20 minutes and never actually talked to anyone. And since I'm not in the UK, that was some expensive international calling!

I also clicked on the DPD link they gave me to see what was up with my order, and it said that there was some kind of address issue and they couldn't deliver it. But now when I check, there's no info at all! What the heck?

I've sent a bunch of emails to their customer service over the past month, but they only responded twice, and that was like three weeks ago. They never actually gave me a refund or anything. It's pretty frustrating, to be honest.

The Fragrance Shop Terrible Customer Service and Damaged Product: My Experience with The Fragrance Shop

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with The Fragrance Shop. I ordered a gift set for my girlfriend's birthday, but upon arrival, the package was damaged and the bottle was completely empty. Despite the fact that the packaging was undamaged, it was clear that the bottle was not secured properly. I reached out to customer service representative "Laurentiu U" and spent two weeks going back and forth with him, providing seven images from every conceivable angle, but to no avail. They closed my case without offering a refund or return.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of care and concern shown by The Fragrance Shop. Their customer service is horrendous and their complaints process is terrible. It's clear that they don't care about their customers at all. I will never shop with them again.

To make matters worse, I now have to initiate a return and go out of my way to send the package back, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. As a customer, I expect to order online and have my package arrive in good condition. That's how it's supposed to work. If I wanted to walk around and deal with these kinds of issues, I would have gone to a physical store.

I strongly advise others to avoid The Fragrance Shop at all costs. They simply don't care about their customers and their service is utterly useless. Trust me, you're better off shopping elsewhere.

The Fragrance Shop Beware of The Fragrance Shop: Received a Fake Creed Aventus!

I recently bought a bottle of Creed Aventus from The Fragrance Shop and I was pretty disappointed with what I received. It turned out to be a fake! I could tell right away because there were so many spelling mistakes on the back of the box. I mean, come on, if you're going to fake a product, at least make sure you spell everything correctly!

Another thing that tipped me off was the lot number on the box. It was totally made up and didn't match the typical lot numbers for Creed Aventus. And to top it off, the black label sticker on the bottle was glued on crooked. It was such poor quality that I knew it couldn't be the real deal.

But the real kicker was the spray cap. It didn't have "CREED" engraved on it like it should have. And the plastic seal under the spray cap was all black, which is never the case with an original Creed Aventus.

I'm really disappointed that I spent over $300 on a fake product. I know that Creed would never allow such poor quality control on their products. I own three other Creed colognes and I can tell a real one from a fake one.

The Fragrance Shop did refund me the cost of the fragrance, but they didn't refund the shipping cost for delivering a fake product to me or for sending it back to them. I feel lucky that I only lost $30 dealing with them, compared to how much other consumers have lost.

If you're thinking about buying from The Fragrance Shop, I would advise you to avoid them at all costs. You don't want to get ripped off like I did!

The Fragrance Shop Unhelpful and Untrustworthy: My Experience with The Fragrance Shop

My experience with The Fragrance Shop was not a good one. I have to say, they are the most unhelpful and untrustworthy company I have ever ordered from. I placed an order on the 23rd of July and paid for special delivery to arrive on the 24th of July. However, my order was delayed until the 25th of July, which was already a day late. I was supposed to fly away on that day, but I thought it was okay since I could change my "DPD" delivery for when I'm back on the 3rd of August. But when I got back, my order still hadn't arrived.

I contacted DPD on the 4th of August, and they told me that my parcel hasn't been last scanned since the 25th of July and it's potentially missing. I then called The Fragrance Shop, hoping they could help me, but they did not want to help me at all. They said they have no record of it being lost, and they won't send me a replacement until the investigation with DPD is ongoing. I have been calling them every day since the 4th of August, but they still won't help me. I expect much better customer service than this because I placed my order on the 23rd of July, and it has not been received due to it being missing. But they won't send a replacement until it's fully confirmed from all depots, which can take weeks.

I am very disappointed with The Fragrance Shop's customer service. They won't help you when an order goes wrong, and they treat you with such disregard. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please help other businesses and avoid this dreadful one!

I made an order, I arrange for it to be delivered to the post office, but it got refused and sent back to sender. I have emailed customer service a few times and everytime the same response ' we have not received your item. Its been almost a month mow, no
