So, I was really excited to try out Olfactif and ordered a package from them. But, unfortunately, I never received it. I was really disappointed and decided to reach out to their customer service team to see if they could help me out. But, let me tell you, the response I got was not what I was expecting at all. The person who responded to my email was extremely rude and unhelpful. They didn't even try to help me resolve the situation and just left me feeling frustrated and angry. To make matters worse, I'm now out $100 and have nothing to show for it. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper right now. I really wanted to like Olfactif, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Olfactif's perfumes are pretty good, but I gotta say, their way of doing business is kinda sketchy. I sent my buddy a ONE month subscription as a gift, but then they went and charged me again without my permission (like, seriously, why would anyone do that to a gift that's going out of state?). And when I tried to email them to tell them not to send it, they didn't even bother to respond, even though I sent the message way before business hours.

So now I'm stuck paying for something that didn't even go to my state. And I'm not the only one - another person had the same problem and had to get their bank involved. It's just not a good look for a business to be pulling these kinds of shenanigans. I mean, if they had just let me be a recurring subscriber and spread the word to all my friends, they could have made way more money in the long run. But I guess they'd rather take the quick $40 and risk losing customers in the process.

Overall, I'd say Olfactif's perfumes are worth trying out, but be careful if you decide to sign up for a subscription. And if you do run into any issues, don't expect them to be very responsive or helpful.
