This store Elegance Perfume sold me a fake Versace perfume for my hubby. I went back to the store to get a refund and they wouldn't return it cause their policy is no refunds. When I asked for an exchange, they wouldn't do it. I told the girl I will report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com and she told me to get out of the store. Stay away, they are fraud.

Sales person lied to us and said the Elegance Perfume was for men, but it's actually for women. We ended up paying over $200 for it, when it only costs $42. The sales person was very sneaky and tried to trick us into buying it. This happened on June 27 in Nashville, Tennessee. Don't trust these people, they use deceptive sales practices.

They be chargin' $150 for a $17 perfume, can you believe it? The lady at the store was all like "you're gettin' a steal!" so I bought some cologne for my man and perfume for myself on 8/20 with my debit card. She was really pushin' it, sayin' it was a great deal. But when I got home and looked it up, the perfume and cologne together were only worth $40! I paid $295! That's just wrong, man. They straight up lied to me and charged me 10 times what it was worth. I called 'em up within 3 hours to try and exchange it, but they said no way 'cause we opened it. Don't shop here, y'all.

Me and my hubby went to the mall in Nashville on September 25. We went to Elegance Perfumes and a young lady helped us. She let us smell different perfumes and colognes. She said the Al Haramain Amber Oud "perfume" was for women and cost $150. She said we could buy another for 50% off or $75. We were confused when we got home because we had never heard of it. We found it on Amazon for $54 and it's not a women's perfume, it's a men's cologne. We paid $251 in the store for 2 bottles, one of the Al Haramain and one Tequila Gold. We're not happy and want our money back. We won't buy from this store again if they don't fix this.
