This company is just awful, and their customer service is even worse (or should I say, non-existent). I signed up on March 22nd, and they claimed to have shipped my order. But guess what? It never made its way to me. And to make matters even more confusing, I noticed that they actually returned the shipment. Like, what? They gladly take your money but won't bother to deliver your order. It's just terrible!

This company is really bad. They won't give you a refund for a product you haven't even gotten yet. My super fancy Premium membership got downgraded to just okay when they added their super expensive Platinum membership.
I used to get these nice scents, but now I can't unless I upgrade again. I asked for my money back before I even got the product, but they said no. I left a comment on their Instagram and they deleted it. They're a terrible company that just wants your money and won't help you if you don't want to be their customer anymore because of their sneaky tricks. Don't sign up.

I've been waiting for my first month subscription from Scent Box for almost 21 days now. I've sent them 3 emails, but haven't received any response. I also called them and left messages, but still no response. Finally, I managed to talk to someone on the phone, and she told me that she doesn't know why my shipment never shipped. I'm really frustrated and just want my money back. All they offered was to reship something that they never shipped in the first place. I've had experiences with Scentbird and other online retailers, and I've never been so disappointed with their customer service. Even Amazon isn't this bad!

There are different levels and I tried to upgrade mine after signing up but they didn't tell me that the changes won't happen in the first month, even though they say they will. Scentbox charged me before they were supposed to, re billing agreement. They then ignored my cancellation/refund request and shipped an order they never should have charged me for. My next cancellation attempt took me to a broken page. Due to their lack of response to my initial request and hugely unprofessional lack of confirmation email upon sending it, I don't even have proof to dispute the charge. I am sure this is intentional on the company's behalf. I was finally able to cancel the subscription, but only after receiving word they had sent something I don't want and told them I didn't want, and I have still received no word on the charge they took from me without authorization.

I want a full refund of $7.81 and a voucher for the bottle I used to redeem a scent.

However, I didn't receive my shipment and they didn't bother to update or communicate with me about the delay. Surprisingly, they still charged me on 12/22 for the next month, even though I hadn't received my previous order. Finally, my November order arrived on 12/31, over a month late, without any communication. The "contact us" link on their website is broken and leads to an error screen, so there's no way to get in touch with them. Even if you try to search for their contact information, the link still leads to an error screen. I tried calling them, but I haven't received a response yet. It's quite an interesting way of doing business. Eventually, I did receive what I ordered, but it feels unprofessional to charge for another month before the customer receives their previous purchase and to have broken links on the website, preventing customers from finding a resolution.

This company charged us twice in one day for a subscription service. They took $30.95 and $29.95 on December 21. We called the same day to ask why, but they wouldn't tell my wife anything about the account. The Scentbox person, *** said the name is under *** and he needs to call. This is worrying because the account was started, paid for, and under the email of *** who bought it as a gift for ***. We emailed Scentbox asking them to close the account, refund both charges, and cancel any future orders. Their business seems shady because they won't give us any info about the charges they made without permission. Their response was to only cancel the subscription and send their product. They didn't talk about the double charge or cancel both charges like we asked. We don't want to do business with this company anymore, as we already told them on the phone and email, but they won't refund us even though they charged us twice and didn't explain why.

I've been a subscriber to Scent Box since October 2022. I never got my November shipment, even though they sent it twice. When I tried to cancel, they said they would resend it, so I waited. The tracking number never updated. I called and emailed them many times, but they don't let you cancel on the website. I had to take money off my card to stop them from charging me for the next month because they kept trying to resend instead of canceling. After getting angry, they finally canceled (after I took the money off my card and they couldn't charge me for the next month). They say they can't give refunds, even though they sent the shipment twice and it didn't arrive. They wouldn't let me talk to a manager. It's impossible to get through to them. The website kept crashing when I tried to cancel myself or contact someone else (they do this on purpose to limit calls and cancellations, it's not fair). I don't want to go to court, I just want my money back. I don't want their perfume anymore. And I definitely don't want to be out $56 while I wait for another failed resend. I really wanted the product, so in March, after noticing I was charged 3 times again, I reported it to my bank and canceled my service. Now, in April, I just realized they charged me 2 times again for $14.95, even though I canceled my service in March.
