But, the reply was pretty short and not very sweet. They told me that my order had been cancelled because of some technical errors. They didn't give me any other explanation. I email them again on January 21, 2023 asking about my package, then the next day January 22, I received another fake message with a fake shipping label saying the package has been shipped. I emailed them asking them, what kind of games they are playing, first a shipping label was created on january 13 saying the item has shipped, then another one was created on January 20 saying the item has shipped, what king of game is that? then January 23rd 2023, I received a fake message saying "sorry about this missing package, sorry your package got lost in the mail,"we are putting an investigation, we will let you know our decision" that package was never shipped, I checked the fake tracking number, it is stuck in one place never moved, I sent email asking for my money, they never reply, I read other reviews on them every body has the same problem, they have fake pictures of expensive perfumes that they don't have when placed an order, they simply take your money and saying sorry for your missing package, we're putting an investigation, when the package never sent. if they sent you your perfume, they sent you broken glasses, acted like the carrier broke your perfume, when they never had the perfume, they created a fake website with fake pictures making believe they carry expensive perfume.

WARNING! Do not purchase from this Merchant. I purchased from them many years ago and was satisfied with their product. HOWEVER, after approximately 3 years, I had a fradulent charge on my credit card asking for the order to be shipped to Russia. I discovered the charge before my bank did because the company sent me an invoice with my purchase and total amount. I contacted the company and to their credit got an immediate response. They told me they did not charge my account, etc. I stated to them them that I have their emails stating otherwise, a credit card statement showing the charge and a letter from the Fraud Department. The interesting part of this whole transaction is that the company denies making any charges to my card... if so, why do I have charge and then all of a sudden a credit from the comapny approx. three days after I reported it to them? Customer service has been responsive (same person Natazia) and polite, however BUYER BEWARE. Something criminal going on at FS.com
Fragranceshop.com is a total rip off. the website is not real, it is fake. they don't carry any of those perfumes, they only have pictures making you believe that they carry expensive perfumes. when you order, they just take your money and send you nothing. if they finally sent you something it is either empty bottles, or broken glasses. this website needs to be closed down and put those thieves in prison. they are fraud, they need to refund the customers full refund. and they need to be arrested.

They will also not allow your items be left in front of your doorsteps, you have to make sure you are there when your order is delivered or else, you need to pick it up yourself. Once you have your order, you can cancel it by returning the items and paying the cost of shipping and handling. in case they will claim that your item was not received on their end, then you will never get your money back.

Product Didn't Arrive - Failure to Act Appropriately
I purchased a fragrance from FragranceShop.com on 28 December 2010 and the payment went through immediately.
This is however not the first time that I bought from them, so I didn't feel any hesitation to buy from them again.
35 Working days after I've ordered and paid for my product, I still have not received it.
After contacting them after 20 working days (the maximum number of days that they gave for the product to arrive in South Africa), I contacted them to let them know that I haven't received the product yet. I asked them to track it down and let me know when I can expect it as I haven't received any other communication to the contrary.
The next day I received an email from their Customer Services department stating that they have filed a claim with USPS and that I have to give them another 20 working days for it to be sorted out. In this mail they asked that I check back in around 15 days after the insurance claim was filed.
I did as they asked and guess what. I received and answer that say "we will be contacting the insurance company and try and expedite your claim".
NEWSFLASH PEOPLE! THIS ISN'T MY CLAIM! THIS IS YOUR CLAIM TO SORT OUT BETWEEN YOURSELF, YOUR COURIER AND YOUR INSURANCE AGENCY!
The fact that you have to claim for the loss of the item has nothing to do with me. That you can sort out on your own between the relevant parties involved that lost my package.
The fact that I as the customer is made to wait is ridiculous!
No customer should wait for any retailer to first sort out their claims before the customer's replacement item is sent.
It is not the customer's fault that there arose a claim and they should not even be remotely aware of the claim process that the retailer must go through for their loss.
The customer must be sent a replacement IMMEDIATELY after such a complaint is filed and it is found to be valid, which in this case they did as they also immediately filed a claim, confirming that the original product that they sent was in fact missing and irretrievable.
Though I have not found the previous product to be a fake, once I've received my replacement order (whenever that will be), I will never make use of this company again.
I therefore send this warning to all prospective clients to take heed and not make my mistake by making use of this company, regardless of how good their prices are.

See my complaint I just submitted. If you paid by credit card I would close the account and get another card. My charge was years after my purchase, but I caught them. They deny any wrong doing, however I have the documented paperwork.
They do not stand behind their merchandise
I bought 4 bottles of Amarige by Givenchy from fragranceshop.com on Dec.12. My wife opened one up in late January and it was bad. I contacted fragranceshop.com, they said that we had to eat the opened bottle because it was beyond the 30 days.But we could send back the unopened ones if we paid shipping. They do not stand behind their merchandise. Not a reputable company. A company that does not worry about returning customers and is not people friendly is not going to last.

I'm not sure if this board send out updates regarding specific complaints, so I wanted to just share with you to read my complaint against this company as well. You may want to close your credit card account that you made your purchase on, because someone at the company tried to make a purchase on mine.

I purchased 3 perfumes from fragranceshop.com, and 2 of them were not authentic. In fact, they aren't even close to the original scents. The other two were fine. I contacted them about returning these items (they have "Guaranteed Authentic or your money back" at the top of their home page), and I was informed that I would have to pay to ship it back to them, and then pay again for them to send out a new item. When I questioned how they can prove its authenticity, the response was, everyone loves this item, and we've never had complaints. They also have no documentation to prove their products are authentic.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
