Atrocious Customer Service
I am a long-time FragranceNet customer but won't be, any longer. We moved. We changed our address, and MADE THE CHANGE in ALL systems (including our FragranceNet account, PayPal account, and all credit card accounts) several weeks before our last (expensive) order. Despite manually and painstakingly changing the systems, their ONTRACK shipping system did NOT update, and they shipped the package to the old address. It took 37 minutes to get a HUMAN on their phone. And they could not do anything to correct THEIR issue. (They tried to blame everyone else, except themselves, by the way). Bad service. No accountability.
FragranceNet's Shipping Policy is a Nightmare: A Review
I have to say, I've never had any issues with the fragrances I've ordered from FragranceNet. However, there is one thing that really grinds my gears about this company: their processing and shipping time. Now, I'm not one to complain, but when a website advertises expedited shipping as 2-3 business days, I expect to receive my order within that timeframe.
Let me give you an example. I've ordered from other fragrance websites like ThePerfumeSpot, Scentiments, and ScentMonkey, and they always process and ship my order the same day (if it's before a certain time) or the next business day. But with FragranceNet, my order wasn't even processed until TWO business days later. That's just not acceptable for a company that claims to offer expedited delivery service.
And when I reached out to them to express my frustration, their response was even more infuriating. They basically told me that they don't guarantee processing and shipping for any certain amount of time. What kind of policy is that? If they can't guarantee a certain level of service, then they shouldn't be advertising it in the first place.
Honestly, I think they should change their shipping policy to something like "expedited shipping will arrive 2-3 business days AFTER we decide we feel like processing your order which could be anywhere from 2 days to whenever the mood strikes us after that." At least that would be more honest.
All in all, I haven't ordered anything from FragranceNet in almost 2 years because of their horrible processing and shipping policy. It's just not worth the frustration.
Beware of Fragrancenet.com: My Experience with a Fake Viva La Juicy Fragrance
I recently purchased a bottle of Viva La Juicy from fragrancenet.com and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. I have been a loyal wearer of this fragrance for years and I know the real deal when I see it. However, what I received was a poorly shipped fake product. The emblems on the bottle did not match and the cap was made of plastic instead of glass like the original. To make matters worse, the emblem on the fake bottle fell off the second I opened it.
At first, I thought the product was legit as it came in a box wrapped in plastic just like the ones you find in department stores. But as soon as I carefully slid off the plastic, the box reeked of rubbing alcohol and was soaking wet. The bottle was almost half empty and every time I moved it, it would leak. Although the smell was very close to the original, it did not last nearly as long. Real Viva La Juicy lasts for days on my clothes.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this website and their business practices. I should have known better than to trust a deal that seemed too good to be true. I am currently in the return process and I expect every penny to be returned to me. If not, it will not be pretty. I was surprised to see that the Better Business Bureau has given fragrancenet.com an A+ rating, which is complete BS. I don't know how that is even possible.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this website is to save your money and buy the real thing. It's worth it. Don't be fooled by their seemingly good deals. It's not worth the risk of receiving a fake product.
FragranceNet Review: Broken Bottle, Non-Existent Customer Service, and Disappointing Experience
I recently received a package from FragranceNet and boy, was I in for a surprise! The package was soaked in perfume and the brown paper inside was all soaked too. The scent was so strong that I could smell it from a mile away. It turns out that the perfume bottle was broken and the perfume had leaked everywhere. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I didn't know what to do with the package. I couldn't keep it at home because of the strong scent, but I also didn't want to throw it away in case they needed more pictures or wanted me to return it. After all, I was hoping to get refunded for my purchase.
I tried calling FragranceNet customer service several times during working hours, but to my dismay, I didn't get any response. I was so frustrated that I decided to email them several times and even sent pictures of the package. However, all I got was an automatic response stating the same exact text; "to get back to them with the item and photo attachment, so that they MAY offer further assistance". I couldn't believe it! I spent $97 on a broken bottle, spent hours trying to call them, got ignored, and didn't even get a return label. I was expected to pay even more money to ship a useless bottle, so that this irresponsible online store may or may not assist me further? Is this how they handle their business?
To make matters worse, I had intended to give the perfume as a gift, so I had to buy a different perfume in a retail store. It was such a hassle and a waste of my time and money. I am so disappointed with my experience with FragranceNet that I will share my experience on every platform I can so people know what they might be dealing with. It's such a shame because I had heard good things about this online store, but my experience was far from good.
In conclusion, if you're thinking of purchasing from FragranceNet, I would advise you to think twice. Their customer service is non-existent, and their products are not reliable. I hope my experience will help others make an informed decision before making a purchase from this online store.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with FragranceNet.com
I recently made an order on FragranceNet.com on December 10th, 2021. I purchased three bottles of men's cologne for a total of $137.89. I have been a loyal customer of FragranceNet.com for quite some time now and I am retired. I was eagerly waiting for my package to arrive so I could use the products over the holidays. The company shipped my items via the US Postal Service and provided me with a tracking number.
I kept an eye out for my package and checked the tracking number frequently. According to the tracking number, the US Postal Service had delivered the package to a Postal Locker on December 17th, 2021. However, when I went to check my mailbox, there was nothing there. I even checked in and around my front door, but still no package. I decided to wait a little longer since it was the holiday season, but unfortunately, the package never arrived.
On December 23rd, 2021, I tried calling FragranceNet.com, but they were not taking calls. I had no choice but to email them. I have sent them four emails regarding this matter, but I have not received a response from them at all. Today is December 30th, and I still have not received my package. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from FragranceNet.com.
Due to the lack of response from FragranceNet.com, I decided to file a complaint with the NY Better Business Bureau. To my surprise, within a few short hours, a complete and total refund was issued. I am not sure what is going on with this company. They used to be very good, but their customer service has gone downhill. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business to perfume.com, which is the number one rated online site for perfumes and colognes. So long FragranceNet.com.
FragranceNet Review: Good Prices, Slow Shipping, Confusing Shipping Costs, and No Personal Help
Hey guys,
I just ordered from FragranceNet and I gotta say, I was pretty surprised! I put in my order on August 10th, 2010 all the way from the UK and it arrived on August 19th, 2010. Not too shabby for coming all the way from the States, right? (They say they ship from the UK, but it's all a bit confusing if you ask me.)
But watch out for the shipping costs, folks. I only ordered one item and the website said that orders under a certain amount would be charged ?3.95 for shipping in the UK. But I ended up paying ?11.49 for international shipping, which was almost 50% of the cost of the product itself. And they promised a free mirror with every order, but I didn't get one.
On the bright side, my order arrived in one piece and was packaged up real nice. And it's definitely the real deal - I know because I've bought this product at Saks in the States before. The price was good too, and I got a 10% discount because it was my first order.
If you're thinking about ordering from this site, just make sure you're okay with the shipping costs before you hit that "confirm order" button. And if you have any problems, don't expect to get any personal help - everything seems to be automated. Not the best customer service, if you ask me.
All in all, I'd use this site again because I can't find anyone in the UK that sells Jivago 7 notes. If anyone knows where I can find it, give me a shout.
Cheers,
JoanW
Poor Service and Overpriced Shipping: My Experience with FragranceNet.com
I'm not happy with FragranceNet.com. I ordered three Kings & Queens sugar body milks for my friends on April 19th. The shipping charge was $25.95 USD from Belgium to Greece, which is a lot of money, but I thought it was reasonable.
I sent several emails over the next 12 days asking when my order would be shipped. I even opened a case in Paypal because I hadn't received my order. Finally, I got a reply with a tracking number. When I entered the tracking number on the site, I found out that the package had not been shipped yet (as of May 2nd).
I looked at my Paypal case and saw that it said I only ordered one item. $25.95 USD for one 200ml body milk to be sent from Belgium to Greece is WAY TOO MUCH. The most it should cost is about $8.00 USD, and that's pushing it. The body milk was only $6.80 USD.
I've been ordering beauty products from all over the world for years, and I've never had such bad service and practices from any company. If FragranceNet.com doesn't have something in stock, they should tell the customer and give them the choice of whether or not they want to wait. They shouldn't overcharge customers for shipping just to make more money. And changing someone's order without telling them and then not adjusting the shipping cost is dishonest.
I won't be using FragranceNet.com again.
Horrible Customer Service Experience with FragranceNet: A Warning to Potential Customers
When I first placed my order with FragranceNet, I was excited to receive my new fragrance. However, I quickly realized that I had ordered the wrong item. I searched for a phone number to contact customer service and finally found one after some digging. The number was ***867, and I called a total of six times before I was able to speak with a representative.
Each time I called, I had to listen to a recording that repeated the company's website address over and over again. It was quite annoying, to say the least. Finally, I was able to hit a number to talk to a representative, but then another recording came on to say that the system had an error 21 and to call back later. I tried calling back several times, but the same thing kept happening.
Today, I tried calling again, but this time the recording said to call during business hours. It was 1:00 pm, in the middle of their business day, but they still wouldn't answer the phone. I also sent three emails explaining the situation, but I didn't receive a response until just a little while ago. Unfortunately, the email said it was too late to change my order.
If they had answered the phone or responded to my emails on the day I first tried to contact them, this would never have happened. Instead, they just kept repeating to go to their website, which was difficult to navigate. I was frustrated that there was no customer service available to help me.
To make matters worse, they told me to go to their website to return the items once I received them. I would have to pay another shipping charge, which seemed like a scam to me. It's frustrating when you order something and find out there is no customer service available to help you. It's like you're on your own.
Overall, I had a horrible experience with FragranceNet. They don't seem to care about their customers and only want your money. I'm writing this review to warn potential customers to stay away and save yourself from a nightmare.
Disappointing Experience with FragranceNet: Poor Customer Service and Unethical Practices
I recently had an experience with FragranceNet that left me feeling quite disappointed. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way this company handled my situation was less than satisfactory.
I ordered two Clarins perfumes that I had been searching for everywhere due to being stationed in a remote location with my military husband. When my order arrived, I was shocked to find that instead of the perfumes I had ordered, I had been sent some Gucci perfume testers that smelled absolutely terrible. I'm 39 years old and I don't want to smell like something my grandma would have worn in 1995.
To make matters worse, I am currently undergoing surgery and won't be able to return the items for three weeks. When I contacted FragranceNet to explain the situation and provide pictures of what I had received, they were less than helpful. They basically told me that I needed to return the items or I wouldn't get my money back. While I understand that returns are a part of doing business, I don't think it's fair that I should be responsible for returning something that I never even ordered in the first place.
To add insult to injury, FragranceNet only allows positive reviews on their website and filters out any negative ones. I submitted a review twice, but it never appeared on their site. This is an unethical practice and shows that they care more about their image than their customers.
Overall, I would not recommend FragranceNet to anyone who cares about where their money goes. While they may have some good products, their customer service and business practices leave a lot to be desired.
Beware of FragranceNet.com's Dishonest eBay Seller: My Experience with a Fake Fragrance
Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with FragranceNet.com. I recently ordered a fragrance from what appeared to be a private seller on eBay. However, when the package arrived, I noticed that there was no shipper name on the label, only "Shipping Department," and the address was from FragranceNet's location in Deer Park, NY.
At first, I thought it was just a mistake, but when I opened the package, I realized that the seller had sent me the toilette spray instead of the au de parfum that I had paid for. Not only was the scent different, but the price was also significantly lower.
After reading some reviews on here, I realized that this might have been intentional. The seller tried to assure me that customers were their top priority, but I had already read about their dishonest business practices on this site.
When I contacted the seller again, they agreed to refund my money, but then changed their mind and asked me to return the item instead. I was forced to leave a negative review, and I hope that this seller gets exposed for their dishonesty.
It's disappointing to see a company like FragranceNet.com associated with this kind of behavior. I wonder if they even know that their merchandise is being sold on eBay. Hopefully, eBay will take action and ban this seller from their platform.
Overall, I feel lucky that I even received an item at all, considering that many people on here paid for items that they never received. It's a shame that some people are willing to scam others for a quick buck.
Legit Perfumes from FragranceNet - My Experience
A lot of people have been complaining about the quality of the perfumes they received from FragranceNet (fragrancenet.com). However, it is important to remember that most "perfumes" are typically EDT's = Eau de Toilette (4 - 10% perfume oil) which is typically always less than 10% & EDP= Eau de Parfum (8 - 15% perfume oil). EDT usually only lasts 2-4 hours. Before you buy anything, it is always a good idea to check www.fragrantica.com and read the reviews. There are ratings on the longevity and sillage of each fragrance.
I haven't had to contact their customer service so I can't comment on that, but their perfumes are very legit. I found this place because my mom really wanted Prada Candy, and I wasn't excited to pay $90 for a tiny bottle. I ended up getting both Prada Candy and Marc Jacobs Oh Lola for about $90 total, with the extra 25% off coupon. After buying those, I read all the horrible complaints and comments on them selling knock-offs... of course. I inspected both perfumes, they are legit. I did the paper test (spray a piece of paper, wait 24hrs, see if you can still smell it) if they smell like alcohol or there is no scent, they are expired, bad, or fake. I checked the manufacture dates on www.checkcosmetic.net and they were both still good. The Marc Jacobs was Oct 2014, and Prada was June 2015. It's now Dec 2015, so really that's not bad. (Perfumes last from 2-5 years). All their perfumes are bought on the grey market, meaning department stores sell old, out of season, not popular, and overstocked items at a discount to places like this or TJMaxx for example. There is not a particular distributor because they come from a ton of different stores. There is a higher risk of purchasing a fake if it is super popular, like "Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue", but that's the only negative I can say.
I did a lot of research on all of this after I bought the first perfumes. I have since placed 2 more orders that should arrive this week. Also, about the shipping. My first order, from the day I ordered, to the day it was delivered was a total of 4 days. Since it's closer to Christmas, it's taken maybe 2 days longer, but I should still get it within 7 days. I actually bought a D&G Light Blue, so if I receive any fakes, I will update the post.
UPDATE: 12/9/15- received second order Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue, BVLGARI Omnia Crystalline, Vince Camuto Man. All seem as Authentic as they should be. The Vince Camuto one even had a QR code on the bottom to scan to verify it is legit (www.iproof.com). I got the 3.3oz tester of D&G and it looks and smells exactly like it should. There is no sticker at the bottom of the bottle, but it looks exactly like it should. If it's fake, they did an amazing job. Prayed all three on a piece of paper, waited a few hours, all smell amazing. I checked the manufacture dates D&G- June 16,2014 BVLGARI- May 5,2015 Vince Camuto isn't available on www.checkcosmetic.net but it smells strong enough.

Parcel return on perfume and lotion
I bought perfume and lotion from Fragrancenet. I wanted to return it,so they emailed me the return label. I returned it USPS. I have all the proof I mailed it with the tracking number. I've emailed Fragrancenet several times and they keep telling me as soon as they get the package, I'll be refunded. Well obviously it's lost, which isn't my fault. I should get my money refunded or at least a credited, so I can get a product I'm happy with. You can't even get anyone to talk to in the phone. They have horrible customer service.
Desired outcome: Refund to my card or at least a credit to get something I want.
Service
I placed an order on 08/26/2023 and I understand labor day was on 09/01/2023 just 1 week after placing the order but it's 09/12/2023 and not only has my order not come but I've tried a number of times to contact fragrance net and held on for a customer service representative and held on for 2 hours and still no one answered I've sent emails and no one responded but the money was taken from my account so now not only do I have no product but I just paid someone just for the sake of giving away money. This is a bogus deal not a bonus and I'm trying to see what course of action to take to get my money refunded
The fact that I placed an order on 08/26/2023 and haven't received it yet and I've been calling them at the number given for customer service and holding on for hours and no one ever comes to the phone also they have taken the money from my account. So actually they've robbed me without a mask
Product
This is my 2nd time to order from this company and again I made a mistake to order from them.
The product I received was not what was advertised and they don't answer the phones nor have they allowed me to send a request for refund. They expect me to pay for their mistakes.
1. They always send the incorrect products I believe to empty their shelves for slow movers.
2. Then I am expected to pay for their mistakes to pay for shipment no RMA provided
3. order number is [protected] placed on 8/17/23 and the product should have been Anthony starter Kit for men , instead they shipped oils for women
4. I am about to notify Pay Pal of this vendors bad service so others won't go through the same issue.
5. D&G light blue lotion for men is not the same D&G Light Blue Lotion, it has been altered from original fragrance, I have bought this many times fromother locations and the fragrance is not the same, it's not the stander fragrance.
Desired outcome: I want my money returned to my Pay Pal account,

3.4oz bottle of Tresor perfume. Ordered 6/21. #[protected]
I am continuing a conversation with someone about by missing order of Tres or 3/4 is bottle if oerfume. It has been paid for and the $116.08 has already processed. Where is my order from 6/21? On Trac said you did not send it to them. I will not give you anymore credit card info for your fee of $1 to find my paid for order. You best find it and tell me when it will be delivered.
Desired outcome: Send me my perfume.
Poor Customer Service and Missing Item: My Negative Experience with FragranceNet
I was so excited to receive my holiday gifts that I ordered from FragranceNet over a week ago. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I realized that I only received one of the two items that I ordered. To make matters worse, I had to wait on hold for over an hour just to speak with someone about my missing item.
When I finally reached customer service, I was informed that one of the items was out of stock and that my money had been refunded. However, since I had used a gift card to make my purchase, I had no idea if the money had actually been refunded or not. To add insult to injury, I was told that an email had been sent to me regarding the refund, but I never received it.
The customer service representative I spoke with had an attitude and was not helpful at all. After waiting on hold for so long, I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I have decided that I will never purchase from FragranceNet again. There are plenty of other sites and stores that sell discounted perfumes, and I see no reason to return to a site where I was treated so poorly.
While some people may have had a good experience with FragranceNet, I believe that the majority of their customers have had the same or worse experiences than I did. I wish I had read reviews before making my purchase, as I would have seen that many others have had similar issues with this site. In conclusion, I would not recommend ordering from FragranceNet.
Disappointing Experience with Fragrancenet.com: Review of 4 Perfumes Ordered
I recently made a purchase from fragrancenet.com and ordered 4 different perfumes. Three of them were based on the reviews of other customers, so I cannot say for sure if they smell true to their descriptions. However, I must say that I was not impressed with any of them and will not be purchasing them again.
The fourth perfume I ordered was one that I was running low on and had a hard time finding elsewhere. It is called Cassini and I know exactly what it smells like. Unfortunately, the perfume I received from fragrancenet.com was nothing like the original I have. The scent was completely different and the color of the liquid was a dark brown, which was not what I was expecting. The perfume also did not last very long, only about an hour, which was disappointing.
To make matters worse, the bottle had the word "Elixir" on it, which was not mentioned on the website. I tried to contact the company via email, but did not receive a response. I also left a review on their website, but it never appeared.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with fragrancenet.com. Their products did not meet my expectations and their customer service was lacking. I have learned my lesson and will not be purchasing from this company again.
Disappointing Experience with FragranceNet: Shipping Nightmare and Poor Customer Service
I recently placed an order on FragranceNet and the process was pretty easy. However, I did encounter some issues with the shipment. The package was ready for pickup the next day, but it sat for two days before being picked up by Fed Ex. I live in KY and the package was supposed to arrive in about 2-3 days, but it ended up being sent to St Louis MO, which is over 5 hours away from my location. The package has not had any updates since 10:47PM yesterday, and I am a bit worried about its whereabouts.
I noticed that the last two stops for my order showed notes about sending it to a local post office and allowing 2-3 more days for delivery. I tried to contact FragranceNet's customer service department by phone, but I was on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. I then tried to chat with a representative on their website, but I was kicked out before a rep came online to help me. I have sent an email, but based on some reviews I have read, I doubt I will hear back from them.
I am also a bit concerned about the quality of the product based on some reviews I have read. Some customers have reported that the products they received were not of good quality, and it may have been better to buy a knockoff at a Dollar Tree. This is my first and last order with FragranceNet, and I hope that I at least receive my order. I don't want to have to pursue any other source to get this settled, but there are definitely other options to consider.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with FragranceNet. The shipping process has been a bit of a nightmare, and their customer service seems to be lacking. I hope that they can improve their services in the future to avoid these kinds of issues.
Disappointing Experience with FragranceNet: Poor Quality Products and Unethical Business Practices
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with FragranceNet. I mean, I get it, things can take a little longer to arrive these days, but my order took over two weeks to get to me. I tried to cancel it a couple of times because I was getting antsy, but they wouldn't let me. So, I waited and waited and finally, my package arrived. I was excited to try out my new Clinique foundation and blush, shampoo, and makeup sponge, but when I opened the box, I was in for a rude awakening.
The foundation was supposed to be vanilla, but it was this weird dark orange color. And when I opened the bottle, the contents were oily and had this funky smell. It was really gross. And the blush wasn't much better. I ordered Sunset Glow, but what I got was this dark brown mess that looked like it had already been used. I mean, just look at the photo I took!
So, I contacted FragranceNet to get a return authorization number, but the agent I talked to wouldn't give me one because I had opened the box and the makeup bottle to check the contents. Apparently, returns are only allowed if the packages are unopened. What kind of nonsense is that? I mean, how else am I supposed to know if the products are any good?
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They don't seem to have very ethical business practices, and their products are clearly not up to par. I used After Pay to make my purchase, and I'm definitely going to be contacting them to let them know who they're dealing with. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art' by Steven Pressfield
I purchased a few weeks ago. I screenshot as I proceeded. After placing my order I noted a billing discrepancy. I contacted the company repeatedly until I reached a manager. I provided the screenshots. I advised not to ship until the billing was corrected. The manager said she'd get back to me but never did. In total the adjusted the invoice twice after I ordered. They originally charged me over 50% more than I agreed to. They shipped it without correcting to the agreed and advertised pricing. They then adjusted the billing at 20% more than I agreed to without my knowledge. The original pricing I agreed to converted to according the their chart at $119 US. They charged me $183 US. The $147 CAD agreed to was factually charged to me at $233 CAD. FragranceNet made zero effort to fix the fraudulent billing to the advertised and agreed price. I reported it to my bank and they are investigating it as fraud! I had to get a new card to avoid further misuse by FragranceNet in future. They are sadly not reputable.
FragranceNet's Delivery Mishap and Unhelpful Customer Service: A Disappointing Experience
I recently had an experience with FragranceNet that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I received an email notification that my order had been delivered, complete with a tracking number that indicated it was sent via USPS. However, when I clicked on the link provided, I was taken to a FedEx tracking page instead. This struck me as odd, but I didn't think too much of it at the time.
Despite being home all day, I didn't see any delivery trucks come down my long gravel driveway. Still, I decided to check my mailbox and the surrounding area just in case. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my package anywhere. I reached out to FragranceNet for assistance, but their response was less than helpful. They simply told me to wait a week and see if the package turned up, without providing any additional information about what they would do to resolve the issue.
Feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do next, I decided to call FedEx for assistance. Unfortunately, they refused to help me since I wasn't their direct customer. This left me feeling even more helpless and unsure of how to proceed. Ultimately, I decided to contact my bank and request a chargeback in order to get my money back.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with FragranceNet. While I understand that delivery issues can sometimes arise, I was hoping for more assistance and support from their customer service team. Unfortunately, their response left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed. As a result, I cannot recommend this company to others.
Terrible Experience with FragranceNet: Lack of Communication and Poor Customer Service
I was a loyal customer of FragranceNet for a long time and I was always satisfied with their products and services. However, my recent experience with them was a complete disaster and it was my FINAL order with them. I placed an order on November 18th, and according to the tracking information, the package was shipped and out for delivery on November 24th. However, to my dismay, the package never arrived and the USPS tracking information did not show any delivery confirmation.
I was very disappointed and frustrated with this situation, so I decided to email FragranceNet on December 2nd to inquire about my missing package. To my surprise, they responded quickly and offered me a credit or a replacement shipment. I opted for a replacement shipment and was hopeful that the issue would be resolved soon.
However, since December 2nd, I have not received any information about the replacement shipment, and my numerous emails to FragranceNet have gone unanswered. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, and I am very upset that they are not responding to my emails. To make matters worse, I am receiving read receipts on my emails, which only adds to my frustration.
I tried calling their customer service line, but it was useless as I only received a message saying that their reps are too busy to answer calls and that I should use the website to track my order or contact customer service. This is not the kind of service I expect from a company that I have been a loyal customer of for so long.
As a result of this terrible experience, I have initiated a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY from FragranceNet.com, as their lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable.
FragranceNet Failed to Deliver My Order and Ignored My Complaints - A Disappointing Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FragranceNet. I placed an order for perfume on January 21st of this year, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order. When I contacted their customer service team, I provided them with all the necessary information, but they claimed that they could not find any record of my order. This is simply not true, as I have proof that I made a purchase on their website for $74.08.
The customer service agent I spoke with suggested that I contact my bank to resolve the issue. I followed their advice and my bank called FragranceNet, but they were repeatedly transferred from one person to another without any resolution. Eventually, my bank provided me with a printout of my purchase, which clearly shows that FragranceNet took $74.08 out of my account.
I am frustrated and upset that FragranceNet has taken my money and failed to deliver the product that I ordered. All I want is the perfume that I paid for. I have worked hard for my money, and I expect to receive the products that I purchase. It is unacceptable for a company to treat their customers in this manner.
I have tried to resolve this issue by contacting FragranceNet multiple times, but they have not been responsive or helpful. I feel like I am being ignored and disrespected. I do not want to have to resort to extreme measures, but I will not hesitate to escalate this issue to someone in a higher authority if necessary.
In conclusion, I urge FragranceNet to pay closer attention to their customers' needs and concerns. They need to take responsibility for their mistakes and make things right for their customers. I hope that they will take my feedback seriously and work to improve their customer service in the future.
Scam Alert: My Terrible Experience with FragranceNet and Unwanted Magazine Subscription
I had a really bad experience with FragranceNet. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I ordered some perfume a few months ago and I'm pretty sure it wasn't authentic. To make matters worse, I started receiving a magazine subscription that I never even ordered! I called up People magazine's subscription department and they told me that the subscription was placed through M2Media Group and FragranceNet. I had to contact CancelMag.com to get rid of it, but it was a total nightmare. I tried reaching out to CancelMag through a postal address, an email, M2Media Group, People Magazine, and FragranceNet, but it was like talking to a brick wall. It was so frustrating! I made it crystal clear that I didn't want the magazine, never ordered it, and wanted it stopped. But it was like nobody was listening to me.
I'm never going to order from FragranceNet again, and I've already warned my family and friends about this scam. I'm always really careful about not allowing my details to go to third parties. I always click that box saying I don't want any crap sent to me or my info given out. I'm also really careful about pop-ups and add-ons that they try to slip in. But from what I've read online, a lot of people are getting the same thing from having placed orders with FragranceNet.com. It's really frustrating and it better be the end of it. I don't want to see any more of these scamming companies!
I would like all expense paid perfume or 75% off of a perfume of my choice & free shipping.
This establishment seems to have 2 names fragrancenet.com or fragrance.com it took some time for them to send the order when the order came the perfume smelled really bad like some type of chemical The perfume stung my skin a little it seems that these perfume sellers have been using some type of chemical in their perfumes. Fragrancenet.com and our fragrance.com also 1 of the perfume was in a different type of travel size it was not a slim vile it was in another type of spray thing with The name of the perfume on the sticker. They only gave me the choice to return the perfume but if I was to return it I wouldn’t not be justified because I would have to pay shipping and handling plus the weight of the perfume to be sent back that means that I do Not get my money back maybe only 20% of what I paid so that’s not an option for me. I would like for them to send me all expense paid perfume or 75% on a new perfume of my choice.
Desired outcome: My order # I purchased [protected] cost 70.09
Order not delivered
Not received an order placed on 18th December for $100 FragranceNet.com order # [protected]. I didn’t realize free shipping would be by OnTrac who claim they have delivered without having done so on the 24th . I requested an investigation on OnTrac and they just say they have delivered when they have my . I haven’t received it and there are no replies from FragranceNet’s email helpline . I have had many good order fulfillments from them in the past - so this is a nasty surprise
Desired outcome: Refund

My order number was [protected]. In the box was the two EXTRAORDINARY perfumes but did not say anything about the other perfume I ordered and paid for.
If this was just a partial delivery there should have been something telling that this is just a partial.
Please let me know if I will be getting the rest of my my order.

Serge Lutens La Fille de Berlin
Ordered Lutens La Fille de Berlin on 9/22 at Fragrance Net. Then Lutens official website dropped price so I tried to cancel my fragrance net order after it has been stayed in the warehouse 3 days without shipping. They rejected and shipped immediately. I got the two orders on the same day. The FN one does NOT smell right. The one I previously got as a smple from Lutens and the one I got this time (with a limited bottle) is the same with rose aroma But the FN one smells like ALCHOL! It brought me strong headache. Strange color as well! The true one from Lutens official website has a brownish red look while the FN one looks like strawberry red. Definitely fake!
Desired outcome: Refund of the order
Stole my money.
I recently purchased from Fragrancenet for a birthday gift for my fiancée, as I have been doing for the past year. Which has always been a simple a quick process. This time has been HORRENDOUS.
Placed my first order August 24th 22', order total $224.69CAD after 5 days of no response or change in my order I reached out to find out they had reversed my order $224.69CAD without telling me why.
They said my billing address wasn't the same as the card. (None of the info was different from the last several orders). So I said okay, I changed my info on my file and card and re-ordered August 30th 22' to find out they removed an item upon checkout. Order total $144.21CAD. So I reached out not even a minute later and they sent a refund of $136.2CAD. Before realizing this I had already placed an order for the exact same items I originally purchased for $226.26CAD. An additional $2CAD but I dismissed it.
Reached out to customer support about the second cancelation being off by $8CAD for them to tell me it had to do with exchange rates etc. Asked for itemized receipts and exchange rate info the day of the purchase because I couldn't believe a refund after 3 minutes could result in a loss of $8CAD in that time and because I had cancelled in the past and this had never happened, I wanted to verify the claim.
They then proceeded to tell me they DO NOT give receipts and that my confirmation email is the only receipt given.
Moments after receiving this email, my order was cancelled for no reason of my knowing and I was given $224.26CAD for my order that costed me $226.26CAD. This is my last time ordering from Fragrancenet since it seems as if there's 0 customer service and what seems to be extremely unethical behavior. They stole my money, dragged the issue on after spending 100's of dollars with them not only for this order but orders in the past aswell. This is not how you treat customers.
Desired outcome: A refund of the money stolen in the transaction. As well as the products I originally ordered. Or a full refund
I also had the same issue w them I ordered fragrance and it was never received reached out turns out the carrier on track lost the package so they issue another one didn't get that one either customer service is horrible? Finally got a refund will not do business with them anymore. They suck🤬
No customer support
I ordered from this site as it had plenty of good reviews. I contacted customer service because my shipment was delayed by 2 weeks in which they responded in a rude manner telling me I have to wait a certain about of days to contact them. My package said delivered but I could not find it anywhere, I went to my neighbors and they didn't receive it either. I emailed customer service once more and all they said was " Your tracking number is xxxxxx and it showed delivered. Thank you for shopping with us." I wasted over 150$ and now I will have to dispute with my credit card company due to their lack of customer support.
Desired outcome: Refund
Fake Jadore Infinissime
Fake perfume. Googled and found a couple of websites that compare fake to real...Screaming red flag, packaging box had no logo. Gold metal coil coming off. Perfume has been watered down. I have tried the REAL Jadore here in Canada, I regret why I ordered from Fragrance Net. Lesson learned, read reviews before ordering. We have Fragrancebuy here, who are legit.
FragranceNet offer no apologies for selling FAKE products and exploiting innocent buyers. In fact, if anything, they take pride in doing so. It is so shameful, that in broad daylight, a business like this has a licence to run, to steal.
Desired outcome: Shut them down, may God shut them down.
