Hello Freddy's, we've recently moved from Las Vegas/Henderson Nevada to Ocala Florida. We were on our way back from visiting some friends in the villages and stopped for dinner on our way home at Freddy's, I ordered the jalapeño burger and my wife karen ordered the five piece chicken tenders. The drive to our home is approximately 18 minutes, upon arriving home the only thing in the bag was five piece chicken tenders and one burger there was no honey mustard sauce as requested, the burger was extremely greasy the bun you could probably ring out grease from. The five piece chicken nuggets were undercooked terribly and cold in the center we did not return because it would've taken approximately a half an hour to get in the car and go back to Freddy's. We have had dozens of great experiences at the Henderson/Vegas location on eastern Avenue. The price was $16.99 I would like a refund.

Freddy’s totally missed the mark. Since when is it okay to hand out food that is cold, undercooked, or incomplete? Either reach out directly to their Ocala location, or use their corporate customer service and submit a request for a refund. Make sure to mention wanting a refund due to the low quality and the missing items. If they resist, keep the receipt as evidence. If they won’t settle it, just walk away from that place and make sure you don’t go back there.
