My wife and I went to the Freddys in Smyrna, TN on Saturday, November 2 at 10:09 PM. While the food was great, the dessert was horrible. First of all after ordering and waiting several minutes for our item I revisited the order counter to inquire about our order. I was told ‘oh I forgot’. When I finally received the order of a
Mini Turtle Sundae, it didn’t look anything like the picture. Ice cream was half way melted, no whipped cream, no cherry and it didn’t even come to the top of the tub. Very disappointing as I was charged full price but did not receive a full value item. I don’t think the employee knew how to make it. We are seniors and eating out for us is a treat. There are too many places for us to spend our retirement dollars for us not to get our moneys worth.
