I had received a Veterans voucher for a free combo meal on 11/11/24. At the time I stopped by the restaurant at 7701 E Broadway in Tucson AZ had run out of the actual veterans day voucher and I was given a different voucher that stated the combo meal offer was valid for 60 days from issuance. When I attempted to claim that meal today at about 6pm I was told by the cashier and the general manager of the store that the offer was only good until December 31st of 2024. Given the card I received clearly stated the offer was good for 60 days from issuance that should have been January 11. I am very disappointed with your companies business practices that would decline this offer after having received differing information. Your general manager stated that there was a sign displayed 11/11/24 stating the offer valid only until 12/31/24, and that may be, however the voucher I received plainly stated 60 days from issuance. I feel the later date should have been honored.
