Freedom Mortgage review: Talk to a supervisor

When I called in they ask for all kinds of information that you would assume would be asked from a fraud organization. I asked several times to talk to a supervisor and they want to know more information like social security number, loan number, person's name, address zip code all the information that you know they already have because they have identified you on your phone number.
