Two separate balloon bouquet deliveries
I ordered two appointments bouquets for my grandchildren. They were to be delivered on the 16th and 19th. When I called about the bouquets not being delivered on the 16th, I also asked about the delivery for the 19th and was assured there was no problem with that delivery. Well today, the 19th, I got another "we are so sorry" email saying it too could. It be delivered on time! I will stay away from this untrustworthy company...just a hassle. And the surprise for my grandchildren was ruined.
Desired outcome: I wanted the bouquests delivered for the date requested!

I ordered flowers to be delivered same day on June 14 2021 and I got an email on June 17 2021 saying sorry we couldn't deliver your flowers. They waited 3 days to inform me? Terrible customer service, will never order again. I am asking for a full refund on what I paid and would like to see the flowers delivered anyway

Expedite Service
Orlando Expedite Service has been non existent for my orders. I always have to call, and get a refund for the service. Why offer it, if you cannot fulfill this service? I have to talk to a supervisor every time to get money back.
Desired outcome: Give a Money Back Guarantee for the entire order, if it's not delivered on time. This company does not have a good track record with BBB.
Did not receive what was paid for
Myself along with about 15 other co-workers chipped in for a deluxe sympathy basket for one of our employees. What was pictured on the website was a large basket with 2 pineapples, grapes, pears, apples and oranges and bananas. What was delivered was 3 apples, 2 oranges and one pineapple in a box with a bow around it. What an embarrassment. This was going to a very special person on a sad occasion as we wanted to extend our love and grace to her at this sad time in her life. How devastating to all of us to see that from 15 people she received 5 pieces of fruit. When we called about a refund we were placed on hold and hung up on numerous times. The customer service was sub standard and absolutely distasteful and the customer service assistants were incredibly rude. Since so many of us chipped in we wanted a total refund. They gave only 50 percent and when we insisted on more we were hung up on. We asked to speak to a manager and were placed on hold. The girl who came back to the phone was the same person and not a manger. We were charged 125.00 for 5 pieces of fruit. The company we work for is Bayhealth Cardiology [protected] xt 2500(Jackie) This was an abominable experience full of lies, deceit and false advertisement.

Poor Flower Delivery and missing items
I ordered a medium bouquet and birthday balloon for my wife's birthday. I also requested the no contact service due to COVID-19. The bouquet arrived a day earlier than I requested. The driver rang the bell and knocked on the door until I opened it. There was no birthday balloon. The bouquet looked like the small version and not the medium. No flower food was included. I chatted with customer service and they said they would refer to customer care and respond via email. I did not receive a response. I called and was connected to a rude customer care person. I was able to get a refund for the balloon. Was promised 20% refund but received 10%. I have used this service for years but will no longer use it as they have become like the other services like 1-800-FLOWERS.

These flowers were wilted, not fresh and didn't include what was displayed. A skimpy messy bunch. I expect the recipient to receive what I ordered. I will never order from you again. I could have gotten five times better at the supermarket.

False advertising
I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to a hospital on a Saturday. The website indicated "same day delivery" which was important to me since I didn't know how long the recipient would be in the hospital. I paid $2.99 for a weekend delivery fee in addition to $4.99 expedited delivery fee and $14.00 service fee. Since I was ordering on Saturday evening, a Sunday delivery was acceptable.
After placing my order, I received a confirmation of my order with the Sunday delivery date. On Sunday, I received an email fromyouflowers indicating they were not able to honor the delivery date, and they were refunding me $3.24. They also indicated the delivery would be made the following day (Monday), which was unacceptable. When I contacted fromyouflowers, they said they would cancel my order and refund me within a few days. Fromyouflowers falsely advertised "same day delivery," and when the order was placed they confirmed the desired delivery date. If they had indicated a two day delivery date, I could have shopped elsewhere. Plus, my account was immediately debited for the flowers, but not immediately credited.
Desired outcome: Stop advertising same day delivery when you don't always offer that service.

Bought an 88 dollar bouquet and a small wilted vase delivered with 1/10th of the flowers. I was robbed and shamed. When I asked to resend in a certain period accompanied by an apology letter I felt unheard, they were gonna send it when they wanted with no photo so I can check it and no apology letter from the responsible person. This. Company cannot provide the service they sell. I was definitely robbed of a lot of money. I have used them many times and I cannot imagine what was sent.

Ordered flowers in advance for my sister's 1st day at her new job. Got an email this evening stating they were "sorry" but my order had been delayed. They said they would deliver tomorrow. How does that help? Today was her 1st day... Not tomorrow. They offered to refund my same day delivery service fee... Which is interesting, because I ordered days in advance. I am persistent and will do everything I can to prevent someone else from being ripped off and disappointed. Buy your flowers elsewhere people! Don't throw your money away on this garbage business.

The photo of the flowers that I ordered and the product that I received were so different. The flower gift that I purchased for Mother's Day looked like a 5-year old went and picked old flowers from a field. I will never order from you again!

Unsatisfactory flower delivery
I ordered 2 dozen rainbow roses from "you flowers.com" for Valentines Day 02/14/2020. Tracking for the order indicated that the flowers were loaded on a UPS truck at 9:30AM and the flowers were delivered to my home at 7:45PM. After spending more than 10 hours in the truck with Florida temperatures in the mid 80 degrees, the roses arrived in a cardboard box with each of the 2 dozen flower buds brown and shriveled. The only satisfaction that I received after complaining to "youfloers.com" was an offer of a 20% refund for their total satisfaction guarantee. I would never recommend this company to any consumer.
fromyouflowers is a fraud
Ordered flowers for my Moms funeral and kept checking for status. Finally chatted their customer service and was told that we missed the shipping and the container for this arrangement was not available. I asked what can be done and the customer service person ended the chat without any resolution. Called their customer service and the guy kept apologizing but still no resolution. At this point funeral was half way done. He said that an arrangement replacement was going to be sent to home address. I requested for a refund and had to stay on the line for another 30 minutes to get an an approval fr their supervisor. I asked why they didn't notify me in advance and why the status said "out for delivery" when they knew they weren't going to deliver and no explanation was given. Still waiting for my refund to be deposited back to me acct.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister after she had shoulder surgery. Five days later, and they have never delivered the flowers. I got so frustrated and angry that I was given my money back, but I was promised that the flowers would be sent complimentary but that never happened. I have been put on hold two different times trying to talk to a supervisor which also never happened. My advice is do not use this company for any reason. They are unscrupulous.

flower delivery
Do not use this company if you actually want your flowers delivered. I placed an order #[protected] four days ago for flowers to be delivered to a restaurant for my daughter's 50th birthday Party on 11/17. This was supposed to be the center piece. However, the flowers were NEVER delivered.
When I got home I reported this to From You Flowers and they offered to "send the flowers today" Since the Party was YESTERDAY and not today NO Party Today...this was a really stupid suggestion. They did go ahead and give me a full refund, but no explanation of WHY the flowers did not arrive.
Since it was after hours, I asked that they follow up the florist today...(.something you would think they'd be anxious to do too). But they didn't appear to be interested.
I offered to follow up with the florist myself, but they refused to give me the information (no surprise there).
Now, today, they have been blowing up my phone since 8:30 am (an ungodly hour), with the exact same offer of re-delivery which I had already said NO to twice. All I wanted from them was an explanation. They now claim the Vendor "never received the order in the 1st place". When I ordered, I got a CONFIRMATION...now they are expecting me believe they wouldn't require a confirmation from the vendor as well. totally Unbelievable. A complete lie.
Their AD says "BEST in Customer Service"...NO Customer Service here!
funeral flowers
DO NOT use this company. There is something seriously wrong with them. They are scammers. Customer service is almost non-existent. I placed an order online today for funeral flowers and received a voice message from them to call them. I had been on hold for 32 minutes so I called back using my land line and pressed 1 for ordering. Needless to say, someone answered and put me on hold again and transferred me to a department called Respective Department and said that I had complained in the past so they would not do business with me and issued a refund.
So instead of improving their customer service, they penalize people for complaining and will not do business with them. This is the most destructive business model I've ever seen in my life!
Stay clear of them!
