Never delivered
I ordered fruit on 4/12/25 for delivery on 4/20/25. It was promised for the morning. It never arrived but they said they attempted delivery and couldn't do it. My daughter said the door cam showed noone trying to make a delivery all day. I called today and they promised a delivery by 8:00 PM tonight. Noone showed up.
I did on online chat and got nowhere. Finally Paypal gave me a phone number and now I will get a refund - I hope. This is not a quality business. I wish I had look at the reviews before I stated dealing with them

Do NOT Use This Company EVER
I ordered a fruit bouquet for Mother's Day and was told it'd probably get delivered a day before (spoiler alert: it didn't). It never arrived on Mother's Day either, I got a false "delivered" notification to which they said "We do that just because it's a busy holiday" and by the end of the day when it still didn't show, I was told it would arrive "as soon as possible" to which I assumed would be the next day (the 15th) and it never did. Then I was told it would arrive the day after (the 16th), but by then I didn't want it, just wanted a refund, to which they refused and said I had to accept the delivery. I spoke to about 4-5 different customer service agents and still, they refused to give me my money back and were forcing me to accept the delivery. The item did arrive on the 16th, they left it on my doorstep when no one was home (which a signature was required and the weather was sweltering), therefore the item was ruined and not consumable. Unfortunately, I used Klarna to pay for this item and Klarna won't back me up on my claim even with all the evidence to prove it so they're forcing me to pay. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS INSTEAD

Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Experience with FruitBouquets.com
I recently had an experience with FruitBouquets.com and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I had ordered a special arrangement for Father's Day, but to my surprise, the company changed my order to a box of strawberries that had nothing to do with the occasion. I was disappointed, to say the least.
The delivery was supposed to be made on the day of Father's Day, but the company informed me that they had to put in a replacement order for the 21st. This was not acceptable, as the whole point of the gift was to celebrate Father's Day.
To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my order, it took me about 40 minutes to do so. The agent I spoke with did not seem to understand the issue and suggested changing the recipient, which was not a solution at all. I had to speak with another agent who was equally unhelpful.
The lack of professionalism and care at this company was shocking. I was extremely disappointed with the service and will never order from them again. I will also be warning my friends and family to avoid this company. It is clear that they do not value their customers and cannot communicate effectively.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against ordering from FruitBouquets.com. Their service is unreliable and their customer service is unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and find a more trustworthy company to order from.

I recently made a purchase on FruitBouquets.com and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered an arrangement with an extra balloon, spending over $100, and what I received was simply unacceptable.
Firstly, the delivery method was not up to par. Instead of being delivered by a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service, my package was delivered via a personal car. To make matters worse, there were beads of sweat on the inside of the packaging. This is not how I expected my gift to be delivered.
To add insult to injury, the additional balloon I ordered was not what I received. When I questioned the delivery person, he claimed to not speak English and was unable to understand my request. I pointed to the balloon and said "dos!" but he simply shrugged and said "manana?" The balloon that was delivered was not what I thought I was ordering or paying for. Instead of the balloon shown in the picture, I received a pink balloon that said "princess" on it.
To make matters worse, the website showed my arrangement as delivered hours before it actually was. When I called customer service to inquire about the delay, they informed me that it was still being processed and that I would receive an email when it was out for delivery. However, this email never came.
Overall, I am extremely unhappy with the level of service I received and what I paid for. I will not be using this company again and will not be recommending it to my family and friends.

This company is not good. I ordered some fruit online and they charged me twice! I tried to call customer service but it was hard to get through. My daughter and I decided to order a Mother's Day bouquet for my wife and set the delivery parameters from Friday to Sunday. We placed the order on Wednesday, giving them plenty of time to prepare and deliver the bouquet. We were told that the bouquet would be delivered on Sunday by 8pm. However, when 8 pm came and went, the bouquet never showed up. We didn't receive any notification or email from them.
I called them at 615 am and asked to speak to a supervisor. They told me that I would be called back as soon as one was available. However, after waiting for 3 hours, I still didn't receive any call from them. So, I called them back and was told that I would receive a call in 30 minutes. But, even after waiting for 2 hours, I didn't receive any call from them.
I gave them an additional 5.5 hours, but still didn't receive any call from them. So, I called them back and got hung up on. I called them again and was placed on hold for 21 minutes before finally speaking to a supervisor. They cancelled the order, but barely offered an apology and didn't accept any responsibility.
I would advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague if you need to order something for your loved ones. I would also suggest avoiding the rest of their affiliation of 800 flowers. I hope none of you ever have to deal with this kind of experience.

This website is pretty expensive! The pictures of the fruit bouquets on the website look really nice, but they don't look as full as the ones from Edible Arrangements. They're just as expensive, if not more, for what you get! The pineapple was cut in a way that made it look like a DIY project. The chocolate on the pineapple was smeared and not evenly sized. The oranges looked like they were cut by hand because you could see pieces of the fruit lifted up. It wasn't as "professional" as the pictures make it seem and the price definitely doesn't justify the quality! I ended up spending $104 plus tax, delivery, and other fees. I even used a Groupon to get $30 off and still ended up paying a lot. I sent this as a gift for a 1 year anniversary and it was pretty embarrassing to see such a sparse, inconsistent, and low-quality fruit basket, especially considering how much I spent! I won't be ordering from this site again because the quality just isn't there for the price. I will say that the out-of-state location did deliver the basket, but I didn't receive a confirmation of delivery or a survey, which is why I'm leaving this review. Don't waste your time, money, or reputation on this site. Just go straight to Edible Arrangements and get what you pay for (and more)! I hope this review helps.
