Do NOT Use This Company EVER
I ordered a fruit bouquet for Mother's Day and was told it'd probably get delivered a day before (spoiler alert: it didn't). It never arrived on Mother's Day either, I got a false "delivered" notification to which they said "We do that just because it's a busy holiday" and by the end of the day when it still didn't show, I was told it would arrive "as soon as possible" to which I assumed would be the next day (the 15th) and it never did. Then I was told it would arrive the day after (the 16th), but by then I didn't want it, just wanted a refund, to which they refused and said I had to accept the delivery. I spoke to about 4-5 different customer service agents and still, they refused to give me my money back and were forcing me to accept the delivery. The item did arrive on the 16th, they left it on my doorstep when no one was home (which a signature was required and the weather was sweltering), therefore the item was ruined and not consumable. Unfortunately, I used Klarna to pay for this item and Klarna won't back me up on my claim even with all the evidence to prove it so they're forcing me to pay. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS INSTEAD
Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com: Unreliable Service and Outrageous Prices
I have to say, my experience with FruitBouquets.com was a total letdown. I called their toll-free number on April 25th, 2022, hoping to order a flower fruit basket for my 6-year-old great niece who had just returned from the hospital. I wanted it delivered the same day, as I ordered it at 3:15 Eastern time for delivery in Medina, Washington. After giving all the necessary information to the representative, he told me that there was something wrong with their system and that I would need to order it myself on their website. So, I did just that and paid with PayPal. I received a confirmation number, but the delivery was never made.
I called to check on the order, and they assured me that it would be delivered before 8:00 that night, but it never came. The next day, I checked on the order again, and they told me it would be delivered, but it never came. After three days, I decided to cancel the order and spoke to a polite young lady. However, 10 minutes into the call, her baby started crying hysterically, and I couldn't hear what she was saying. I told her to take care of her baby and come back to me. When she returned, I asked for a cancellation confirmation number, but she couldn't give me one.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from FruitBouquets.com, especially considering the price I paid for the fruit, service charge, delivery, tax, etc. It was almost $100.00 for some fruit! I feel like I was scammed. I understand that everyone is busy and not working, but I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Apparently not!
In conclusion, I would not recommend FruitBouquets.com to anyone. Their service was unreliable, and their prices were outrageous. I hope they can improve their service in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com: False Advertising and Poor Quality
I can't believe how much I paid for what I got from FruitBouquets.com. I won't be ordering from them again. They sent me an email saying my order wouldn't be ready, which made me really angry because their website says you can order and receive your order the same day. That's a lie. I ordered the unicorn for my mom and after I called and my husband made multiple calls to make sure they delivered it on her birthday, they wouldn't tell us a time. They said it could be anywhere from 7am-8pm, which was so unhelpful. If I sent it to her job, she wouldn't be there all day. The point is for the person you're sending it to to receive it.
When they were finally delivered, it wasn't what I ordered. I got a burgundy unicorn with flowers that looked like I could've gotten them from my neighbor's yard. The strawberries looked horrible. I called and complained, of course. This is unacceptable! They said they would send the right order the next day. When they did, the unicorn looked somewhat decent, but the strawberries looked like the unicorn vomited them up or a 5-year-old made them for the first time. It's incredible that they're still sending things that look like that. They don't even look good enough to eat. It's disrespectful to present your clients with that kind of quality. That's false advertising and it's not okay.
Save your money and time. This company is a joke.
Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com: Poor Quality and Unprofessional Customer Service
I recently ordered a fruit basket from FruitBouquets.com for my wife as a surprise for Valentine's Day. I paid a hefty sum of $150.00 for the large fruit basket and a teddy bear, and requested that everything be delivered by 2/13/2021. I even paid an additional $9 for shipping to ensure that everything would arrive on time.
However, when the package arrived, I was extremely disappointed. It was only the teddy bear that was delivered, and it was not worth the $19.99 that I paid for it. It was very ugly and cheap-looking. To make matters worse, the strawberries that were included in the package were old and sour, and the chocolate was broken off. I never received the fruit basket that I had paid for.
When I called the help line, I was greeted by a customer representative who did not speak good English. I could barely understand anything he was saying. As I tried to explain the problem and my frustration, he kept interrupting me by saying "sorry" over and over again. It was clear that he was not equipped to handle my issue, so I asked to speak to someone else. He transferred me to a voicemail, and I never received a call back.
Now, it's Valentine's Day, and I'm out of $150 because I didn't receive what I paid for. It was embarrassing for me and my wife when the package arrived at her job with only an old fruit and an ugly bear. I will never order anything from this company again. Their unprofessional customer service and lack of follow-up are unacceptable. I wish I could rate them at a -20 because they don't deserve any business. Please don't waste your time or money with this company.
Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com: Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered a fruit bouquet from FruitBouquets.com for my coworkers as a 'Thank You' gift. I paid $115 for the product and service, and I expected nothing but the best. However, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory.
I placed my order on a Friday and requested delivery on the following Monday. However, by 2:30 pm EST on Monday, I had not received any notification about the delivery. I decided to call the customer service line to inquire about the status of my order. The representative I spoke with told me that they had attempted delivery but no one was there to receive it. I found this hard to believe since my coworkers work in an office of 25+ people, and most of them are in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. When I asked when they attempted delivery, the representative said she didn't know but that they could deliver up to 8:00 pm. I was shocked that they would even consider delivering to a business at such a late hour. I asked for the number of the delivery service, but the representative refused to give it to me. I then requested that they deliver the bouquet on Wednesday instead of Tuesday since only one or two people would be in the office on Tuesdays. The representative confirmed that she had sent the message to the delivery company. However, to my dismay, the bouquet was delivered on Tuesday, the day I specifically asked them not to deliver. Fortunately, the only coworker in the office that day was leaving around the time of delivery, or else it would have been a lost cause.
My experience with FruitBouquets.com was terrible, and I would never use them again. Their service was horrible, and they did not even offer a discount for the inconvenience caused. I would advise anyone looking to send a gift to find another way to do so.
To make matters worse, due to the heat and the extra day of re-shipping, the chocolate on the fruit bouquet cracked off in many places, making it look unappealing. The presentation of the fruit was still intact, but the chocolate looked a little funny. I suggest that FruitBouquets.com find a new delivery company in St. Charles, IL, to avoid such mishaps in the future.
Terrible Experience with FruitBouquets.com - Do Not Use This Company!
I recently ordered a fruit bouquet from FruitBouquets.com for my friend who had surgery. I paid a total of $118.00 and placed my order early on a Thursday, with the delivery scheduled for Friday. Unfortunately, the fruit bouquet was never delivered. I called customer service several times to check on the status of my order, but I was given false promises and no real answers.
After two days of waiting and begging customer service reps to give me another chance, I finally demanded a refund late on Sunday night. It took some serious demands on my part, but I eventually got my refund. However, at the end of the call, I was greeted with a robotic "we hope you enjoyed your experience with FruitBouquets.com." Are you kidding me?
I honestly don't know what's going on with this company. To make matters worse, I thought I was ordering from Edible Arrangements, but their website looks exactly the same. My mistake.
I explained numerous times that I did not want an 8pm delivery, as my friend had surgery and I didn't want to disturb her at that late hour. Plus, the delivery was in Florida, and I didn't want the fruit basket sitting outside all night. But despite my requests, the company called my friend at 10pm to see if she could accept the fruit basket. They woke her up and put her on hold! Not only did the basket not get delivered, but they also disturbed my friend when she needed her sleep.
I plan on calling FruitBouquets.com tomorrow to give them a piece of my mind. What a bunch of bumbling idiots! I highly recommend that you do not use this company if you actually want your fruit or flowers delivered. This is my first review ever, and that's how put off I am!
Unreliable and Outsourced: My Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com
I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend FruitBouquets.com to anyone. They don't tell you that what you order might not be what you get. And get this, they don't even make the fruit arrangements themselves! They outsource the work to "florists" who could be anyone, even just some random person off the street. I ordered something last week to be delivered today before 5pm, but after seeing some pretty bad reviews of their arrangements, I asked if it would look like the picture and who would be making it. They wouldn't tell me the name of the company or person making it, so I asked for a picture of the arrangement. But they couldn't get ahold of the company, so I changed the delivery address to myself (just a couple minutes away from the original). They changed the address, but I never got a confirmation. I called several times asking where the order was, but they couldn't get ahold of the person making it. It was supposed to be delivered before 5pm, but it never showed up, even after 6pm. I finally got them to refund my order. During this pandemic, you don't want just anyone making an edible basket for someone. I looked into this company more and found out that they can subcontract the work to anyone, even someone who doesn't meet any standard practices. They're about the same price as Edible Arrangements, so just go with them instead. At least they have legit facilities and safe practices.
Terrible Experience with FruitBouquets.com - Unreliable and Unprofessional
I had a terrible experience with FruitBouquets.com. I ordered a Mother's Day gift for my daughter, but it never arrived. When I called the 800 number, I was transferred to multiple people, including someone in South Africa. They claimed there was an attempted delivery, but I know for a fact that there wasn't. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on.
After talking to five different people, none of whom seemed to know what they were talking about, I was told that my delivery was on the way but that I could pick it up from a shop called Sharis Berries. This made no sense to me, as I had paid for delivery. I was charged $89 for chocolate-dipped strawberries, but I never received them.
This ruined my surprise for my daughter's first Mother's Day, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were unprofessional, unreliable, and not knowledgeable about anything. When I finally spoke to a supervisor, he argued with me about which company he worked for. He eventually said he worked for Shari's Berries, which he claimed was a sister company.
No one within the 800 number I called seemed to know anything about my order. When I asked for the number to Shari's Berries, I was told that they couldn't give it to me because the client didn't allow customers to have the business number.
My advice to anyone ordering online is to be careful where you order from and always read reviews. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They don't deserve even half a star.
Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com: A Cautionary Tale
I recently had an experience with FruitBouquets.com that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I mistakenly thought that this website was Edible Arrangements and placed an order for a fruit bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day. I set the delivery date for May 8th, but as of May 13th, I had not received any updates on my order and it still had not arrived.
I was starting to think that I had wasted $75 on an overpriced bundle of fruit that I could have easily made myself. I even left a message for my fruit bouquet, hoping that it would somehow find its way back to me and my worried mother.
After a week of waiting, I decided to call customer service on May 15th. The first representative I spoke to sounded like they were working from a foreign call center, but they assured me that the background noises were just from working at home. Unfortunately, the call dropped unexpectedly before I could get any resolution.
I called back and spoke to a second representative, who offered me coupons for the inconvenience and suggested that they send me chocolate covered strawberries in place of the fruit bouquet. While I appreciated the gesture, I felt like I was still losing money on this order and didn't want to risk giving them any more of my information.
In the end, I learned a valuable lesson: always double check that you're on the correct website before placing an order online. It's better to be safe than sorry, and I would recommend only ordering fruit bouquets from Edible Arrangements or checking with your local grocery store to see if they make them locally.
Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com: Poor Customer Service and Late Delivery
I recently placed an order on FruitBouquets.com for my dear mother who is 80 years old. I wanted to surprise her with a beautiful fruit bouquet on Christmas day. However, things did not go as planned. On the day before Christmas, I received a phone call from the company stating that they had attempted to deliver the bouquet but no one was home. I was surprised to hear this as my mother had assured me that she would be home all day. I immediately called her and, as I suspected, she was indeed at home.
I contacted FruitBouquets.com again and they promised to deliver the bouquet later in the day, up until 8 pm. However, by 8 pm, the bouquet had still not been delivered. I called again and was told that it would be delivered on Monday, the 27th. On Christmas day, I received another call from the company informing me that my mother would not receive the bouquet until the 27th. I was extremely frustrated by this point and asked to speak to a supervisor. However, I was never able to speak to one.
After several more phone calls, I was finally told that I would be refunded for the shipping, even though shipping was supposed to be free. However, I then received a call at 5 am on Sunday informing me that the bouquet would still not be delivered until Monday. Then, at 6 am, I received another call from the company, but when I answered, they hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor, but was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on.
I called back again and asked to speak to a supervisor, but once again, I was unable to do so. I spent a total of 45 minutes on the phone with the company, explaining that this whole experience was unacceptable and that they needed to make it right. I asked for a partial refund and for my mother to still receive her bouquet. After a long hold, the agent finally agreed to honor the partial refund and deliver the bouquet on Monday.
As someone who works as a supervisor in a call center, I can say that this was not a first call resolution and that the company has a lot of work to do to improve their customer service. The agents on the phone were not helpful and the hold times were outrageous. Overall, my experience with FruitBouquets.com was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com: Late Delivery and Rude Customer Service
I gotta say, I was really disappointed with my experience with FruitBouquets.com. I was so excited to surprise my dad with some chocolate covered strawberries for his birthday, but boy did things go wrong. I placed my order on a Friday and paid extra for expedited shipping to make sure it would arrive on Monday. But Monday came and went, and no package. Same with Tuesday, Wednesday, and even Thursday. I was getting really frustrated and worried that my dad wouldn't get his gift in time.
So I called customer service, hoping for some answers and maybe a little empathy. But nope, the person I spoke to was so rude and unhelpful. They couldn't tell me why my order hadn't shipped yet, and all they could offer was to either cancel the order or reorder it. I asked to speak to a manager, but even they were no help. They just laughed when I explained why it was so important for my dad to get his gift on time.
You see, my dad was scheduled to have a Stem Cell Transplant surgery on Tuesday, and I wanted to give him something nice to enjoy before the procedure. But because of FruitBouquets.com's incompetence, he didn't get his gift until after the surgery, when he couldn't even eat anything anyway.
I was so disappointed because I had used Shari's Berries before and had a great experience. I assumed Fruit Bouquets would be just as good since they're part of the same company, but boy was I wrong. I've told all my friends and family about my terrible experience, and I won't be ordering from them or any of their partners again. It's just not worth it to invest money in a company that treats its customers so poorly.
FruitBouquets.com Complaints 10
Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Experience with FruitBouquets.com
I recently had an experience with FruitBouquets.com and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I had ordered a special arrangement for Father's Day, but to my surprise, the company changed my order to a box of strawberries that had nothing to do with the occasion. I was disappointed, to say the least.
The delivery was supposed to be made on the day of Father's Day, but the company informed me that they had to put in a replacement order for the 21st. This was not acceptable, as the whole point of the gift was to celebrate Father's Day.
To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my order, it took me about 40 minutes to do so. The agent I spoke with did not seem to understand the issue and suggested changing the recipient, which was not a solution at all. I had to speak with another agent who was equally unhelpful.
The lack of professionalism and care at this company was shocking. I was extremely disappointed with the service and will never order from them again. I will also be warning my friends and family to avoid this company. It is clear that they do not value their customers and cannot communicate effectively.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against ordering from FruitBouquets.com. Their service is unreliable and their customer service is unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and find a more trustworthy company to order from.
Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com: Poor Delivery, Wrong Balloon, and Delayed Processing
I recently made a purchase on FruitBouquets.com and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered an arrangement with an extra balloon, spending over $100, and what I received was simply unacceptable.
Firstly, the delivery method was not up to par. Instead of being delivered by a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service, my package was delivered via a personal car. To make matters worse, there were beads of sweat on the inside of the packaging. This is not how I expected my gift to be delivered.
To add insult to injury, the additional balloon I ordered was not what I received. When I questioned the delivery person, he claimed to not speak English and was unable to understand my request. I pointed to the balloon and said "dos!" but he simply shrugged and said "manana?" The balloon that was delivered was not what I thought I was ordering or paying for. Instead of the balloon shown in the picture, I received a pink balloon that said "princess" on it.
To make matters worse, the website showed my arrangement as delivered hours before it actually was. When I called customer service to inquire about the delay, they informed me that it was still being processed and that I would receive an email when it was out for delivery. However, this email never came.
Overall, I am extremely unhappy with the level of service I received and what I paid for. I will not be using this company again and will not be recommending it to my family and friends.
Terrible Experience with Online Fruit Order: Double Charged and Poor Customer Service
This company is not good. I ordered some fruit online and they charged me twice! I tried to call customer service but it was hard to get through. They made me wait a long time and then hung up on me a few times. When I finally talked to someone, they were not very helpful. They said I couldn't cancel my order because the vendor had already confirmed it. I asked why they charged me twice and they just kept saying it was a "valid charge." They told me to call my bank if I had a problem with it. I asked who their vendor was but they wouldn't tell me. That's not right! I don't think it's legal to do that. I wish I never ordered from them. They are not honest and I hope other people don't make the same mistake I did. Don't order from them! They are not good people.

Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com for Mother's Day Delivery
I just wanted to share my experience with fruitboquets.com, located near presidio. My daughter and I decided to order a Mother's Day bouquet for my wife and set the delivery parameters from Friday to Sunday. We placed the order on Wednesday, giving them plenty of time to prepare and deliver the bouquet. We were told that the bouquet would be delivered on Sunday by 8pm. However, when 8 pm came and went, the bouquet never showed up. We didn't receive any notification or email from them.
I called them at 615 am and asked to speak to a supervisor. They told me that I would be called back as soon as one was available. However, after waiting for 3 hours, I still didn't receive any call from them. So, I called them back and was told that I would receive a call in 30 minutes. But, even after waiting for 2 hours, I didn't receive any call from them.
I gave them an additional 5.5 hours, but still didn't receive any call from them. So, I called them back and got hung up on. I called them again and was placed on hold for 21 minutes before finally speaking to a supervisor. They cancelled the order, but barely offered an apology and didn't accept any responsibility.
I would advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague if you need to order something for your loved ones. I would also suggest avoiding the rest of their affiliation of 800 flowers. I hope none of you ever have to deal with this kind of experience.
Frustrating Experience with FruitBouquets.com: Incorrect Information and Poor Customer Service
So, I had a bit of a frustrating experience with FruitBouquets.com. I was trying to redeem a Groupon for a bouquet, and the representative I spoke with gave me some incorrect information. I had only purchased one Groupon for $15, but it was worth $30. I asked if I could purchase another one and redeem both on the same order, and he said yes. So, I went ahead and purchased another one while he was on the phone with me. But then, at the last minute, he told me that I would have to call Groupon to request a refund because he had given me the wrong information.
I was pretty frustrated at this point, because I had already spent 20 minutes on the phone with this guy going through the whole order. I asked to speak to a manager, and he transferred me to Mary, who is apparently a supervisor at the company. Unfortunately, Mary wasn't much help either. She didn't offer any solutions, and just told me that I would have to contact Groupon to request a refund.
Honestly, I was pretty fed up with the whole thing at this point. I didn't end up purchasing anything from FruitBouquets.com, and I'm going to have to request a refund from Groupon for both of the vouchers I had purchased. It's just not worth the hassle. I'm still waiting to hear back from upper management, but I'm not holding my breath. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to getting a nice fruit bouquet, but now I don't want to give my business to this company.
Disappointing Experience with Fruit Bouquet: Poor Quality and Customer Service
I am so disappointed with Fruit Bouquet. My daughter's 21st birthday gift was ruined by them. She's very sick and loves edible arrangements, but when the balloon arrived, it was popped and the fruit had fallen off the sticks. The whole arrangement looked like it had been shuffled around and dropped. I tried to contact their customer service through their online chat four times, but they disconnected on me every time! One agent promised me some free product codes and a $20 credit, but I never received them. Another agent said they would resend everything by yesterday, but my daughter never received it. I checked online and saw that it was scheduled for today, but only the arrangement was being sent, not another balloon. Unbelievable!
I even bought their membership, which promises free shipping and no service charge on same-day orders, but there wasn't a single edible arrangement available for same-day shipping. I try to be understanding, especially during this pandemic, but some people just don't care about making things right. If you're looking for a good, quality edible arrangement with awesome customer service, go to Eiblearrangements.com. They offer same-day shipping and fresh fruit. I even screen-recorded our chats, so there's no denying anything. I hope this review saves someone from the headache and heartache I experienced.
Overpriced and Underwhelming Fruit Bouquets - A Disappointing Experience
This website is pretty expensive! The pictures of the fruit bouquets on the website look really nice, but they don't look as full as the ones from Edible Arrangements. They're just as expensive, if not more, for what you get! The pineapple was cut in a way that made it look like a DIY project. The chocolate on the pineapple was smeared and not evenly sized. The oranges looked like they were cut by hand because you could see pieces of the fruit lifted up. It wasn't as "professional" as the pictures make it seem and the price definitely doesn't justify the quality! I ended up spending $104 plus tax, delivery, and other fees. I even used a Groupon to get $30 off and still ended up paying a lot. I sent this as a gift for a 1 year anniversary and it was pretty embarrassing to see such a sparse, inconsistent, and low-quality fruit basket, especially considering how much I spent! I won't be ordering from this site again because the quality just isn't there for the price. I will say that the out-of-state location did deliver the basket, but I didn't receive a confirmation of delivery or a survey, which is why I'm leaving this review. Don't waste your time, money, or reputation on this site. Just go straight to Edible Arrangements and get what you pay for (and more)! I hope this review helps. The first picture is what's advertised and the second picture is what my recipients received. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed!
Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com: Unreliable and Inefficient Flower Delivery Service
I recently had an experience with FruitBouquets.com that left me feeling quite disappointed. I had ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother's Day, but unfortunately they did not arrive on either Saturday or Sunday as promised. When I called on Monday to inquire about the delay, the representative I spoke with apologized profusely and assured me that they would handle the issue immediately and have the flowers delivered that day instead.
However, despite their assurances, the flowers never arrived. I called again on Tuesday to request a refund, but was told that they could not issue it at that time because the previous agent had not yet finished processing the case. I spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone, waiting on hold and being given the same standard response over and over again, before finally being told that even a manager could not change an "open case" and that it should be processed within a day by the original agent.
Despite my frustration, I was eventually able to get the refund processed and received my money back in the end. However, the whole experience was a huge waste of my time and my mother-in-law never received her flowers. This was actually the second time we had tried using this service, and unfortunately they were not able to make the delivery on time the first time either.
Overall, I would not recommend FruitBouquets.com to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient flower delivery service. While their representatives were apologetic and tried to be helpful, the fact that they were unable to deliver on their promises and caused so much inconvenience and frustration makes it clear that this is not a service that can be relied upon.
Disappointing Experience with FruitBouquets.com: Overcharged and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a Groupon deal for FruitBouquets.com and was excited to send a nice Easter gift to my sister and her family. However, my experience with this company was far from pleasant. When I tried to enter my Groupon code, I encountered some issues and decided to call Sherries Berries, which was also listed on the same page. Leann, the representative who answered my call, offered to take my order over the phone and assured me that there would be no extra charge.
Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill from there. The call was stressful and time-consuming, and I was charged $288 instead of the $20 that I expected. When I called back to complain, I was told that I couldn't get my money back for 7-10 days. As someone who lives paycheck to paycheck, this was a huge inconvenience for me, especially since it was Easter weekend and I needed to live off my check for the next two weeks.
To make matters worse, I never received an email confirming that my order had been cancelled, and the company never offered to send my order for free due to the nightmare I had experienced. I was so frustrated that I took to Facebook to share my experience and warn others not to order from Sherries Berries or FruitBouquets, which are apparently the same company.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with FruitBouquets.com. While I appreciate the convenience of ordering online, the stress and hassle that I experienced were not worth it. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be using their services again in the future.
Mixed Experience with FruitBouquets.com: One Star Review for Hospital Delivery
I recently ordered a fruit bouquet from FruitBouquets.com for my brother who is currently in the hospital. I have to say, my experience with this company was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, I was pleased with the selection of fruit arrangements available on their website. However, when it came to the actual delivery of my order, things didn't go quite as smoothly as I had hoped.
After placing my order, I received an email at the end of the day stating that they were unable to deliver the fruit bouquet but would try again. I was a bit confused as to why they couldn't deliver it, as every hospital has a lobby and a help desk where visitors and deliveries can be checked in. When I called the company to inquire about the issue, the representative informed me that they were unable to get in touch with my brother. This seemed strange to me, as I had provided his contact information when placing the order. However, the representative explained that they do not pass on the contact information of the person ordering, so the delivery person had no way of contacting me or my brother.
Despite my frustration, the representative offered me a discount on my order, which I was supposed to receive via email. Unfortunately, I never received this discount. The next day, I finally received a picture of the fruit bouquet sitting on a random table in the hospital lobby. The delivery person had apparently left it there for me to pick up. I was taken aback by this, as I had paid extra for same-day delivery and expected the fruit to be delivered directly to my brother's room.
I had to call the hospital's front desk and ask them to send the fruit up to my brother's room. They did so without any issue, which made me wonder why the delivery person hadn't done the same. It seemed like a simple task that they had failed to complete. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with FruitBouquets.com and would give them a rating of one star. If you're looking to send a gift to someone in the hospital, I would recommend finding another company or delivering the gift yourself.
This company is a scam and I will be reporting this fruit bouquets to social media, because they took my money and now can't even delivery my order, I spoke to a supv which tried to call the delivery company and there was no answer, This company is ridiculous,
