CardCash A Balanced Perspective on CardCash

As I delve into the realm of CardCash, I find a mixed bag of experiences that paint a nuanced picture. While some users express frustration over issues like rejected gift cards and customer service challenges, others highlight the ease of transactions and quick delivery of e-cards. It's evident that CardCash operates in a space where reliability can vary, urging potential customers to approach with caution and perhaps set realistic expectations. The platform seems to offer opportunities for savings but comes with its share of risks and uncertainties. Ultimately, navigating CardCash demands a blend of vigilance and optimism to make the most of its services.

CardCash They really do care to make things right!

I purchased 2 e-giftcards from this site and both had previously been used. When I contacted the site about getting a refund or replacement I was told they don't do that. HOWEVER, shortly thereafter, I posted my frustration here on this site and was contacted to make things right. And they did! They refunded my money on the two bogus vouchers immediately. I'm super impressed and they have restored my faith in their business.

Thank you Card Cash. You've regained a customer!

CardCash Sold gift cards, not sketchy

I had some gift cards to get rid of (not going to buy $40 worth of bagels). This site was recommended as one of the top 4 to use when wanting to sell gift cards. I went through the registration process (which seemed like forever), entered my gift card numbers and amounts, ready to go - then it wanted a credit card number (seemed sketchy). I did some more research on this company, with positive results. OK so I did everything this site needed me to do, chose a payment method, and got a confirmation. I mailed off my gift cards and a couple weeks later I received my check. Super happy.

CardCash Fast, and exactly as advertised

I was nervous to try this as I had a large gift card ($500) at Best Buy that I wanted to exchange for an Amazon card. I looked around at reviews for these types of sites online, and went with CardCash as they seemed to be amongst the best reviewed, and advertised a quick delivery of my funds. I filled their forms, verified my identity, and successfully exchanged my gift card for an Amazon card within 20 minutes. I was encouraged to fill out this review because of so many mixed reviews online, and wanted give this company my vote of confidence. I would try this service again in the future.

CardCash Absolutely amazing!

I had no issues with setting up my account and getting an offer for my gift card. The offer was very reasonable so I went ahead and followed the steps to continue with the process. After submitting everything I received notification via email that they were processing my transaction and the another notification when it was accepted and letting me know my money would be direct deposited within 24-48 hours. I had my money in my bank account the following morning with ZERO issues. I would not hesitate to use this site in the future and would recommend it to others looking to swap out unwanted gift cards.

CardCash A Happy Discovery

My husband and I had a handful of gift cards that we knew we were never going to use, but we didn't want to throw them away because they were thoughtful gifts and we don't like to waste things. After letting them sit in our wallets for 2 years, I finally looked for a solution and found Card Cash. I thought it was a little risky at first, but we were able to trade them in for an Amazon gift card, not with the same valuable but definitely more valuable to us. And it worked so well. It was a great decision and we will use Card Cash for this again in the future. We are happy! The process took very little time, and we are creatures of convenience, so I know we will be return customers.

CardCash Great Customer Service

I've purchased Benihana Restaurant gift cards. I went to restaurant with family few days later and when I try to use the gift cards I was informed that GC are not valid form of payment. After arguing with restaurant I was informed that Benihana don't accept 3rd party gift cards. (I checked their website on google and it's on their main website regarding gift card policy) I ended paying with my credit card. I contacted Card Cash and my email was forwarded to claim dept. at which my gift card purchase was refunded. It took few days but my $$ was refunded without any problems. Heads up for everyone! Check the venue's website about gift card policy before purchasing gift cards since some restaurants now don't accept 3rd party giftcards. Great customer service and I will stay a loyal customer.

CardCash Beware of CardCash: A Fraud-Perpetuating Company with a Short Gift Card Warranty

CardCash (also known as Card Cash) is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. They offer a gift card balance guarantee of only 45 days, which is much less than the industry norm of a full year warranty. This is a red flag that they are perpetuating fraud. It takes a billing cycle or two for individuals to realize that their credit card was used fraudulently to buy gift cards. Once they report it to the credit card company, it takes time for the credit card company to investigate and determine the transaction fraudulent. This timeline aligns with CardCash's 45-day warranty. It seems that they are aware that most of the cards they are selling are fraudulent, and by doing so, they are perpetuating fraud.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I lost a couple of thousand dollars, and even had to have Citi and Master Card investigate one instance for ~$400 where they would not refund for fraudulent cards within the 45-day warranty period. It took me four months to finally have MasterCard straighten it out and reverse the transaction with CardCash. It was a very big headache for me, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same experience.

In conclusion, I would advise you to save yourself a lot of time and money by not dealing with this fraud-perpetuating company. You will not be saving money, but instead, you will be losing money. It is not worth the risk.

CardCash CardCash Review: Scam Alert! Don't Get Ripped Off Like I Did

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with CardCash. I mean, I thought I was gonna save some money, but instead I lost a bunch. It turns out that they buy digital gift cards with stolen credit cards and then sell them to unsuspecting people like me. If you're lucky and use the gift card within 45 days, you might be okay. But if you don't, you're screwed.

Here's how it went down for me. I bought a digital gift card from CardCash, thinking I was gonna save about 15%. I checked the balance right away to make sure everything was cool, and it was. But then I didn't use the gift card right away, and when I finally did, it had a $0 balance. I contacted CardCash, and they basically told me to go jump in a lake. Then I contacted the restaurant where I was gonna use the gift card, and they told me that they had to "recover the funds" because the gift card was purchased with a stolen credit card. So now I'm out of luck and out of money.

It's not fair, you know? Everyone else involved in this mess got their money back, but not me. I'm the one who's left holding the bag. And CardCash doesn't seem to care at all. They're happy to help thieves sell their stolen goods, and they don't give a hoot about the people who get ripped off.

So, yeah. I wouldn't recommend buying from CardCash. Unless you're a thief, I guess. In that case, it's probably a great place to sell your loot. But for the rest of us honest folks, it's just a big ol' scam. I'm thinking about contacting the NJ State Attorney, because this is just not right.

CardCash CardCash Review: Outdated, Slow, and Non-Existent Customer Support

This website, CardCash, is not worth your time or money. They offer low ball prices for your gift cards and the process is painfully slow. The customer support is non-existent and the communication is lacking in detail. Response times are abysmal and the electronic transfer methods are outdated and slow. The verification process for personal banking is horrible and the PayPal transfer portion is cumbersome. There is no way to escalate a ticket and the company does not provide adequate means of recourse to recoup losses during transaction stalls.

Their business model is focused on profit and not on the customer. They use your money for profit without paying any interest during the holding period. The promised wait time versus reality is ridiculously comical and considering it's almost 2023, this site should be avoided at all costs. EFT/ACH and the current app models like Venmo or CashApp prove that instant electronic payments are the norm and this company is definitely not up to expectations.

For what it's worth, you are better off selling your gift card standing in a parking lot like a Walmart booster. The situation overall is horrible and I would definitely consider a competitor in the future. This company has a lot of progress to make and that needs addressing in the future if they are to survive. I do not recommend this company until they can step up their game. Choose a different route. Every portion of the entire experience leaves much to be said on the negative.

CardCash CardCash Review: Sketchy Company Only Accepts Credit Cards and Wastes Your Time

I'm really mad right now. I've been trying to sell my $25.00 Chili's gift card to CardCash for over an hour and it's been a nightmare. I wanted to get my money through Paypal, but every time I clicked confirm, I was taken to the Paypal login page, then redirected back to CardCash with a loading circle that never went away. After a long time of trying to figure out what was wrong, I decided to sell the gift card for an Amazon gift card instead. But then, when I clicked confirm, I got a message saying "whoopsy you're paying with a prepaid/debit card"... and what does that even mean? I have money on it, and it's the only card I have. I think they only take credit cards so they can charge you whenever they want. It would have been nice if they had said that from the beginning instead of wasting my time.

After that, I read some negative reviews and I'm glad I couldn't sell to them. It's sketchy that they only accept credit cards and not debit or prepaid debit. And why do they need my card info if I'm selling something to them? They say it's to protect themselves against fraud, but what about our protection against them? I would stay far away from this company and not give them your card info. Who knows what they'll do with it. It was a huge waste of my time.

CardCash Terrible Experience with CardCash.com: Gift Card Balance Stolen and No Help from Customer Service

I recently had a terrible experience with CardCash.com and I would not recommend using their services. I purchased a $50 Build a Bear gift card from them in February of 2020, but when I went to use it on January 9th, 2021, I was shocked to find out that it had a $0.00 balance. This was after my daughters had already picked out their bears, so I had to pay for them again out of pocket. I was extremely frustrated and confused as to how this could have happened.

After calling Build a Bear, I was informed that the card had been used in California on December 18th, 2020. However, I was not in California at that time. I immediately called CardCash.com to try and resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I did not receive much help. They have a 45-day guarantee, which I had already passed, so they were not willing to do much to help me.

I believe that CardCash.com needs to take more responsibility for situations like this. If they sell a gift card to someone, it should be theirs to use 100% for as long as they choose to hold it. If some type of theft occurs, they should take 100% responsibility and make the situation right. I hope that they will thoroughly investigate my situation and make it right, or else I will have to leave an honest review video on my Youtube channel (Ron's Basement).

It is important to note that CardCash.com allows people to sell gift cards and then continue to use the cards. This means that if you do not use the card within their 45-day "guarantee window," you are out of luck. I had no idea when I bought the gift card that the original seller would retain the ability to still use the card. This is bad business practice and I would caution anyone against using their services.

Overall, my experience with CardCash.com was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend using their services and I hope that they will take more responsibility for situations like mine in the future.

CardCash Buyer Beware: CardCash Gift Cards Bought with Stolen Credit Cards

I've bought a bunch of gift cards from CardCash and their affiliate ABC, but I gotta say, I've had to ask for refunds on several of them. Not exactly a great track record, if you ask me. This review is specifically about two ecode restaurant gift cards I bought. They were for two pretty well-known chains, but when I used one of them and went back to the restaurant 45 days later, there was no balance left on the card. I called the restaurant and they told me the gift card had been bought with a stolen credit card, so they had to take the balance off. I filed a claim with CardCash, but they gave me the old "it's been more than 45 days" excuse and refused to give me a refund. So much for their claims about being all about protecting their customers. They say they have the best fraud protection teams and use state-of-the-art technology to prevent problems, but clearly that's not always the case. I mean, come on, a stolen credit card? Really?

Anyway, on to the second ecode. I bought it and checked the balance before going to the restaurant, but there was no balance on it. I contacted the restaurant (I have the emails to prove it) and they told me the same thing as before - the gift card had been bought with a stolen credit card. And of course, CardCash gave me the same excuse about it being more than 45 days since I bought it.

So, the lesson here is to use your gift cards right away, because it seems like a lot of the ones CardCash sells are bought with stolen credit cards. And if you wait too long, you might lose your balance and not be able to get your money back. I'm done with CardCash for good - I deal with a lot of their competitors and haven't had nearly as many problems with them. So, buyer beware when it comes to this company.

CardCash Beware of CardCash.com: My Gift Card Lost All Value in 24 Hours

I recently had an experience with cardcash.com, an online website that allows people to sell gift cards they cannot use. I had a Home Depot gift card that I wanted to sell, so I entered my gift card information along with my credit card information for security purposes. The transaction went through with a status of "in review," and I made sure to check my balance on Home Depot's site, which showed a balance of $250.

However, the next day, I received an email from Card Cash saying that my transaction was cancelled. I checked the balance on my gift card and found that it was now only worth $3.19. In just 24 hours, my gift card had lost all of its value after using this site. I immediately called their customer service and spoke to a regular customer service representative who tried to say that the transaction was cancelled because of the balance.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold. Adele C answered and I asked for her name and last initial, but she only gave me her first name. This made me suspicious. She then asked me if I had checked to see where the money was spent. I told her that the first thing I did was call them after seeing my gift card balance drained. She gave me a number to a Home Depot in Lakewood, NJ, but I live in Durham, NC. I called the Home Depot and their manager told me that they do not give out transaction information to anyone regarding gift cards.

Adele claimed that she verified that she "called" this Home Depot and was told that $243 was spent there. I called them back and Adele rudely changed her story and said it was used online, then said she never said the amount and other double talk about how she talked to a bookkeeper for Home Depot and found out the gift card was used.

I believe that this company is a straight up theft ring and I want people to know about my experience. I am scared that this company not only has my information but has potentially done this to others. As a single mother looking to buy back-to-school items for my child, losing $200 plus dollars is heartbreaking. I would have never used this site had I thought they would pull something like this. While I may never recoup my personal loss, I hope that they are investigated so that no one else becomes a victim of such practices. I have filed complaints with both the FTC and my state Attorney General's office.

CardCash Unreliable Gift Card Seller: My Experience with CardCash

I wanna tell you about my experience with CardCash. If you're thinking about buying gift cards from them, you might wanna think twice. I've used a bunch of their competitors, and I gotta say, this seller is not trustworthy.

Let me tell you why. I've had multiple experiences where the quality checks on their gift card inventory are just not up to par. One time, I bought an e-gift card and it turned out there was no value on it. That's a pretty easy thing to check, right? Their IT developers could easily code an automated quality control check on most, if not all, digital products. It could be a real bummer if you were counting on that card for a fun day out, only to find out it's worthless. Luckily, I caught it right away and had a little over 24 hours to fix it.

Another time, I ordered a gift card to a pet store (you know, one of those big chains that starts with "Pet"). This time, it was a physical card. But when the warehouse shipped it to me, they sent a card to a totally different retailer. That's just not acceptable. When I called customer service, they told me they have quality control processes in place. But based on my experiences, I'm not so sure.

Here's a theory of mine: when you buy something from their website, they charge your credit card right away. But it can take days, maybe even a week, for them to actually ship you the card. Maybe you're busy with work during the week and don't get a chance to check the card until the weekend. Then you have to wait until Monday to call and complain (and figure out what the heck happened). Even if you call right away, you still have to rely on the USPS to mail the card back (which can take another 2-3 days to a week). And then, even after they receive the card back, it can take them another 7 days (or more!) to process the refund. That's a really long time for them to hold onto your money. For people who are working hard to make ends meet, this can be a real nightmare. And for shady retailers, they could potentially do this hundreds or even thousands of times a day, holding onto millions of dollars of "float" before they have to give it back weeks later.

I'm not saying CardCash is a scam, but I definitely don't trust them. I think the attorney general of NJ should look into their business practices. But for now, I'll just leave you with my stories and let you make your own judgement.

CardCash CardCash Refuses to Provide Forgery Affidavit for Stolen Gift Card

I live in Tampa, FL and I bought a discounted Walmart electronic gift card from CardCash on 9/7/2016. The card was worth $98.42 and had a discount of 1.3%. I used $22.98 for myself on 1/7/2017, but someone else used up $75.44 on 5/23/2017. I realized this on 5/28/2017 and called Walmart customer center. The representative told me that the items were sent out to CA, TN, etc.

The gift card was an eGift card, and I have all the transactions with me. The card was purchased from TN, and it's easy to investigate where the items were sent and who ordered them on that day after tracking the IP address. The gift card was purchased from Rockwood, TN.

I went to the police department, and the policeman told me that they need a Forgery Affidavit from CardCash to investigate this on 6/7/2017. I emailed CardCash more than 7 times and called them more than 4 times. However, they kept ignoring and denying to provide the original cardholder information and Forgery Affidavit without any reason. Only the original cardholder and CardCash staff knew this information.

They kept saying that they have only a 45-day money-back guarantee. However, I'm not asking for a refund but asking for a Forgery Affidavit to report to the policeman.

I went to the police department again on 6/23/2017, and one kind policeman called CardCash for me at 9 am using my cellphone. I have a voice file for that. After that, finally, they emailed me "At this time, we will not be providing that information." That's all. No sorry for the innocent customer and no reasons why they will not provide it. That's how they responded to me and the policeman.

After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they responded to me that "Unfortunately, we cannot release that information as per our customer protection and privacy policy unless we receive an official subpoena from a law enforcement agency, we would then be happy to comply."

I am a customer, and I deserve protection too. What kind of protection do they provide to buyers, even if the policeman decides to look into it?

No one goes to the police department just for fun. If the policeman investigates, it reveals everything about who is guilty.

I guarantee it will happen again and again if no one controls it like CardCash. Ordinary people don't go to court because it's a small gift card compared to lawyer fees. That's why similar companies take advantage of customers for years and years. This kind of business is now growing very rapidly, and many customers are losing their hard-earned money because of forgery.

They should make an emphasis on the original cardholder and their staff on their website that "Forgery is illegal and a felony. You have lifelong legal responsibility if you attempt forgery after selling your gift card. We are willingly providing Forgery Affidavit if customers want to report to the policeman." I think it protects both sides.

If anyone knows how to get a subpoena from a law enforcement agency, please let me know. I want to warn others to avoid any risk.

Please be aware and spread this to your friends if you can. Thank you!

CardCash Buyer Beware: CardCash Sells Stolen Gift Cards and Ignores Customer Complaints

This company, CardCash, claims to verify all the gift cards they sell, but my experience with them was far from satisfactory. I purchased a BevMo gift card from them, which was supposed to have a balance of $100. However, when I tried to use it, I was informed that the card had a zero balance. Upon contacting BevMo customer service, I found out that the card was never activated, which means it was never legitimately sold in the first place. It seems that the card was taken without consent and sold through cardcash.com. This is a clear indication that CardCash is not honest, and buyers should be aware of doing business with them. When I tried to contact their customer service, they ignored me and stopped responding.

Looking at the BBB reviews on this company, it is evident that they have a lot of negative reviews, and they don't seem to care about one more bad review. It is essential to take steps to get your money back if you have been duped by this company. Here are some steps that I am taking to try to get my money back:

Firstly, document all communications with this company and don't take them at their word on anything they tell you over the phone. Secondly, make an effort to reach out and resolve the issue. Who knows, you might get lucky. If they ignore you or stop responding, file a complaint with the BBB and other scam-watch websites, like the [redacted].com. Thirdly, file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and your local District Attorney. Fourthly, file a complaint with the Windsor, NJ District Attorney.

If the transaction involved shipment of stolen goods shipped through the US Postal Service (as was the case in my situation), it's possible there may have been federal mail fraud statutes that were violated. Credit card fraud across interstate commerce may also be a federal crime as well. I believe the FBI would be the correct agency to contact in such cases. Additionally, write to your local Congressional representative to let them know about what's going on and ask them to follow up and intervene on your behalf. One of the little-known duties of Congressional representatives is to REPRESENT their constituents on various matters of government. For cases such as this, where their constituents are getting swindled by shady out-of-state characters, their office can send letters to the DA, FTC, FBI, and/or other organizations and ask them to look into the matter.

Finally, file for damages in local small claims court, and if possible, look for an attorney that may be willing to take the case as a class action lawsuit. Considering the number of reported complaints, there will be plenty of people that will sign up.

Companies like CardCash are counting on the fact that most people will not go through the hassle of following up on all these steps. They know that people who buy discounted gift cards are looking for a deal, and sometimes may not have the means to pay full price. They are counting on the fact that they are tired from working 2-3 jobs to make ends meet and put food on the table for their families. They are COUNTING on the fact that most people will choose to just eat the loss, rather than take the steps necessary to stop despicable characters like these. They need to be STOPPED, and if appropriate, LOCKED UP BEHIND BARS so they can't continue to defraud the public. If you feel that you've been taken advantage of by these people, PLEASE do everything you can to try to get your money back and STOP them from hurting others.

CardCash CardCash Review: Excessive Security Measures and Fraud Alerts

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with CardCash. I mean, I get it, they gotta make sure everything's secure and all that, but dang, it was a real pain in the butt. I had to go through all these steps just to sell a measly $13 gift card. I had to verify my phone number, email, bank account, and debit card. And then, after all that, they approved my order and then canceled it the next day because of some fraud alert. Like, seriously? Do they really think I'm gonna scam them out of a $13 gift card? It just seems like they're phishing for information or something. I don't know, it just doesn't sit right with me.

Honestly, I'm not sure how much longer they're gonna be around if they keep this up. I mean, if they're gonna be this paranoid about everything, how can they expect people to trust them? And what happens if they have a data breach or something? I don't wanna be the one to say "I told you so," but...yeah.

Anyway, now I gotta keep an eye on my gift card and bank account just in case. I don't wanna take any chances with these guys.

CardCash Disappointing Experience with CardCash: Misleading Gift Cards and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on CardCash.com for $150 worth of gift cards to a single restaurant. However, upon receiving the gift cards, I realized that they were the "discounted" gift cards that one can buy from wholesale clubs. Unfortunately, this meant that I could not use them in conjunction with a birthday coupon at the restaurant. I was disappointed to find out that this information was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

I decided to contact customer service via telephone to see if I could return or exchange the gift cards. However, I was informed that returns were not possible. I then asked if I could exchange them for regular gift cards for the same merchant, but the customer service representative did not respond. I had to ask three times and even had to say "Hello?" before getting a response. Eventually, I asked to speak to a manager, but was told that they would tell me the same thing. Despite my polite requests, I was put on hold and then told that a "ticket" would be opened to look into the matter and that I would receive an email.

While I have sold with CardCash before without any issues, I would not recommend buying from them. It is better to stay away and just buy the discounted gift cards the next time you are at Sam's. It was frustrating to not have all the information disclosed at the time of purchase and to receive poor customer service when trying to resolve the issue.

CardCash Beware of Cardcash.com: A Review of Reseller Gift Card Companies

I've been using resellers for a while now, and I must say, I've had some pretty bad experiences. I used to buy cards from cashcard.com (aka abccard.com), but every single time, the balance was zero. It's a good thing I caught it once before the 45-day guarantee period was up, or else I would have lost all my money. It's really embarrassing when you give someone a gift card and it turns out to be worthless. That happened to me three times with this company, and I was mortified.

But I've learned my lesson. Now, I stick with the tried and true companies like cardpool and raise, who offer a 1-year guarantee, giftcardbin, who have lovely people and a 100-day guarantee, and giftcardkangaroo, who also have a 100-day guarantee. I've never had a problem with these four companies, and even when there was an issue with the card, their customer service was great and I got a fast refund.

Unfortunately, I have to say that cardcash.com is a total fraud. I've thrown away hundreds of dollars here, and I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. Sure, their discount rates might seem tempting, but there's a reason why they're so much cheaper than the legit companies. And their 45-day guarantee period is just unrealistic. Don't be fooled by their tactics. As the saying goes, "a fool and their money are soon parted."

In conclusion, if you want to avoid the headache and embarrassment of giving someone a worthless gift card, stick with the reputable companies. Don't be tempted by the discount rates of shady resellers like cardcash.com. It's just not worth it.

CardCash Beware of CardCash's Verification Process: Frustrating and Creepy Experience

So, I had a couple of gift cards that I knew I would never use, and I decided to trade them in for an eBay gift card on CardCash. At first, the process seemed pretty straightforward. I entered all of my information, including my email, address, and credit card details. But then, I got a pop-up window asking for a text verification code. I was a little confused about why they needed this, since I had already given them all of my other information. But I went ahead and clicked on the drop-down menu to select my phone number.

And that's when things started to get really frustrating. Instead of letting me type in my phone number, the website only gave me a list of pre-selected numbers to choose from. This seemed like a really stupid design choice to me. Why wouldn't they just let me type in my own number? But I tried to select my number from the list anyway.

To my surprise, my number wasn't on the list. Instead, I saw a bunch of random numbers that I had never seen before, as well as my mom's and grandma's phone numbers. I was really confused about how they had gotten these numbers. I use my own phone number all the time online, so why wasn't it an option on this website?

I decided to email customer service to see if they could help me out. To their credit, they responded pretty quickly. But their answer was really frustrating. They basically told me that if my number wasn't on the list, there was nothing they could do about it. I couldn't believe it. They had my mom's and grandma's numbers, but not mine? And they couldn't explain why?

I have to say, I was pretty creeped out by this whole experience. I don't know where CardCash got those numbers, but I don't feel comfortable using their website anymore. It's just too weird. I'll be looking for other options for trading in my gift cards from now on.

CardCash My Experience with Cardcash: A 25% Error Rate and Poor Customer Service

I really like using gift card companies to save money. I have tried out a few different ones, including Cardpool, Giftcardrescue, and Giftcardmonster, and I have had great experiences with all of them. I have purchased dozens of gift cards from these three companies and have only had one issue, which was resolved quickly. However, my experience with Cardcash has been quite different.

I have purchased around 25 gift cards from Cardcash, and unfortunately, I have had six issues with my orders. These issues have included receiving cards with zero balance, not receiving cards at all, receiving the wrong cards, and even receiving electronic cards instead of physical ones. This means that I have had a 25% error rate with Cardcash, which is not a good sign. When you're trying to save money, you don't want to take a one in four chance of getting bad service.

The customer service at Cardcash has been pretty bad as well. I have had to make multiple phone calls to get my issues resolved, and it has taken a lot of time and effort on my part. It's just not worth it to spend hours trying to solve a problem in exchange for saving a few bucks. After the most recent issue I had with a card that only had $30 instead of the $70 I paid for, I have decided that I am done giving Cardcash chances to do better.

If you're looking for a good gift card company to use, I would recommend sticking with the first three companies I mentioned or trying out another company that you might not be aware of. I have no bias towards any of these companies, as I have no affiliation with them past or present. I am just a consumer who wants to get good value for my time and money.

CardCash CardCash Review: Frustrating Experience with Gift Card Sales and Security Issues

I had an experience with CardCash that left me feeling very frustrated and disappointed. It all started after the holiday season in 2016. I had a few gift cards that I didn't need, so I decided to sell them on CardCash's website. I entered all the necessary information and waited for confirmation that the amounts had been verified.

After a few days, I received confirmation that the amounts had been successfully verified. I was happy to hear this news and waited for my payment to arrive. A few days later, I received a physical check in the mail with the combined amount of the gift cards I had sold.

Fast forward nine months later, and I received a collections letter from an agency that CardCash uses. I was shocked and confused as to why I was receiving this letter. I immediately called CardCash's support team to find out what was going on.

They informed me that someone had used the gift cards I had sold to them. One of the cards was even at a zero balance before they received it, which made no sense to me. I had entered all the gift card information online, and they had verified the amounts and shredded the cards. I couldn't understand how this could have happened.

When I brought up the possibility of an internal security problem, they dismissed my concerns and told me that big companies like theirs don't have security problems. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I reminded them of the security breaches that had happened at Target and Home Depot in recent years.

I was left feeling frustrated and angry. I couldn't believe that I was being accused of something that I didn't do. Why would I call them or write this review if I was some thug that turned around and used the cards after they were entered on their site? I thought they were empty after I entered them anyway.

I strongly advise against using CardCash's services. If you do, you run the risk of receiving a collections letter months later, claiming that you owe them money. I wouldn't even consider putting any bank or debit card information on their site.

In my opinion, companies like CardCash are the reason why people's information gets stolen and used in different countries. It's just not worth the risk. Save yourself the headache and avoid using their services altogether.

CardCash Terrible Experience with CardCash: Unhelpful Customer Service and Account Flagged as Fraudulent

OMG! I can't even begin to tell you how terrible my experience with CardCash was. I had used their service a few times before without any issues, but suddenly my account was flagged as fraudulent. I was so frustrated and confused, so I decided to reach out to their customer service team for help. I was assigned to a representative named Arlene, who was supposed to help me resolve the issue. But instead of actually helping me, she just told me that the pending charge would soon fall off my credit card. Like, duh! I already knew that, I was emailing to FIX the issue.

So, I sent a second email to Arlene, hoping to find a way to proceed with my order. But once again, she was completely useless and told me to use a different credit card and fix the problem myself. Seriously, how lazy can you be? I had previously ordered from CardCash four times, all with Paypal, so maybe the problem was on their end. I decided to send a third email, but I never heard back from Arlene. It's been a week now, and I still haven't received any response from CardCash.

Honestly, I'm so disappointed with this company. Their customer service department is a complete joke, and they clearly don't care about their customers. I would highly recommend going to other gift card exchange websites like Raise, Giftcard Zen, or Giftcard Bin. These companies actually care about their customers and offer better rates. Don't waste your time with CardCash, they're a huge fail.

CardCash Buyer Beware: My Frustrating Experience with CardCash.com

I recently had an experience with CardCash, com that left me feeling frustrated and cheated. I purchased a gift card from their website on December 29th, 2016 for $395.00, which had a value of $500.00. However, when I tried to use the gift card on January 10th, 2017, I was shocked to find that it had a ZERO balance. I had never used the card before, so I felt like I had been conned.

I immediately contacted CardCash customer service, hoping to resolve the issue. However, I received contradictory information from them. First, they told me that I had a full balance on the card and that I could use it. Then, they claimed that all of my balance had been used on a shopping trip on 1/8/17 in NY, but they provided no proof to back up this claim. Finally, they told me that no refunds would be issued.

I was extremely frustrated with this response, especially since I knew that I had not used the card. I contacted TJ Maxx customer service to try and get more information, and they confirmed that the card had been used in full on 1/8/2017 in the NY, NY location. However, I knew that this was not true, and I felt like I was being blamed for something that I had not done.

In the end, I decided to file a complaint with my credit card company, BBB, and the New York State Department of Financial Services. I was not willing to let this issue go, and I wanted to make sure that others were aware of the problems that I had experienced with CardCash.

[Update] After my credit card company opened a dispute against the charge on my behalf, I was refunded my money. However, CardCash had the nerve to request that I update my review, claiming that they had refunded me. I found this request laughable, especially since I had proof that they had not refunded me. Overall, I would not recommend using CardCash, as my experience with them was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

CardCash Disappointing Experience with CardCash: Multiple Denied Purchases and Unhelpful Customer Service

My first experience with CardCash was amazing, but after that, everything went downhill. I tried to purchase a gift card using PayPal, but my order was denied by the fraud department due to 'high risk.' I was never given a solution to this problem, and every single purchase I attempted after that was also denied.

I decided to call CardCash to see if they could help me out, but they were very uncooperative. Their suggestions were not helpful, and I felt like they didn't care about my problem at all. They sent me an email saying that my order had been canceled and that I had not been charged. However, I could see a pending charge on my credit card, which was very frustrating.

CardCash suggested that I create a new account and try a different payment method, but that didn't work either. I have attempted to purchase more gift cards from this website at least seven times, but every single one has been denied.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that I have been completely denied the ability to purchase more gift cards without any explanation. It's incredibly annoying to be told that I can't buy something without any reason given. I really hope that CardCash can resolve this issue for me soon.

CardCash CardCash Review: Great Deals, But Buyer Beware - Potential Risks Ahead

I gotta say, I've had some pretty mixed experiences with CardCash. On the one hand, I've definitely gotten some great deals on gift cards for places like Starbucks and Target. But on the other hand, I've had some serious issues with cards that just don't work. I mean, I've bought Tropical Smoothie, Five Guys, Einstein Bagel, and KFC cards that were all complete duds. And it's not like I'm just buying the cheapest cards I can find - I've definitely spent some decent money on these things.

Now, I know that CardCash does offer a 45 day warranty on their cards, which is supposed to protect you if the value on the card disappears or something like that. But honestly, I don't really trust it. I mean, I've talked to their customer support and they basically told me that there's always a risk when you're buying from a marketplace like this. They say that you can save up to 35% on cards, but you might end up with a dud. And while they do offer that warranty, it's not like they can magically make the value reappear on a card that's gone bad.

So basically, what I'm saying is that you should only buy a card from CardCash if you're planning to use it right away. Don't buy a bunch of cards and then let them sit around for months, because you might end up losing the value entirely. And honestly, I don't know about you, but I'm not really in the habit of thinking about "risk vs reward" when I'm buying a gift card. I just want to get a good deal and be able to use it when I want to.

All that being said, I have to admit that I've saved some serious cash by using CardCash. But I've also lost about $130 on cards that just didn't work out. So I guess it's up to you to decide whether the potential savings are worth the risk. Just be careful out there, folks - this website can be a bit of a gamble.

CardCash don't use them

I bought a $ 200 Panera gift card for my daughter and it turned out that it had a zero balance. As I bought the gift 5 days before her birthday and I was the only one who knew about it, the variant that someone used this card is not possible. I called them and they said that the only option for me is to ask for a refund. So I did, even though I was hoping they would offer something more interesting. Oh well, who cares, right?

CardCash worthless

Obviously, they are huge scammers as well as their business is. They will blame YOU for their own mistakes because they sell absolutely useless cards and logically you will want a refund, but I doubt you'll get it. Don't spend your money on them, they're not worth it. I assure you. Don't buy on their promises of big discounts. It's just a lie and nothing else.

CardCash Stay away from CardCash

This is such a terrible company. I'm so angry with them. Don't make same mistakes I did. I just wanted to save money when decided to buy a gift card for my sister. It was pretty expensive, but I thought it was worth it. When my sister went shopping with this card the store declined it saying that it was fraudulent. Obviously, this card was used by another person before. I can't imagine what my sister felt there, at the store. They probably thought she was a scammer or that she stole this card. This is so sad.
Please don't use them.

CardCash Don't risk your money

Money on my card disappears. I bought 3 cards and one of them was immediately canceled due to unknown reasons. And only $0 value was left for me. I know that their guarantee lasts for 45 days, but if I want a refund, I will surely not get it. Maybe they will say so, but they will never do anything like this and I doubt that someone will return my money...

CardCash zero balance on multiple gift cards

I purchased three gift cards on two different occasions that were "not valid' when I went to use them. If you discover that the card was voided after 45 days, they will not refund your money. Therefore, they recommend you use your card within 45 days, but they don't tell you that it may be voided after that time so beware!

I requested the refund on two occasions and both times they fell back on their 45-day guarantee. I would like my $80 back and for others to know that this website may have some valid cards, but given the reviews I've now seen, they have a lot of "voided" or zero balance cards. They should not be trusted.

Complete rip-off.

CardCash Bad site

I wanted to buy a gift card from www.cardcash.com but every time I tried to make payment something went wrong and nothing happened.
I contacted customer service and they said that they had no idea what was wrong but money was not deducted from my account.
Several days later I went to check my bank statement and saw that my transaction was still on hold!
I contacted CardCash and their rep said that there was nothing they could do and asked me to wait. I wasted a lot of my precious time trying to resolve the matter. I will never use CardCash again, because they gave me nothing but trouble!

CardCash Worthless cards, many are purchased with stolen money. You will lose your money!

Cardcash.com purchases gift cards, many that have been purchased with stolen credit cards. They have a 45 day return policy, but will not return your money after that. In my case, the store the giftcards were for, was contacted by the victim of the crime and the giftcards were subsequently cancelled. Because the cancellation was on day a few days after their 45 policy, cardcash.com refused to provide the refund and I ended up losing my money. I was planning to give these cards as a gift, and am glad I did not! I couldn't have anyway as they had a huge sticker and permanent market on the front of the card. Another card I purchased was used prior to me even purchasing the card, which was refunded. However, I believe they are running a very shady business and are providing a place for cards purchased with stolen money to be sold, and the buyers are the ones that lose. They are profiting from and enabling crime.

CardCash Selling stolen gift cards

“I have bought many cards from this company but after discovering they buy stolen cards and let the Buyer take the loss, I am done! They have a '45 day return policy' but as happened to me with my $100. Dairy Queen card it took DQ over that amount of time to find it was stolen and cancelled the card. As DQ corporate told me, thief's that steal cards and IDs, use the stolen credit cards to buy thousands of dollars in gift cards then go to cardcash.com and turn the gift cards in for ready cash. If you get one of these cards and don't use every bit of it up within the 45 days then you are out of luck when it is found to be stolen and you still have a healthy balance on the card. Card cash.com obviously does not care if they are bonafide sellers or not and care less if the card was stolen. They WILL NOT compensate you for your loss!”
