So, I ordered an urn from perfectmemorials.com and guess what happened? They sent me someone else's urn that was meant for another family who also lost a loved one. I was so devastated when I saw that because that's not what I expected when I placed my order. I mean, how can they make such a careless mistake when it comes to something as important as an urn for a departed loved one?

When I reached out to their customer care, I was met with a representative who had no sympathy for my situation and had the nerve to put the blame on me for not properly checking the order initially. Like, excuse me, but why would I go through the trouble of checking something that should have been sent to me accurately in the first place? I was so annoyed with their response.

Not only did they make this careless mistake, but they promised me that they'll send a replacement within 2 days. And guess what, it's been more than 2 days and I still haven't received anything. Now, I have to go through the hassle of contacting FedEx myself, which is so inconvenient considering the fact that it was a mistake made by the company and not mine. It's just not acceptable for a company that's supposed to prioritize customer satisfaction.

All in all, I would not recommend using this company to anyone. It's just not worth the risk. You might end up getting the wrong product and your loved one might not be able to rest in peace. So, think twice before choosing Perfect Memorials for your memorial needs.

Man, I gotta tell ya, I was real bummed when I never got my package from PerfectMemorials. According to the tracking number, it was s'posed to be delivered by USPS on March 6th. But lo and behold, no package for me! Musta gone to the wrong dang house or sumpin'. Who knows what happened after that? Alls I know is that I didn't get my product and I'm pretty torn up about it.

I was really excited about what I was s'posed to get, too. It was this container thing that I was gonna put some of my Mom's ashes in. I had a real special purpose for it in mind, ya know? And now that's all been ruined because of some kind of mistake. I just wish there was some way I could get what I paid for. Guess I'll just have to look elsewhere next time.

I bought a urn to keep a part of my mom who died. So when I gets it I sees it's not spelt right like I thought it would. So when I called, this lady was real rude and put me on hold for 5 whole minutes. Then she tells me that they can't refund it cuz it's engraved and all. Can you believe that? It was their mistake in the first place and they couldn't even fix it. So even though they screwed up, they gonna give me a only 10 percent discount if I want to buy from them again. I'm so sad about it all and would never buy from them ever again. Super let down by this whole experience.

I returned the urn right away and demanded a full refund. I found another store to make sure I would have my peace of mind and got another product over there. You can surely understand that I won't be coming back to Perfect Memorials again.

The shipping was fast, which was pleasing. It took only a few days before it arrived at my doorstep. The packaging was secure and prevented any damage to the items during transit.

The selection of jewelry on the website was vast and breathtaking. It was tough to choose just two pieces from the plethora of options. The process of ordering online was straightforward and easy, making it a hassle-free experience.

However, the website could have better filtering and sorting options to narrow down the vast selection of jewelry, making it easier to find the specific item one desires.

Overall, PerfectMemorials provided beautiful pieces of jewelry for a reasonable price. However, the engraving could have been better defined. I would recommend this website to anyone looking for a special and sentimental way to memorialize a loved one.

I made my purchase on the 23rd of May from PerfectMemorials. Payment was sent by mail and the online payment methods like PAYPAL or credit card were not working for me. I contacted customer service for help but they were of no assistance. After a while, I received a notification in the post informing me that the item I ordered is no longer available and my payment was returned. How could this happen? I already placed my order and even sent my payment. This experience with PerfectMemorials has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will never refer anyone to this site nor will I ever place another order with them again. It's quite unfortunate that I should have expected this kind of unsatisfactory service as the last urn I ordered from them was faulty.

My dear ole mumma ordered an urn for her final resting place from PerfectMemorials, but being in her 80s, she sometimes forgets things and ended up ordering four more urns! You'd think a big fancy company like Imperfect Memorials woulda noticed the duplicate orders, right? But nope, they charged her for all of them and sent them on their way without a second thought.

Well, when my big bro started getting all these boxes, he contacted the company to see if they could help out. But all they said was "Too bad, tough luck. They're all inscribed so you're stuck with them." Can you believe it? It's just plain wrong to treat an 81 year old woman like that.

I mean, sure, the urns all had the exact same inscription, but come on, you gotta have some compassion and be willing to help out when something like this happens. It's not like my mum was trying to scam anyone - she just made a mistake. And it's not like PerfectMemorials is some small company that can't keep track of orders. They should have known better.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with the lack of sympathy and professionalism from this company. Their morals are terrible and they just seemed to take advantage of my dear old mumma. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and kindness.

However, I must say that I was really disappointed with the quality of the item I received, especially given what I paid for it. Eventually, I was able to speak to a supervisor who agreed to replace the necklace, but not without giving me a hard time about it. They made it clear that they weren't going to be doing me any more favors, which I thought was really unprofessional. When it comes to items that are related to the death of loved ones, I think compassion and understanding should be a given, not something that has to be fought for.

Overall, I think PerfectMemorials has potential, but they really need to step up their game when it comes to quality control and customer service. People who are looking for items to remember their loved ones want something that is going to last and be meaningful, not something that is going to fall apart or be accused of lying about. I hope that PerfectMemories will take this feedback seriously and work on making some improvements going forward.
