I had a really bad experience with 1800-Gifts.com. I ordered two gifts to Canada and they were both delivered in a terrible way. You won't even believe me!
The first order was for some flowers, which were just left at the doorstep. The delivery driver didn't even knock or ring the bell! I mean, come on! The recipient was home, but they didn't even get a chance to say thank you. Ugh!
The second order was even worse. I ordered a cake as a gift and it arrived in such a mess. The cake was totally crumbled and broken. I asked the courier service to call the recipient before delivery, but they didn't. And do you know why? Because 1800-Gifts.com's service desk booked the courier with "leave the shipment at the door without signature" option. Like, seriously! Did they even think that this delivery was for a gift!?
