I order from fruugo website march 18th and website said shipped as soon as possible more then a month pass they changed delivery day every time first april 8 and they changed again. I would like to file a complaint about this company. I've been patronising this company since June this year when I came across their platform for selling quality wigs. I ordered on 2 occasions and realise what I ordered is not what was displayed, for example the last bob wig I ordered was human hair but Synthetic hair was sent which is completely waste of money. Expected delivery was in September and it is now November!
There is no human customer service. Just automated replies.

On the 14th June I ordered a wig from fruugo. I used my email address, the order was confirmed and I got the reference number so that I could track my order. To my surprise when I was tracking my order on the 4th my email was no longer acceptable, but it's the same email address I have been using. So now I can't track the whereabouts of the order and fruugo doesn't send any emails to me anymore. I don't know what to do in order to get my order.

On April 28th I placed an order with Fruugo and the item they sent me was completely incorrect and useless to me. My order number is [protected]. I was actually looking for a Dyson motor head V10 as a replacement for mine, but they actually sent me a brush set for Dyson V10 Absolute Animal Sv14 Vacuum Cleaner [protected], [protected]. I had to pay 59 euros for this useless item. I immediately started a return request and according to the instructions I returned the item and even had to pay shipping costs of 35 EUR. A month and a half later, I still haven't heard from it. I contacted their customer service via their website five times, but no response. They don't list an email or phone number on their website. I'm just shocked at how they can keep quiet and not refund their customers accordingly. Can you please help to file a complaint?

This website is utterly ridiculous. I am trying to get a hold of customer service but there is no one to get help from, as they have automated their customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes A MONTH ago, and I was wondering when it's coming, all to check the tracking that it is STILL in China and getting processed.

Fruugo order ***: I ordered a casserole pot for my mom on Fruugo.ie (an Irish website). I payed with Paypal. When I received my receipt, it had my mom's address listed but with the United States as the country it was being mailed to and it was being shipped from a UK company not an Irish one. I emailed Fruugo immediately and a few hours later, received an email asking me if the address was correct. I emailed them back and told them (again) that the country line was wrong. I emailed them two more times and then received an email saying that the package was shipped to the original address (which doesn't exist) in the US. I also received a tracking number that doesn't exist. Fruugo then emailed me saying that it was my fault and that if the package comes back to them, they'll contact me! "its the consumers respoinsibilty to ensure the shipping address is correct. Hopefully the item will be returned to us , at this point we will contact you to seek advise." Such a sham!
