failed to deliver flowers
I placed an order for flowers on 7/29 for delivery on 7/30. FTD calls towards the end of the day to tell me that the flowers could not be delivered because the nursing home said my Aunt didn't live there. After 20 minutes of being blown off and spoken too rudely by the FTD Rep, we determined that florist had been going to the WRONG nursing home. Then they refused to try redelivery! FTD refuses to make this right or refund my money. The say as long as the florist keeps trying to redeliver the flowers there is nothing they can do and they can't assign the purchase to another florist. I can do something - I can put a fraud complaint on my credit card ! I urge any one who has had problems with FTD to complain to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office in the state where the order was placed.
What they are doing is FRAUD, deceptive business practice and false advertising.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
flower delivery
I ordered 'Todd Oldham' "Mother's Day Teapot" flower arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day.
What was delivered to my mom was NOT a floral arrangement, as was stated on FTD website and what was shown in photo.
What my mom received was flowers in a box!
She had to arrange the flowers herself.
Never will I purchase another "box of flowers" from FTD.
Unbelievable. Imagine if this had been for a funeral or something like that. What? The funeral director is supposed to arrange the flowers and do FTD's job now?
This is so ridiculous.
I will never use them again
On May 7th, 2008 I went online to order flowers for Mother's Day from FTD.com. My girlfriend and I ordered flowers for both our mothers.
Ten minutes after we place our order, I get a call from a FTD customer service representative stating that "the flowers that I have chosen are not available at a florist nearby" (bs, but anyways), "and that I could call FTD and speak with a rep or he would cancel my order and not charge my credit card." So I said "thanks but cancel my order." 5 minutes later I get an email from FTD stating that they cannot Process my order, and it will therefore be cancelled, and my credit card will not be charged.
So at this point you are all going, great what’s the problem. Here it is, needing flowers for mother's day I find a florist in both of our mother's home towns and order directly from them (should have done this in the 1st place). So I now have flowers going to our mothers perfect. Mother's day arrives and both mothers get the FTD flowers (the cancelled order) and the new flowers that I got from another florist because FTD cancelled my order.
So I patiently wait to see online if they have charged the flowers to my account, and yes you guessed it; they DID.
So I call there customer service rep, and discuss the matter with a very nice rep (Jessica), and explain my situation. She gives me the generic "well we have no records of calling you or sending you an email." and "if the flowers were delivered there isn't much we can do." HOLD ON you cancelled my order and then reinstate it with out telling me and "there's not much you can do?" So reluctantly I hang up because she informs me that she cannot discuss the matter further until she calls the flower shops to see if the flowers were indeed sent.
Fine I call back the next day and talk to 1 customer service rep, same story, so I talk to her manager, same story, so I go one level higher, same story. By this point the time I spent on hold in-between talking to someone grew in length (if we bore him with the hold music maybe he will go away). Once I finally talk to the 5th person, he informs me that I will be refunded my money BUT (this is the best part) to inform the people I got the flowers sent to that that the florist will be coming to pick them up! HAHA so FTD screws up and is going to get the florist to clean it up. The florist calls my mother, and she tells the florist the story, and she says "enjoy the flowers that is a waste of out time/$ for their mistake."
So I will never use FTD again, and I advise you to stay away from them as well.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
FTD sucks. I ordered and they duped my order and sent the dupe to the wrong address. They will never get an order from me.
I will never use FTD again. Simply put, if they do not hold their florists accountable, then they clearly do not need my business/money. I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet ("Dreamland Pink Bouquet" consisting of pink roses and peruvian lillies) this year, and had the option of 3 different price point arrangements: 14 stems with vase at $39.99, 20 stems with vase at $49.99, and 26 stems with vase at $59.99. After shipping and handling charges, the total for the order came to $90.98. I decided to go big and get the nicest, most expensive arrangment for my Mom. The photo depictions of the arrangements on their website show how each bouquet SHOULD look. Needless to say, when the flowers were delivered to my Mom's house, I was extremely disappointed and angry. The photos attached show what the arrangement was supposed to look like, and of course, the weak flowers that were actually delivered. After contacting FTD, they asked if the stem count was correct (which it was), and then explained that they could not verify nor hold the florist they used to locally arrange and deliver the flowers accountable. For $90.98, I would hope that I was getting what paid for... I guess not. And that is that, I will never again use FTD, and will encourage others to send their business to 1800flowers.com (who have always been spot on with my past orders) or other businesses that actually give a hoot about their customers.
I ordered flowers online for my mothers birthday--I got a confirmation number and my credit card was charged. No flowers ever arrived. I called the 800 number listed 10 times over a two week period. These are all independent reps and all they can do is "send messages". I signed up online and sent two messages off and I have never once received a phone call back, the flowers were never delivered. They have no customer service and my card it still charged. I called the credit card to file a dispute. I also filed a complaint with the better business beauru and don't ever, ever, order from them. Go directly to a reputable flowerist that you or someone else knows and recommends! This is fradulant!
I had ordered flowers for my wife and was given the run around and no flowers were ever delivered.I just called my bank and had the fraud dept. cancel my account.Has anyone filed a complaint with the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER?
yes FTD does suck. i have a long story as well but dont have the time that i'd like to explain it. But same deal, Mothers Day flowers this past week. 2008. They totally messed everything up, messed up the whole surprise and everything, with lame excuses. i did however get a refund pretty quick, but i will NEVER do business with them again. bottom line.
no delivery for mother's day
I ordered 2 sets of Gardenia Bonsai for my mom and step mom on 5/6/08 for delivery on 5/8/08. My mom and my step mom live approximately 2 miles from each other. FTD sent one by FedEx the other by DHL. The one sent by FedEx was delivered on the day promised Thursday 5/8/08. When I tracked the package through DHL it said that it had been accepted and according to the FTD website was delivered on 5/8/08. Not true. When I called my step mom and asked her if she got her gift she said no. The monday AFTER MOTHER'S DAY, FTD informed me that DHL had not picked it up. I asked them why their records indicated that that it was delivered when it wasn't. No response. My response to them was that 1-800-FLOWERS does a much better job and that they had lost a customer. No where on FTD's website is there a place for complaints and one would think that the busiest day of the year for flowers being Mother's Day they would have people on the phones. No way their recorded message was that they were just too busy to talk to anyone. What a crock. But they were sending me advertisements in my email for delivery for Mother's Day on the Saturday before. Now we'll see if I get my refund.I look like a total idiot with my step mother.
I ordered my mother-in-law Mom's tulip bouquets for Mother's Day May 10, 2009. Th flowers arrived on Thursday, May 7, 2009. Thee was no card enclosed even though I did type out a card online and the card showed when I log into my order. We called her on May 10, 2009 and asked if she got the flowers, she said yes, and now I know who they are from as there was no card. We asked if they were pretty and she said that she will be writing us a note about it. We received a thank you note from her about 2 weeks later. She is 85 yrs old. She said in her note..."Thank you for the flowers. I don't want to sound ungrateful but that was a lot of money to spend on flowers that didn't even last 3 days. By Sunay morning they were completely wilted and I had to throw them away." When I got her note I was shocked! I immediately called FTD and they said there was nothing tey could do because I hadn't called within the 7 day time frame. I sked to speak to a supervisor and they still would not give any refund or re-send flowers. 2 years ago we ordered african violets for the same woman and they sent purple lilacs with instructions for the african violets. I will N E V E R order from FTD again!
gimmicks
This has happened for the third and last time. I order flowers online and paid the price listed. Within 2 days I receive an email from FTD, offering the same item on sale at huge savings. This time 20.00 off on a 39.00 item. When contacted they would not issue a credit. Its strickly a gimmick. Every time you place an order that item will go on sale to lure you in to another purchase. I sat on hold for 30 min. to reach a customer service rep and then 20 min. to speak to a supervisor, to be told no supervisor was available. I will no longer use this giant of a company.
poor quality, rude customer service
Ftd does not respond to emails. Their customer service line has you on hold for more than forty minutes. Once you get a respresentative they apologize and will not resolve your issue. I called corporate @ [protected] only to be greeted by one of the rudest receptionist in the world. But there is help available. Call [protected]. Fax [protected]. Good luck.
non-cancelling of orders!
I made a mistake and needed to cancel an order I made to FTD. Oh Lord was I setting myself up for days of misery. First, after realizing I had made a mistake I immediately contacted FTD - (First, they are so proud of their phone number they hide it in their name so you get the opportunity to spell it out on the keypad - don't you just love that - I feel like a second grader - uh, 1-800-S - E - N - D - F - T - D.)
After, (I thought) successfully canceling the order, I received the FEDEX tracking information sent to my email address. I thought this has to be a mistake but I will check anyway. Sure enough the package was shipped. Now I am getting real concerned. So, I call FTD again and sure enough, they can't cancel the order because it has already been shipped. But it was supposed to be stopped, your service Rep told me it was cancelled. Sorry, it has already been shipped.
Well, can I re-route the delivery so that it comes to my house instead of the recipients? Well, yes we can do that. Okay, here is my address. Fine, we will contact FEDEX immediately and have that changed. Next day, guess what, FEDEX was never given the information and there was an attempted delivery of the package. Fortunately the office was closed where it was being sent. Back to the phone I go, I call FTD again, (oh they have the most rude hold, they mix a little music with the most rude announcer you have every heard. She comes on every 5 seconds with some kind of an announcement from FTD. It is horrible.
Anyway, I finally get a rep on the line and they say, oh yes that order was canceled and refunded. But I just checked FEDEX, they attempted delivery but it failed for some reason. AHHH! I WANT THIS ORDER CANCELED. Next day, I go to FTD and here I sit with FEDEX set to deliver that package on the next business day, it's Saturday, and that annoying on hold announcer trying to get an order stopped that was supposedly canceled and refunded and canceled from being delivered.
"Oh, thanks for your patience." Oh my gawd... If I hear that once more I will go crazy. Mr. Bush, you should make those detainees in Gitmo listen to FTD's Hold for a couple of hours, it's just the torture you need to extract any information you want.
AHHH, I will never ever use FTD again.
teleflora
My husband wanted me to have a big, beautiful bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day. He is blind and in a wheelchair so he could not order them himself. He really wanted me to have the very best because I just had lung cancer surgery. I went on-line to teleflora and ordered the flowers. They looked beautiful in the picture. My husband ask me if they cost at least $100.00 and I answered very close, $92.94. They were supposed to be delivered on the 13th of February. They were delivered on the 15th. We were not home to accept delivery due to my husband's doctor appointment, so they left them with a neighbor. When I went to pick them up I was totally shocked. When I told the neighbor what they had cost, she was in shock. They were nothing like what I expected. They were just a hair over twelve inches tall including the vase. I paid $92.94 for a bouquet with vase that would have cost less than $19.99 in a store. My husband was so distraut as was I. I phoned Teleflora and ask that my money be returned as I was highly unsatisfied. They offered me a 20% discount. I told them no. I emailed them and they offered the same and again I said no. They said they were going to credit my account for $17.99 since I had only received eleven roses instead of twelve. That means that each 10 inch rose cost $17.99? I phoned the florist who filled the order and she said the flowers called for were 8 roses for the regular order and 12 roses for the ultimate order. She said they were the height that Teleflora instructions told her to use. I will NEVER use this company again and I intend to file a complaint with everyone who is even slightly interested.
flowers never delivered, no customer service help available!
Ordered one day service flowers for delivery at 8am. Flowers never arrived and its a day and a half later. I used the online customer service which had a bad link. The automated mail told me it would check with the local florist. Nothing ever came of it. Their phone "service" stated due to the holiday rush, no one was available and to try at another time. They took my money and my wife has nothing to show for it. Thank you for a great Valentines Day FTD!
FTD screwed me too - I ordered nice arrangement for mother-in-law... it never showed up - sent four emails and never got a response fro FTD. Finally after many phone calls got a delivery (after her B-Day) and all I got for $65 was a shriveled handful of tea roses in a paper bag. DO NOT TRUST FTD!
Ordered mother's day flowers to be delivered on 5/7. They didn't deliver. They promised to deliver (late) on Monday May 10. Didn't deliver again. Spent three 30-minute+ sessions on the phone with them and multiple emails. AWFUL!
Beware of not getting what you pay for! I ordered a stargazer lilly bouquet for my wife's birthday and she received a few stargazers but mostly other flowers including 3 roses which were already browning. No communication from FTD or local shop fulfilling order.
I ordered flowers on Feb 5th to be delivered on the 14th for Valentines day. No flowers were delivered and many attempts to contact the florist were ignored! I called both the [protected] and the local number [protected] and all I get was their answering service and they promised to send a message to the florist to call me back. NO CALL BACK! So I am now using the internet to tell people what HORRIBLE service this company uses. I also contacted FTD themselves and filed a complaint and asked that this company FTD license be revoked. I am sure FTD does not want to be associated with such poor excuse for service.
We are running into the same problem with flowers.ms
Mothers day flowers ordered to be delivered early Saturday never showed up at all. I have called their poor excuse for customer service 7 times and have not gotten one return phone call. We finally got an automated email saying the flowers would not be delivered at all and we would eventually get a refund. THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST RUN COMPANIES I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH AND I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB.
We are an FTD florist online member and we guarantee satisfaction. It means if you're happy we give refund.

Never got the flowers from ftdfloristonline - my 80 year old father ordered flowers for my new wife and baby, but they never came. I found out that FTD florist online is different than simply, FTD. Try explaining that to an 80 year old!
Alex, from [protected] was not at all helpful. I gave him the order number and he said that maybe it was a different company, even though the order number matches their inventory system. It's a joke. NEVER order flowers from ftdfloristonline.com
hahahaha the above is exactly why I will neve order from FTD...lazy [censor] CSR's and flourists. What you expect us to DO our jobs?!? I guess thats why you are answering phones at FTD. Maybe your life would have worked out a little better if you weren't such a lazy [censor] loser.
First off, I am sorry that your flowers didn't get delivered as expected. My family owns a flower shop that has been in business for 50+ years. To be honest, if we would not lose our customers we would close Valentines week. Our deliveries for that day increase 10 fold, and no matter how much we try, we cannot provide the service & quality that we offer the other 364 days a year. Order gathers like FTD.COM only increase the problem because they keep selling & over promoting the holiday & can't deliver anything because they depend on the local florist whom they gouge at every opportunity. Plus the quality of flowers we receive from the growers at Valentines is worse that the rest of the year. Some florists rely on valentines to make their whole year, as for me, it has certainly taken years off my life expectancy. I don't mean to throw a pity party, if you must send flowers at valentines, send them a few days early & your spouse will likely be just as happy & the probability of you being satisfied will grow substantially higher, plus use your local florist because you should get the best customer service & the most value for your dollar & not have to deal with a middle man whose their just to take money out of your pockets claiming they offer you a convenience. Plus tell your spouse how much you love them everyday, That's what they really want, plus a sports car & an exotic vacation - how can flowers ever live up to that!
PS
Forgot to say: When us florist go across water we use bridges. We have not mastered walking on water yet.
false advertising!
Ordered several products for purchase and delivery to wife at her school on February 10, 2008 at the FTD.COM website for the amount totaling ($56.98) for the product and an additional ($25.98) for the "shipping and handling charges" for delivery set on Valentines Day February 14, 2008. These items that were purchased were located in a special section on the FTD.COM website marked "Valentines Day". The order numbers for both items purchased were # FNM1695386 and FNM1695385 and the delivery date chosen and marked on the invoice was February 14, 2008. An extra fee for delivery on Valentines Day was also charged which brought the total to ($82.96). Arrived home on February 12, 2008 and found that FEDEX had already delivered the packages to work address on the 12th, and that someone else had signed for the packages in her place. I immediately called FTD.COM customer service and talked with a customer service agent in regards to this delivery problem. I asked the agent for a reason this product was delivered accidentally two days earlier when my wife was not even working. The agent told me that her supervisor was needed because she had only been working for 5 days on the phones. After a few minutes the agent comes back and says that the reason the delivery was made on the 12th is because when FTD.COM uses FEDEX or other shippers the products can arrive "BEFORE" the date specified. She then told me that there was a small claim to this somewhere on the website, but could not tell me where to find it. I went and RE-PURCHASED another item which would be shipped via FEDEX in the same manner and choose February 14, 2008 as the delivery date and this is what the website showed in the box marked "DELIVERY OPTIONS"... it reads as follows : " This will be delivered to MO 63366 via Fed Ex, DHL or UPS on Thu. February 14, 2008 " That is ALL that it says. And everywhere else on the website it says how you need to purchase NOW FOR DELIVERY ON VALENTINES DAY. Its on every section of the website. This company is CLEARLY misleading people with special delivery times WAY before Valentines Day so they can make extra money off the consumers and then save money themselves by shipping on a day earlier than marked. I invite anyone from the BBB to go to the website and choose an item for delivery on a certain day and then see how their site spells out that FEDEX may just deliver the item anytime that it wants, regardless of the date specified by the consumer and PAID FOR. This is an outrage and the customer service at FTD.COM refused to offer ANY type of reconciliation for this matter.
to bad you didn't call a local florist .Your order would have been sent on the correct day and your extra charges would probably not been more than $12.00...live and learn
ftd.com refused to deliver flowers!
Father died a little over one month ago. I am my mother's only child and her only support system. She is living alone about 2000 miles away. Try as i might, i was not able to travel to her home to spend mother's day with her. Thus, this mother's day my mom would not only be grieving the loss of her husband but be spending the day alone. I decided to...

Feb.13 2007, Being busy I decided to order flowers online for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. I found a site called FTD.com. I ordered a nice bouquet of flowers to be delivered within business hours on Valentine's Day. Well the 14th comes and no flowers show during business hours. I decided to cancel the order online, since I was unable to reach a human on there customer service line. I received an e-mail confirming my cancellation within minutes. Well I checked my bank account on the 15th and sure enough they processed the delivery anyway, even after I received a cancellation confirmation. I later found many posts on the net complaining about how poor this companies’ service is. If you can't find flowers get her a card... DON'T GO TO FTD.com.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
FTD has been ripping my floral design company off the entire year and owes me a lot of money. I'm seeking help to recover all the funds that are owed to my company. F. TD has been in breach of contract all year and they are making my company fall. Please help me as soon as possible.
My daughter ordered a flowering Bonsai for Mothers Day...$50.00 item. I recieved a small dying unbrella plant (Shipped via Fedx) Called to request the correct plant...after an hour was told replacement was being sent (this was on Satuday) Tuesday I had not recieved anything. I called to check on it and was told by the second customer service person the first had lied to me about sending a replacement ("he can't do that!") I had found the umbrella plant on line by this time...it is a $20.00 plant (so much for replacing an item with an equal or greater value as their policy says) This customer service person hung up on me. Wednesday I called a local florist to find out how to complain to FTD headquarters...at the same time my daughter called FTD to try to straighten it out. She was put on hold for an hour and gave up. Local florist was no help, just said not to use FTD any more (her shop doesn't do business with them) Thursday called FTD again to try to reslove...this time got a helpful person, who said she was very sorry, the item had been out of stock at the time of my delivery, but now was availble, and would be sent to me. Now it is Friday, decided to check to make sure all was taken care of because my 7 day complaint period is over tomorrow. New customer service person told a new order had NOT been processed! Now my $20.00 replacement umberella plant is almost dead, and my $50.00 original order has never been resolved! She promised me she had processed a replacement. DO I BELIEVE IT? NO! CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS PEOPLE! FTD NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!
FTD customer service for my issue was a joke. They delivered the wrong flowers, the wrong colors, the wrong vase and it was some pathetic dinky arrangement much smaller than the picture led me to believe. I simply asked for a refund and they told me that there was nothing that they were willing to do because I didn't report it within seven days. (It was within 15 days). I was shocked that they simply didn't care to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. After all, the customer is always right, that is unless your FTD. Please buy your flowers elsewhere as there are many other alternatives available. These FTD people are simply not interested in customer satisfaction.
I used to work for FTD.com. It was the most horrific employment experience in my life. They were owned by a hedge fund at the time and for me it was an incredibly hostile work environment.
I am a Pissed of Canadian. FTD is charging me US dollars plus there service fee for half the product that was ordered.
I am also being given the run around by them cause what i ordered was not was delivered.
I recommended that no on use there service for anything. They even have balls to say they guarantee the flowers for 7 days what am i going to do ask my GF if her flowers are all still alive in the 7 days.
FTD should not be in a customer service business, because they have no consideration whatsoever for the needs of the people they at taking money from. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY ..THATS IT! They have the audacity to blame the vendors and delivery service...get out of the business if you don't know what the hell your doing! Why is it that other flower companies have no problems getting the job done. Your incompetent ###s! Yes people are angry, and RIGHTFULLY so. Get of your ### and deliver proper service or REFUND everyone's money.! Your pathetic and YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF People during important times in their lives which no laughing matter. FTD You make me sick, I will never use you again and i will tell everyone ... my promise to you.. and i will deliver on time, something you know NOTHING about!
FTD IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY! I wish I had read the hundreds of complaints, BEFORE they stole my money
and ruined my mother's day gift! NEVER AGAIN! Here are more complaints from a very reputable site. http://www.dealtime.com/xMR-ftd+com~MRD-5885~S-1
I wish I'd read this before I used FTD. I got an email the other day telling me it wasn't too late to order for Valentines day. Normally I delete this type of mail, but it just so happened I had a % off coupon in an entertainmant book my daughter sold for school. I went online, picked my arrangement, entered my cc # and got a confirmation of delivery for Valentines day. The family usually waits for me to initiate card/gift giving on major holidays and I could tell that my fiancee' and daughter were getting antsy by mid afternoon. Finally, at about 5:30 we had dinner and I told them that their Valentine's had not arrived. They each gave me a card, and each other and took it without complaining-although I could tell they were heartbroken. My fiancee' actually said she couldn't believe I had let them down on Valentine"s Day. I sat on my porch until 9PM Praying for a delievery. No such luck. They both went to bed upset. I can't sleep, I'm just plain mad. I called the 800 #, only to get a "high call volume" and sent an email-only to get an automated reply. If FTD does not perform some type of grand gesture to rectify it's mistake and soothe the hurt feelings, I will dedicate 1 HR every single day to blogging about them online, filing complaints with the BBB, and anything else I can do to dissuade others for the poor customer service I have recieved. As for the Entertainment Book from my daughters school? I sit on the PTO, and my next letter is to the publishers of that book to make sure that ad sapce is not sold to FTD in the future if they want our continues participation.
Okay first off...if your not sure about something ask.
The service charge does go up due to the demand just like any buisness that is how we make our money not the 40 dollars you pay its the florist who gets that money.
Second, if your flowers had no water chances are they were shipped by a vendor(usp, fed-ex) and they dont ship them with water, because of obvious reasons the flowers come dehydrated its not FTD'S fault. I would suggest cutting the ends of the flowers, and letting them sit in a vase with water and food, give it about 24 hours, because at first the flowers will be droppy i mean wouldnt you if you were dehydrated? We give amazing customer service, i would know because i work for them. Honestly its a matter of who you talk to, if your not screaming at the rep more gets done but if you are acting like a 12 year old its going to become an escalation call...
Think about it, problems happen with any company our turnover rate is amazing. FTD doesnt send dead flowers on purpose, and if you do recieve them call customer service, we understand. I am sorry you all have had such horrible experiences with FTD.COM but i assure you that you shouldnt judge FTD because of an issues that is out of our hands like a vendor delivered item, or the florist doesnt have your flowers, and lets us know last minute, or they just dont deliver. I will tell you FTD is an amazing company and i have alot of amazing customers.
I order flowers at 6 am sep 10th, to be delever before 4 pm, to my wife for our aniversery, I got home at 5 pm no flowers. I called today sep 11th whe i ha ve not recived the flowers, They sed they call me, ihave not heard any call, I call back second time, They retern my call at2pm, The excuse was they had acomputer problem, they could not delever, your customer service tell me you want to cancel you order or you want to delever the flowes, what you think about his anser, if it was your 20ty year aniversery, that is not way of doing buisness.

MAY 2009 I PLACED AN ODER FOR MOTHER'S DAY TO HAVE FTD SEND MY MOM FLOWERS IN FLA. A WEEK BEFORE MOTHER'S DAY, WITH AN ARRIVAL DATE OF MAY 4TH. I RECIEVED 2 EMAILS CONFIRMING THE ORDER AND THE DELIVERY. NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE NEVER GOT THEM SO I CALLED FED EX WITH ORDER AND TRACK # THEY CLAIM THEY NEVER RECIEVED IT. SO I CALLED FTD AND THEY ADMITTED THAT THIS RARELY HAPPENS BUT THEY WERE SORRY AND WOULD CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. WHAT BS! THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO SEND A NEW ORDER. SO HERE IT IS 2 DAYS BEFORE THE WEEKEND AND NO FLOWERS. THEY STINK IN MY EYES! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM!
