About 24h ago, my game suddenly froze and since doesn't accept any input. Please help me ASAP.

Game: King of Avalon: Frost and Flame

Kingdom: 10392

Character: Ignaeus

Altercation: when getting rewards for Chapter 36 or 37

Characteristic: game loads as it should, but no clicks / inputs are processed

Proof: sending a picture or video is not helpful since evrything looks as normal but just doesn't accept user inputs.

Troubleshooting: tried signing in on a second mobile device, same problem. tried signing in on PC, same problem.

The problem persists also after 00:00 / day change.

Conjection: it appears to me that the state of my account has an inconsistency, like it loads the game's main view but expects an input in the reward window. Of course that's only my layman conjecture.

Please help me as soon as possible. I really enjoy the game and also spent some money on it, also it needs real time action, so I do expect such an error not to occur / to be resolved quickly. If not, my losses will only stack up more... I listed some of them down below, so you can better understand how pressuring it is.

Also my alliance is missing me.

Losses up until now: (please read last line)

- rewards in Dragon Dale event for 6000 points not collectable (yesterday)

- rewards in Dragon Dale Event for presumably 6000 points not collectable (today)

- participation in Lost Dragon Cave day 4 not possible, thus rewards for collecting max number of fossils not collectable

- Crystal Mine not renewable (24h up until now)

- Crystal Mine Shop not accessible, thus all Gems, Gemstone Tomes and Ressources not bought (yesterday & today)

- Individual Merit in Alliance not collectable (maximum amount; yesterday and today)

- Alliance Shop not accessible (i buy all 30 Hero Fragments every day)

- Research not renewable, thus loss of research time

- Construction not renewable, thus loss of construction time (24h x2 Hammers)

- Training not available, thus loss of training time

- Marches not accessible, thus loss of Energy, Monster Hunt rewards, Barbarian Camp rewards

- Ravagers not huntable, thus loss of 2x10+2 Aurelius Pendragon Hero Shards plus additional rewards

- unable to participate in Alliance Activity Antiquity Raid LVL 4, thus loss of all rewards for max number of contribution points, as well as my place on the Top 3 first capture contributors

- unable to participate in Alliance Feast, thus loss lf 4 normal and 1 big present, as well as rewards for presumably 20 dishes, equaling about 18 Legendary Hero Fragments or around 18 Deathseeker Ingots, plus additional rewards

- danger of being attacked, thus loosing troops and ressources (some million)

- unable to complete daily goals of War's Maniac, thus loss of chance to climb the Military Ranks and get more rewards and buying in Military Shop

- unable to participate in Kingdom Tourney, thus loss of all rewards there (2 days, 3- and 4-star quests)

- I will have missed some losses in this list...

Claimed loss: lots of rewards for actions, comtinuations, event participation, etc. pp.

Desired outcome: make the game playable for me again. compensate me for my ingame losses. in order not to need to calculate them, preferrably with granting higher lvl vip status (currently lvl 8, lvl 12 would make it up)
