i am having problems trying to buy diamonds. the screen does not show payment options.there would be another page pop up with the options available or you would be able to scroll down to the options to pay this has been going on for awhile, not only that i have been unable to bind my account to Facebook for months as i get an error code 422001 . i have google to sort this out as i will lose access to my account, unless there is a way i can transfer it to pc where i would be able to bind it

I play this game p2p to an extent. This game is heavily a micro transaction game after a certain level. This isn't really a problem. The problem with this company is everything is convoluted and vague. I made a purchase the other day for $10 which to any normal person, you'd assume it was for 2 days of consecutive rewards since the event is 2 days. In no way, shape, or form do they explain to you what the rewards entail. In a nutshell, I was scammed. Talking to customer service is useless. What customer service responds with no alert to a situation with "you have 24 hours to respond with the proper form and guidelines or we will close this ticket." I'm sick of being scammed by these fly by night phone app developers.

hi i have an account +can log onto game but unable to bind account and start a farm account .i have tried all possibe on list and tried to contact support ! sever

I am not able to add photo or video . I think the problem may be with my email as some may not recognise it overseas. I registered for Azurtane Heist and when I entered all I got was a blank screen. Also tried it thru the PC with same results. Thus I missed event and all rewards

It had come to my attention from my team members that someone named divinity dawn messaged them in the mail system. She said some horrible things about me and I don't know this person. They reported her and according to the legal terms of service, 8.1.5, it states that "there is no harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another person that is unwanted such as repeatedly sending unwanted messages or making personal attacks or statements about race, sexual orientation or religion organize or participate in any activity that or group that is harmful, abusive, offensive, threatening, bullying, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, invasive of personal privacy or encourages conduct that would violate a law or in reasonable person's view by objectionable and or inappropriate.
The information she provided is not accuate at all. Im a mom of 4 ages 23, 24, 29, 31 My 1st ex-husband died December 2008 from a heart attack and the second died on May 14, 2009 from liver cancer.
I contacted the game creator with no reasonable action or responsibility. I sent a message to the person and informed her that I was not that person she was talking about and ended up blocking her. They dont care or follow their own legal requirements to protect the safety of players against people like this. I was told when I emailed the company themselves that I needed to go through the game. Even my team reported her with no action.
Desired outcome: She and all her accounts are removed from the game.

Purchased in-game item 11/19/21 @ $49.99. Never received (still don't have it). Submitted refund via Google since I've had problems of non-receipt in the past).
After numerous back and fourths, on 11/22 they claim an in-game debit of 4.99, which then turned into 49.99...from a refund back in July.

The retention of the same sets CRIME. They just don't give the package and charge me. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. THEY AREN'T A SERIOUS COMPANY.

King of Avalon has had a Kingsgroup Platform that I have invested monies to gain the benefits of. The platform has been down since at least November and every time I have asked when the Kingsgroup Platform will be back up, I get told "it's being optimized ". I believe I'm just getting the run around and put off . As a level 3 Kingsgroup member I am not receiving any of the benefits promised, in fact I'm not receiving any benefits at all.

I have been playing a game app called Guns of Glory for almost 3 years now. Over the course of the three years, I have spent thousands of dollars upgrading my castle. This is like a colonial times theme with pirates and even vampires. The game experience I would say is a lot of fun but Customer Support/Service is non-existing. My account was recently hacked. The hacker was trying to sell my account to players in the game. I am very well known in the game and at one point even in the top 13 in the world. I can honestly say there was never a time where Customer Service fixed the issue that I had. I always made threats I would go viral with the horrible customer service, but just gave up and continued to play the game, because of the many friends I have made. However, this was the last straw and it is time I tell the world to stay away from any FUNPLUS / KINGSGROUP gaming app. I am not a disgruntled customer. On the contrary, I begged and pleaded they fix my situation. I was explaining to customer service that the hacker is inside my castle right now deleting everything. I asked them to please stop him from continuing and we can sort it out, but I wanted the deleting to stop. They ignored me and the hacker continued for 8 days deleting and in the end I proved the castle was mine and was given it back with over $50, 000 deleted upgrades and I believe I am lowballing myself on the price. You will see a long chain of my texting customer service and the VIP service for top players, and I am being ignored. I am actually promised everything would be put back to when I last had it. However, they did not follow through on their promise. Please look through the pictures and videos. Let me add No one in their right mind would just delete their own castle costing themselves thousands just to write a complaint on the BBB website.

The picture on their site looked like American sold toilet tissue and even showed the same roll-count that was being offered. I am including a picture of what I received. I hate to admit I fell for this. Legit? A product arrived. Trustworthy? This game frequently false advertised and does not give you what it charges you for. Submitting tickets is pointless as most the time they post generic responses unrelated to the issue, the other times they simply close the ticket. Funplus is a massive scam company now hiding behind name of century game since so many people learned how badly they scammed people they changed the name to try to trick them again. No working phone numbers and fake addresses given. The game is also incredibly racist to anyone not living in China. There are plenty of YouTube videos proving how much they scam people and it's also been shown the developers provide specific China based accounts with loads of free stuff that would cost others thousands of dollars to get, they do this to unfairly make others spend so they don't lose everything they have already invested. This company should not be allowed to operate outside of china with all the infinite undeniable evidence given over the years.
