I called on back in March and again back in April, and advised your customer call handler that due to the delay in a dispatch by the time you are ready to dispatch these items to me I would have moved! this clearly hasn't been updated on your system as I have now received an email advising me that you have dispatched the items to my old address!
Please can you reschedule my delivery for WC 6th July?
